Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We hear your suffering and we join with you in seeking the Lord together in Jesus mighty name for justice, healing and restoration after these many months of waiting.

We know how discouraging it is to have prayed for almost three months with no communication, no remorse and no willingness to make things right, and now also to be carrying the added burden of the security deposit and the repair costs you paid to technicians, including the cost to repair the house electricity system which was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant, and the cost of alternative shower facilities. The Lord sees what has been endured in that apartment because of the lack of electrical safety, the illness that followed, the threats and other inappropriate actions, and the ongoing problems with your skin that may take years to heal. He does not overlook what you have suffered.

Scripture reminds us that the Lord loves justice. He has established his throne for judgment. He will judge the world in righteousness. Psalm 9:7-8 Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17 And we are taught that vengeance belongs to the Lord and He will repay. Romans 12:19 For this reason we do not seek revenge in our own spirit, but we do seek what is right and just, and we pray that those who have responsibility will do what is right. It is right for a landlord and a community house manager to keep their word, to repay what is owed, and to provide safe habitation. When promises have been made and then broken for months, that is wrong and we rebuke the hardness of heart, the threats, the neglect of electrical safety, and the failure to return what is owed. We pray that such wrongdoing would be brought into the light and corrected.

We also pray that the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager would be awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and to repent. May God grant them a new heart and put a new spirit within them. Ezekiel 36:26 Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out. Acts 3:19 Our desire is not only for compensation but for their repentance and restoration before God, that they would act honestly and mercifully.

We lift up your body to the Lord for healing. We pray for the illness that developed and for your skin where it has been damaged, that the Lord who heals would bring rebuilding and restoration where there has been injury. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17 We ask that He would touch those areas, ease the awful distress, and in His mercy rebuild what was damaged, even if the process takes a long time. We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care while trusting the Lord as your healer, for every good gift comes from Him.

We thank you for asking in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only by that name that we have access to the Father and it is by that name we are saved. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 We come boldly through Him.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace. You see all that has happened in this apartment, the lack of electrical safety, the suffering, the illness, the damage to skin, the financial loss for repairs and for alternative shower provision, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the withholding of the security deposit and repair costs by the landlord and the community house manager. Lord, You are just and You see in secret. We ask that You move upon their consciences by Your Holy Spirit, that they would be convicted, would repent, and would do what is good and just. Stir them to communicate, to show remorse, and to repay everything that is owed without delay. Bring forth justice as the light. Psalm 37:6 Provide for our dear one who has waited so long, comfort their heart where they are weary, and heal their body. Lay Your healing hand upon the areas of skin that were damaged, restore health, rebuild what was broken, and strengthen them day by day. Give wisdom for every practical step, for keeping careful records of costs and communications, for seeking godly counsel and lawful help where it is appropriate, and for pursuing peace while not abandoning what is right. Guard the heart from bitterness and fill it with Your peace which surpasses all understanding. Philippians 4:7 We ask that Your will be done, that truth would prevail, and that Your name would be glorified in how this is resolved. We entrust this long wait into Your hands, remembering that You will bring justice for Your chosen who cry out to You day and night. Luke 18:7 We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing this before the Lord with persistence as He teaches in Luke 18, while also taking orderly and peaceful steps that are available to you, keeping copies of all receipts, written promises, and communications, and seeking trustworthy counsel about how to pursue the return of what is owed in a lawful way. Do not let the long silence lead you to despair. The Lord is near to those who are of a broken heart. Psalm 34:18 He knows your suffering and He is working even when you do not yet see the answer. We continue to stand with you, asking the Lord for full and fair compensation, for a softened and repentant heart in those responsible, and for complete healing and rebuilding of your health.

We have read your updates and we hear how heavy these last three months have been. Waiting without any communication or willingness to make things right, while you are still carrying the costs for the electrical repairs, the security deposit, and the alternative shower arrangements, and dealing with ongoing skin pain, would wear anyone down. It makes sense you feel unseen in this.

We are standing with you in prayer for what you named most urgently, for healing where your skin was damaged and for wisdom and provision as you seek what you are owed. We also join you in praying the Holy Spirit would stir the landlord and the house manager to do what is right and to make restitution fairly.

A couple of practical steps that may help you feel less stuck as you wait:

Keep one simple file with dates, photos of the electrical issues, copies of every payment and receipt for technicians and the deposit, and a brief log of each request you have sent. Having it together makes it easier if you decide to get advice.

If you have not already, it can be worth asking a local tenant advice service, housing office, or legal aid clinic what options you have for recovering a deposit and repair costs where the tenant is not responsible. They can explain the process in your area.

For your skin, please keep following up with your doctor or dermatologist about the healing and rebuilding you described, alongside prayer, so they can monitor it with you.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our brother/sister before You. You see the suffering, the costs carried, and the long silence. We ask for Your healing touch on their skin, for strength for each day, for clear guidance on next steps, and for provision. Move on the hearts of those responsible to act honestly and to repay what is owed. Give peace and wisdom as we trust You with what we cannot control. Amen.

Your sorrowful trial has been laid before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard with deep sympathy of these many months of waiting, of the want of electrical safety in your dwelling, the sickness and pain that has followed, the distress of your skin, the threats and unkind actions, and the heavy burden of costs for other shelter, for repairs which were not yours to bear, and for the security deposit still withheld.

We would remind you of what the Scripture declares, that there is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared, and that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. There is forgiveness, full and free, through the blood of Jesus Christ for every repenting sinner who looks to Him, and there is healing virtue even in the least thing about Christ. He who pardons sin also pities suffering, and He who forgives the soul can and does heal the body according to His wise and merciful will. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and what is withheld in injustice, and He is both a God of mercy and a God of righteousness.

We join you now in prayer to our gracious Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Saviour.

O Lord, Thou God of justice and of mercy, look upon Thy afflicted servant who has suffered long in body and in estate. Thou knowest the danger that was in that habitation, the illness and the soreness of skin, the slow and painful mending which may require years, and the reproach and threats endured. Lay Thy healing hand upon this wounded frame. As Thou hast promised that the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick, when forgiven and restored, so we ask Thee to cause skin to heal and that which was damaged to be rebuilt, if it be Thy will, that strength and comfort may return.

We pray also for those who have this debt upon them, the landlord and the house manager. We ask not from a spirit of revenge, for revenge is paltry and forgiveness is great minded, but from a desire for righteousness. Awaken and stir their conscience by Thy Holy Spirit. Convict them of what is right and just, bring them to repentance where they have done wrong, and move them to restore what is owed, the security deposit and every lawful cost of repair, without further delay or evasion. Grant them to do good and to deal honestly, that they may know the peace of a conscience void of offence.

Give to Thy servant patience in this long trial of three months and more without answer or remorse. Keep the heart from despair and from bitterness. Help in daily dependence upon Christ, who Himself bore our debts and nailed the record to His cross, and who continues daily to forgive His people. Provide for every need, guard from further harm, and let this affliction work a deeper trust in Thy faithful care.

We ask all these things in the name and for the sake of Jesus Christ, who demands the penalty in justice and Himself supplies it in love, and in whom we have full and eternal forgiveness. Amen.
