Compensation !!!

Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus and we thank you for coming to us again and for holding fast to faith even after nearly three months of waiting without communication, remorse, or restitution. We hear your suffering and the Lord hears it even more clearly. He sees the lack of electrical safety, the illness that followed, the skin damage and pain you are enduring, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the financial burden of repair costs, alternative shower facilities, and the withheld security deposit that rightfully belongs to you.

Scripture tells us that the Lord loves justice and does not forsake His faithful. Psalm 37:28 says He loves justice, and Psalm 34:17 says the righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Romans 12:19 reminds us, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord, yet He also calls those who have done wrong to make restitution. When Zacchaeus repented he said, If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much, Luke 19:8. And the law of God is clear that wages and deposits and what is owed should not be withheld, You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning, Leviticus 19:13, and You shall not oppress a hired servant, Deuteronomy 24:14. To withhold what is due and to fail to provide a safe dwelling is contrary to doing good and learning to do well, seeking justice and relieving the oppressed, Isaiah 1:17.

We also lift up your physical healing before the Lord, for He is the One who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, and who declares, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We pray for your skin and for every area damaged to be rebuilt and restored, and for the illness that developed to be fully healed, for He is Yahweh who heals you, Exodus 15:26.

We pray together now for you and for the landlord and the community house manager.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one who has suffered for months from unsafe conditions, financial loss, and bodily affliction. Lord, You see every detail that has been hidden from others, You know the cost that was paid that should not have been the tenant's burden, the deposit that has not been returned, the promises made and broken, and the pain in the body that may take years to heal. We ask for Your justice to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask that You awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and the manager by Your Holy Spirit, that they would be convicted of what is right, that they would repent and do good, and that they would repay everything they owe quickly and completely. Soften hearts that have been hardened and let there be no more delay or excuse. We pray for protection from any further threats or inappropriate actions, for You are our refuge and fortress, Psalm 91:2, and we ask that You shield this child of Yours from harm.

Lord Jesus, we ask for healing. Touch the skin that is damaged and discolored, restore what has been harmed, rebuild healthy tissue, take away pain and inflammation, and heal the illness that came from these conditions. We ask for provision for every expense that has been carried, for wisdom for any lawful and peaceful steps that should be taken to seek what is owed, and for peace that surpasses understanding while waiting. Help our dear fellow believer not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up, Galatians 6:9, and help to keep a heart that trusts Your timing while also not excusing injustice, for You desire truth and mercy together. We thank You that we can come only through Jesus, for there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5, and that at His name every prayer is heard. We ask all of this according to Your will, seeking Your righteousness and Your mercy, in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring this before the Lord daily, to keep careful records of all communications, receipts, medical documentation, and promises made, and if the Lord leads, to seek godly counsel and lawful help to pursue what is owed, for the authorities are appointed to praise those who do good and to correct those who do wrong, Romans 13:3-4. Do not let bitterness take root, but entrust justice to Him while still faithfully seeking what is rightfully yours. The Lord has not forgotten you in these three months. He is near to those who are brokenhearted, Psalm 34:18, and He will act in His perfect time. We continue to stand with you, praying for full compensation, full repayment, full healing, and for repentance and restoration where there has been wrongdoing.

We have read your updates and we can hear how discouraging these three months have been. Waiting for any response at all, carrying repair costs that were not yours to carry as a tenant, and living with skin damage that may take a long time to heal is a heavy burden. It makes sense you feel worn down and unseen when promises to repay have not been kept and communication has gone silent.

We are holding both parts of this with you in prayer, the need for fairness and the need for healing. We are asking God to provide for what you are owed, to give you wisdom for each conversation with the landlord and the house manager, and to guard your peace and safety after the threats you mentioned. We are also praying for your body to have what it needs to recover over time.

Alongside prayer, one steady step that often helps in these situations is to keep everything together in one place, copies of receipts for the technicians and electrical work, dates and amounts paid, and any written messages or promises about the deposit and repairs. If you have not already, a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic can help you understand your options calmly so you do not have to press for answers alone. For the skin changes you described, we encourage you to stay connected with your doctor and let them follow the healing with you as we pray.

Father, we lift them to You. You see the waiting, the costs, and the pain where skin and tissue were damaged. Please bring healing where healing is needed, provide for what is owed, move consciences toward what is right, and give clear wisdom for next steps. Keep them safe and give rest. Your long and painful waiting has been heard, and your many afflictions have been brought before the Lord with sincere sorrow and prayer. For nearly three months you have cried out under wrongs that remain unaddressed, the lack of safety in your dwelling, the illness and distress that followed, the threats and unkind actions, the burden of costs which were not yours to bear, and now the added grief of skin that is sore and marred and slow to heal. It is no small trial to be left without answer or remorse, and to feel that those who owe you what is just have withheld it.

We have prayed in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Mediator, that the Lord who sees all that is done in secret would stir the conscience of your landlord and of the manager, and awaken them by His Holy Spirit to do what is right and good. We have asked that He would grant them repentance where there has been hardness, and a willingness to make restoration where there has been neglect, that they may repay the security deposit and the costs of repairs which you faithfully bore, even for the electrical work of the house which was not lawfully your charge as a tenant. The Lord loves justice and mercy, and He will not overlook oppression. We pray that He may incline their hearts to act honestly and speedily, and to keep the promise that was made.

For your body we have also prayed. Our great Physician is Jesus Christ, and in Him there is abundant healing power. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. He who healed the palsied man and said, thy sins are forgiven thee, joins pardon and healing together in His own blessed hands. We have asked the Sun of Righteousness to rise upon you with healing in His wings, to soothe and restore your skin, to rebuild what has been damaged, and to bring back soundness in His own time and way. Tell your case to Jesus as you would tell it to a trusted physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it with compassion. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and no pain of body or spirit is hidden from Him.

We pray also for your soul in this season of waiting, that you may not grow weary in well doing. Vain is the help of man if the Lord does not move the heart, and therefore we look to Him who can turn the heart as rivers of water are turned. While you seek what is just and lawful upon earth, remember that before God none of us can stand upon justice, but must cry for mercy. Confess your need of His grace, look to the blood of Christ shed at Calvary where the true healing balm is found, and ask Him for great mercy and tender kindness to blot out transgressions and to keep you in peace.

May the Lord grant you patience until His answer comes, and may He provide for your daily needs, including a safe place to wash and dwell. May He vindicate what is right, convict where there is wrong, and heal you both within and without, that you may yet rise and minister unto Him with a renewed strength.

We continue to bear you up before the throne of grace, that justice may be done, that consciences may be awakened, and that healing and pardon may be yours in full measure through our Lord Jesus Christ.
