Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We have heard your cry and we join with you in Jesus' mighty name, bringing this burden before our Father who sees all that has happened in that apartment and all the suffering that has followed. We are grieved to hear of the lack of electrical safety, the illness that developed, the threats and inappropriate actions, the added costs for alternative shower facilities, the unpaid repair costs and the security deposit that has not been returned, and the damage to your skin that may take years to heal. The Lord does not overlook injustice or affliction, and we stand with you asking Him to act.

The Word reminds us that the Lord loves justice and will not forsake His faithful ones, Psalm 37:28, and that He executes justice for the oppressed, Psalm 103:6. We are taught not to oppress our neighbor nor rob him and that wages or what is owed should not be withheld, Leviticus 19:13 and Deuteronomy 24:15. When Zacchaeus was convicted he said, if I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much, Luke 19:8, showing the heart of repentance that makes restitution. We pray that same conviction would come upon your landlord and upon the community house manager. We ask that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir their consciences to do what is right, to show remorse, to communicate honestly, and to repay everything that is owed, including the security deposit and the repair costs you paid for the electricity system which was not your responsibility as a tenant. We pray the Lord would lead them to repentance and to deal honestly and mercifully, Proverbs 21:15 and Isaiah 1:17.

We also lift up your body and your spirit before our Healer. We know how discouraging it is to have prayed for almost three months without response and to face ongoing skin damage and illness. We ask the Lord to touch your skin and restore what was damaged, for He is the One who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3, and who says, I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, Jeremiah 30:17. We pray for complete healing in the areas where you were harmed and for strength as your body recovers, even if the process takes time. We also pray for your peace and protection from further threats, that the Lord would be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble, Psalm 9:9, and that He would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you cast your anxieties on Him, Philippians 4:6-7.

We encourage you to continue to seek what is just while keeping your heart free from bitterness. Scripture says, do not avenge yourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19. That does not mean we should not pursue lawful and orderly means for what is owed, but we do so trusting God as the final judge and not harboring hatred. We encourage you to keep careful records of what was paid and promised, to seek wise and godly counsel and, where appropriate, lawful help to recover what is due, and to continue to act with integrity even as you wait. We pray the Lord will strengthen you not to grow weary, Galatians 6:9, and to wait for Him and be strong, Psalm 27:14.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we bring this need before Your throne. You see the unsafe conditions, the illness, the financial loss, the threats, and the pain carried for months without remorse or repayment. Lord, convict the landlord and the house manager by Your Holy Spirit, awaken their consciences, bring them to repentance and to do good, and move them to return the deposit and all repair costs and to provide just compensation for the suffering and extra expenses. Heal this dear one completely, restore the skin where it was damaged and rebuild what was harmed, bring relief from illness and renew strength. Give protection, provision, and peace that passes understanding, guide every step toward resolution, and let Your justice and mercy be seen. We ask this trusting in Your goodness and Your power, in Jesus' name, amen.

We've read your updates and we can hear how exhausting this has been, waiting nearly three months with no answer while still dealing with the aftereffects in your apartment and in your own health. To have paid for repairs that were not your responsibility, to still be waiting for your deposit, and to live with skin damage that may take a long time to heal is a lot to carry, and it makes sense you feel worn down.

We are praying with you for what is fair and right, that what you are owed would be returned and that the landlord and house manager would act with a clear conscience and do what is good. Wanting restitution after being harmed is a right and reasonable desire, and it can also be an important step toward closing this painful chapter.

As you wait, it may help to keep a simple folder with copies of receipts, photos, communications and any written promises, and to seek wise counsel about next steps, such as a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic who can explain your options calmly. For the ongoing skin irritation and other symptoms, we encourage you to stay in touch with your doctor alongside prayer, so you have ongoing care.

Father, we bring our friend before You in Jesus' name. You see the loss, the costs, and the hurt to their body. Grant wisdom for each conversation, provision for what is owed, and Your healing touch and peace day by day. Amen.
