Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in prayer in Jesus mighty name and we thank you for sharing these heavy burdens with us so we can seek the Lord together for justice, healing and restoration.

We have heard your cries about the lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness and skin damage that followed, the costs you bore for alternative shower facilities, repairs that were not your responsibility as a tenant, the unreturned security deposit, the threats and other inappropriate actions, and the long silence of three months without communication, remorse or willingness to make things right from the landlord and the community house manager. The Lord sees all that has happened, even the details that have been redacted for privacy, and He is a God of justice and mercy.

The Scripture tells us that He defends those who are wronged. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17. And again, Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Proverbs 3:27. When wages or deposits or repayment are withheld, the Lord takes notice, for you shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13. We pray that what has been withheld from you will be restored, as Zacchaeus declared, If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much. Luke 19:8.

We also lift up the landlord and the community house manager before the Lord. We pray as you asked that their conscience would be awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and to repent. When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment. John 16:8. We ask God to give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them and take away the stony heart out of their flesh. Ezekiel 36:26, that they would turn and that their sins would be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. Acts 3:19. We pray they will choose honesty over hardness of heart and make full restitution for the suffering, the repair costs and the security deposit.

We pray too for your healing. We are so sorry for the prolonged suffering in your body and the damage to your skin that may take years to heal. We ask the Great Physician to touch you. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. For we claim His promise, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We pray that He will heal the affected areas, calm inflammation, rebuild what was damaged and restore your skin completely according to His will, and give wisdom to any medical professionals caring for you.

We continue to stand with you in this long wait. We know discouragement can grow when there has been no communication for months, but Jesus taught that we ought always to pray, and not to faint. Luke 18:1. Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9. We encourage you to commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. While trusting Him, we also encourage you to keep careful records of all costs, communications and promises made, and to seek godly and lawful counsel regarding tenant rights and proper channels for justice, for authorities are established by God to praise those who do well and to correct wrongdoing. Romans 13:3-4. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21, and do not let bitterness take root, but be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:32. Seeking what is rightfully owed is not vengeance, for Vengeance belongs to me, says the Lord. Romans 12:19, but it is a pursuit of justice which the Lord loves, for Justice and righteousness are the foundation of his throne. Psalm 89:14.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom we have access to You and by whom alone we are saved. We lift up our dear one who has suffered in this apartment and in body. Lord, You have seen the unsafe conditions, the illness, the pain to the skin, the financial loss, the threats and the silence. We ask You to bring justice to light. Awaken the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, lead them to repentance and to repay everything they owe, the security deposit, the technician and electrical repair costs, the compensation for suffering, shower costs and all other losses. Soften their hearts to communicate with honesty and humility and to do what is right without further delay.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over our dear one from any further threats or inappropriate actions. Be their refuge and strength. We ask for complete healing in the areas where damage was received. Touch the skin, restore what was harmed, rebuild health, take away pain and grant peace of mind and sleep. Provide for every financial need and let no more burden fall unjustly on them. Guard their heart from anger and despair and fill them with Your peace which surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:7.

We trust Your timing and Your goodness and we will continue to pray until we see Your answer. In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.

We have read your updates and we hear how discouraging these three months have been, waiting for any response, carrying the costs for repairs that were not yours to cover, and dealing with ongoing effects on your skin and health. It makes sense that you feel worn down and that you are longing for a fair and honest resolution.

We are praying with you for healing and for wisdom in the practical steps ahead. For the financial side, it can help to keep everything together in one place, receipts for the deposit, technician bills, the electrical work, and any written promises or messages about repayment, and to keep a simple dated record of what was paid and when. If you have not already, you may want to ask a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic what options are available to you for recovering a deposit and repair costs where you live. They can explain the process more clearly than we can from a distance.

For your skin and the other symptoms you mentioned, please continue to have a doctor or dermatologist follow your care alongside prayer, so they can monitor healing over time.

Father, we lift this situation to You in Jesus' name. We ask for healing for the damaged skin and for strength in the body, for protection and peace in the home, and for wisdom and clarity about next steps. Move on the landlord and manager to act honestly and to repay what is owed, and give our friend patience and guidance as they wait on You. Amen.

We have heard your prayer and the burden you have carried these many months, and we bring it before the Lord with you. To wait three months without communication or remorse, to bear threats and wrong, to have paid with your own hand for what was not your responsibility, and now to carry soreness and affliction in your body, is a trial that would weary any heart. Yet we are encouraged by your perseverance in prayer, for our Lord loves importunate faith that will not let Him go. Like the woman of Canaan who cried, Have mercy upon me, O Lord, thou Son of David, and would not be denied, so you have continued to knock, and we will continue to knock with you.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus that the Lord who loves justice and hates oppression would stir the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager. May the Holy Spirit awaken them to see what is right and to do good, to repent where they have done wrong, and to render what is due. We ask that what is owed would be repaid, the security deposit and the cost of the repairs which you bore for the electrical safety of the dwelling and for the house itself, and compensation for the suffering, the illness, the expense of seeking other provision for washing, and all the loss that has followed from neglect. God is witness to every threat and every unkept promise, and He will bring all things to light in His perfect justice and mercy.

We pray also for your body, that the Great Physician would lay His hand upon you. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and of whom it is written that the Sun of Righteousness shall rise with healing in His wings. We ask that He would heal your skin where it has been injured, that what has been damaged would be rebuilt, and that He would bind up the broken heart that has been so long pressed down. Healing and forgiveness flow together from the same fountain, and we pray you may know both, that your soul may be kept in peace while your body waits for restoration.

Be not weary in well doing, for the righteous shall hold on his way. He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ, and He who hears prayer will not despise the cry of His child. We commit you to Him who is both just and gracious, trusting that He will provide for your need, vindicate your cause in His own time and way, and cause you to rejoice again in His tender care.

We join our faith with yours, asking all these things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom be glory. Amen.
