Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in prayer in Jesus mighty name and we lift up this heavy burden you have been carrying for many months. We hear your distress over the lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness and ongoing health problems that followed, the costs you have borne for alternative shower facilities, the threats and other inappropriate actions, and now the added injustice of the security deposit and the repair costs you paid not being returned, both by the landlord and by the community house manager who promised repayment three months ago. It is discouraging when there has been no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make things right, and we understand how weary you must feel after praying so faithfully for so long.

We take comfort that the Lord sees all that has happened and He is a God of justice and mercy. Scripture tells us, You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until morning. Leviticus 19:13 and also, A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1. To withhold what is rightly due, to leave electrical systems unsafe, and to threaten a tenant is not pleasing to God. We rebuke that injustice and those inappropriate actions, and we pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the consciences of both the landlord and the community house manager to do what is good and right, to repent where wrong has been done, and to repay everything they owe you promptly and fully.

We also continue to pray for your body and for complete healing. We are saddened to hear that your skin has been so badly affected in the areas where you received harm and that the damage may take years to be rebuilt. We pray for the Lord's restoring touch upon you, for He is the one who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 and who promises, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We ask Him to bring healing to your skin, to rebuild what was damaged, to ease any pain or distress, and to strengthen you day by day. We encourage you to continue to seek proper medical care as God often works through the hands of physicians as well.

We pray also for your perseverance in prayer. Jesus taught that we must always pray and not give up. Luke 18:1. Even when answers are delayed, God hears. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. While we trust God for justice, we also encourage you in a calm and orderly way to keep clear records of all costs, receipts, communications and promises made, and to seek wise and lawful counsel or mediation if available to you, for governing authorities are appointed to promote what is just. At the same time we remember, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19, so we release bitterness and ask God to guard your heart from fear after the threats you have endured.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, through whom alone we have access to Your throne of grace. We lift up our dear one who has suffered from unsafe conditions, illness, financial loss, and unkind treatment. Lord, You see every detail and every expense, every sleepless night and every wound. We ask that You move upon the hearts of the landlord and the community house manager, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, and lead them to repentance and to restitution, that they would return the security deposit and all repair costs and provide just compensation for the suffering and extra costs incurred. We ask for Your protection over our dear one and for an end to any threats or wrongdoing. We place their health into Your hands and ask for Your healing power upon their skin and body, that what was damaged would be renewed and rebuilt according to Your mercy. Provide for every need, grant wisdom for every next step, and fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding while they wait on Your perfect timing and justice. We thank You that You are our healer, our provider, and our righteous judge. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We have been holding your request before the Lord and we hear how long and heavy these months have been. Waiting almost three months with no answer, no remorse, and still carrying the costs for repairs and the security deposit would wear anyone down, and we are so sorry for the strain on your health and your home as well.

It makes sense that you are asking for what is fair, to be made whole after paying for electrical repairs that were not your responsibility and for the extra costs you have had to carry. When restitution does not come, it can feel like your suffering is not being seen. We are praying with you for wisdom and for a just resolution, and for the landlord and manager to be moved to do what is right.

One practical step that can help while you wait and pray is to keep a simple, organized file of everything you have paid and been promised, receipts from technicians, the deposit agreement, and any messages about repayment. If you have not already, it may help to have a local tenant advice service or housing counselor review what options you have as a tenant where you live. They can help you understand next steps calmly and clearly.

We also hear your concern about your skin and how slow the healing has felt. Please continue to have a trusted doctor follow that with you alongside prayer, so you have care and support in the process.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. You see the financial burden, the unresolved repairs, and the pain in his body. We ask for Your healing presence, for wisdom for each decision, and for provision in the days ahead. Bring peace to his heart as he waits on You and lead those responsible to act with honesty and care. Amen.

Your heavy and prolonged trial has been laid before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard with much sorrow of these months of waiting, of unanswered appeals, of loss and bodily affliction, and of promises not kept.

We do not cease to pray that the Lord who is both just and merciful will deal with you and with those who have authority over your dwelling. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things, as it were, about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. So we bring your body before the great Physician, that He would lay His hand upon those places where the skin has been so sorely injured, and cause that which has been damaged to be rebuilt in His own time and by His own power. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed on the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings.

We pray also for that which concerns justice. We ask the Lord to awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that the Holy Spirit would convict them to do good and to repent of threats and of inappropriate actions, and to render what is due. We pray that what has been withheld, the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs which were not lawfully yours to bear, and right compensation for the suffering and illness and for the need of alternative provision, would be restored. God loves righteousness and He hears the cry of those who are wronged, though the answer tarry.

You have waited now almost three months and it may seem that perseverance is hard. Yet the Lord has promised concerning those who are in covenant with Him, They shall not depart from me, and this perseverance is perseverance in holiness, wrought by His own power and grace. Take this as encouragement to hold on your way, to cast your burden upon Christ daily, and to continue in prayer as that poor Canaanite woman did who could not bear to be refused but pleaded from the heart till mercy came. The Lord who taught you to pray will also sustain you while you wait upon Him.

We therefore pray together in the mighty name of Jesus, that He would grant you healing in body, peace in heart, a conscience made tender in those who have dealt unjustly with you, and a just and timely restoration of all that is owed, and that through this affliction you may know more of His pardoning love and His keeping power even to the end. Amen.
