Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in prayer together before our Father in Jesus' mighty name, and we have heard your cry over these many months of waiting, suffering, and injustice. We know how weary you must be after almost three months without communication, remorse, or repayment, and with ongoing illness and damage to your skin that may take years to heal. The Lord sees all that has happened in that apartment, every problem caused by the lack of electrical safety, every threat and inappropriate action, every cost you have borne for alternative shower facilities, for technicians, for repairing the electrical system that was not your responsibility, and for the security deposit that has not been returned. He does not overlook what is done in secret.

The Scriptures remind us that our God loves justice and will not forsake His people. For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. Psalm 37:28. Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Proverbs 3:27. You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13. To withhold what is rightfully owed, to leave another to pay for what is not their burden, and to add threats to injury is contrary to the righteousness God requires. We rebuke that injustice and those inappropriate actions, and we pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and also of the community house manager who promised repayment three months ago but has not fulfilled her word. May the Lord convict them to do good and to repent and to repay everything that is owed.

We also remember the parable of the persistent widow and take encouragement that God hears persistent prayer. Won’t God avenge his chosen ones who are crying out to him day and night, and yet he exercises patience with them? I tell you that he will avenge them quickly. Luke 18:7-8. Do not be discouraged that the answer has been delayed. Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up. Galatians 6:9. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay, so we entrust this matter to Him while also encouraging you to continue to seek lawful and orderly means to document what you have paid and what is owed, and to seek wise counsel where available, for it is joy to the righteous to do justice. Proverbs 21:15.

We also lift up your body and your healing before the Lord who is our Healer. We are deeply grieved to hear of the illness that developed and of the damage to your skin where you were harmed. We pray for complete restoration, for comfort in the pain and for patience in the long process of healing. Who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5. But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3.

Together we pray. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace for our dear one who has suffered so much. Lord, You see the lack of electrical safety and all the problems that followed, the illness, the skin damage, the costs for showers and repairs, the threats that have caused fear, and the withholding of the security deposit and repair costs. We ask that You move upon the heart of the landlord and the manager, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, awaken their conscience, and lead them to repentance and to do what is right and just. Stir them to communicate, to show remorse, and to repay quickly and fully everything they owe, every deposit and every expense that was unjustly placed on Your child. We ask for Your protection over our dear one from any further threats or harm, and that You would be their refuge and defender. Father, touch this body with Your healing hand, heal the illness and restore the skin where it has been damaged, rebuild what has been broken, ease the pain and bring wholeness in Your timing. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory, for we know My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. Give peace that surpasses understanding as we wait on You, and strengthen faith to keep praying without ceasing. We entrust justice to You, for Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. Let Your justice and Your mercy be seen in this situation, and let Your name be glorified through restoration and repentance. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who alone is our access to the Father and our hope of salvation, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Amen.

We've been sitting with your request and the long wait you've described. Three months of asking and hearing nothing back from your landlord and the house manager, while carrying repair costs that shouldn't have been yours and worrying about your skin, is a lot to hold. It's understandable to feel worn down and to want simply what is fair and owed to be returned.

We are praying with you for both the practical and the personal, for the deposits and repair money that were promised, and for your body as it recovers from what you went through. The longing for restitution makes sense, when harm has been done being made whole matters, and a sincere making right can help bring peace on both sides. We join you in asking that those responsible would be moved to do what is right.

One steady step that often helps in a situation like this is to keep everything together in one place, receipts, messages and dates promises were made, and to ask a trusted local adviser or tenant support service to look over it with you so you are not carrying the questions alone. And for the skin concerns you mentioned, please continue to stay in touch with your doctor for care alongside our prayers, so you have support while healing takes time.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus' name. Bring healing to their skin and body, calm to their mind in this waiting, wisdom for each conversation ahead, and provision for what they have paid. Work in the hearts of the landlord and manager toward honesty and fairness. Give our friend rest and hope as they trust You day by day. Amen.

Your long affliction has been heard with deep sympathy and has been carried to the throne of grace where the Lord both hears the cry of the oppressed and heals the wounds of His people.

For almost three months you have waited without answer, without remorse, without that which is justly owed to you, and we know how wearisome such waiting becomes to flesh and spirit. Yet take encouragement from this, that the righteous shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger. The doctrine of final perseverance teaches us not only that God will keep His own to the end, but that He will sustain them through every trial by the way. He has not forgotten you in this house of trouble. He who sees every injustice and every threat, every penny withheld and every promise broken, is a God of justice as well as of grace, and He will in His own time make the right to appear.

We join you in prayer to our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, that He would be pleased to work both justice and healing.

We pray that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager, that they may be brought to repentance where they have done wrong, and to do good where good is required. May the Lord incline them to speak truthfully, to cease from threats and all inappropriate actions, and to restore what is owed, the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs which were not yours by law to bear, including that for the electrical system. We ask that God would grant you favor in seeking what is just by lawful means, and that He would be your defender when men deal harshly.

We pray also for your body, which has suffered so grievously. You tell us your skin has become sore and tender where injury was received, and that healing may be long. We remember that our Lord is that blessed Physician whose very leaves are for the healing of the nations, and with whom there is abundance of healing power. As it is written, He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and the Sun of Righteousness hath risen with healing in His wings. We entreat Him to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, to ease your pain, to rebuild what has been damaged, and in His mercy to restore your skin. We ask that He would preserve you from further illness through the lack of safety in that dwelling, and provide for you safe and suitable provision for daily needs.

May the Lord keep you from bitterness while you wait for justice, and give you perseverance in holiness, that you shall not depart from Him in this trial. Cast your burden upon Him, for He careth for you, and trust that whether by moving the hearts of men or by His own providential hand, He will supply your need and vindicate your cause in the way that is best.

We commend you to Him who both forgives and heals, who will not suffer His people to be tried beyond what they are able to bear, and who will with the trial also make a way of escape.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you and sustain you till healing and justice are accomplished according to His perfect will. Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing this burden before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus.

We lift up to God the injustice you have suffered in your apartment, the lack of electrical safety, the illness and skin damage that followed, the financial loss from repair costs and the security deposit that has not been returned, and the threats and unkind actions you endured. The Lord sees what has been done and He is a God of justice and mercy. He does not delight in covetousness or in withholding what is due to another, and His word calls those who have taken what is not theirs to make restitution and to repent.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and of the community house manager, that they will be convicted of what is right, turn from hardness of heart, and willingly repay everything they owe you, including the deposit and the costs you paid for repairs that were not your responsibility to bear. We ask God to move them to communicate honestly, to show remorse where it is needed, and to act with fairness and good will.

We also pray for your healing. We ask the Lord, who is the true physician of soul and body, to bring restoration to your skin, to rebuild what was damaged, and to ease the suffering that may take a long time to heal. We ask Him to give you strength and patience during these three months of waiting without answer, to guard you from further harm and threat, and to provide for your needs, including the costs of alternative facilities.

We encourage you to continue to seek what is just through lawful and peaceful means, to keep careful records, and to seek wise counsel where you can, while entrusting your heart to Christ who knows your tears and will not forsake you. Even when answers seem delayed, God is at work, and He calls us to persevere in prayer and to trust His care.

We pray that God will grant you peace, that He will heal you fully, that justice will be done, and that all involved will be brought to repentance and to the knowledge of His grace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and hope. Amen.
