Compensation!!

Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in prayer together in Jesus mighty name and we have heard the weight of what you have carried for these many months. To wait almost three months with no communication, no remorse and no willingness to make right what was suffered is deeply discouraging, and we grieve with you over the illness, the skin damage, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the financial burden of repair costs, alternative shower facilities, the security deposit and the electrical system that was not your lawful responsibility as a tenant to cover.

We bring before the Lord the truth that He sees every injustice and every affliction. He is a God of justice and mercy. Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it to you, when you have it by you Proverbs 3:27-28. And again, Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies James 5:4. What has been withheld from you has not been hidden from Him. We also cling to His promise for your body, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:5-6.

We join you in praying for justice while keeping our hearts free from bitterness, for it is written Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Gods wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We do not pray for harm upon anyone, but we do pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and also the community house manager to do what is right, to repent where there has been wrongdoing, to speak truthfully, to cease all threats and inappropriate actions, and to repay everything that is owed including the security deposit, the technician costs you paid, the costs for the electrical system, and compensation for the suffering, illness and alternative shower expenses.

We lift up your physical healing to our Father in Jesus name. We ask for His healing hand upon your skin where it has become damaged, for restoration where tissue was harmed, for relief from pain and for complete rebuilding that only He can bring. We pray that what may take years in the natural, the Lord would hasten in His mercy, and that you would know His comfort and presence each day of the waiting. We also pray for your protection and peace in your home, that the apartment would be made truly safe and that no further harm would come from electrical dangers.

We encourage you to continue to commit your way to the Lord and to keep a clear record of all costs, communications and promises made, and to seek wise and godly counsel and lawful help where appropriate as you pursue what is just. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint. We thank God that you have come in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name our prayers are heard.

Father in Jesus name we bring our dear one before You. You have seen every problem in that apartment, every threat, every broken promise, and every night of suffering and expense. We ask that You move upon the hearts of the landlord and the manager to act with integrity, to return what has been withheld and to provide just compensation. Let Your Holy Spirit convict and lead them to repentance and to do good. We ask for Your healing power to touch skin and body, to rebuild what was damaged and to restore health fully. Give peace that passes understanding, guard this dear one from fear, provide for every financial need, and let Your justice shine like the noonday in this situation. We trust Your timing and Your goodness and we ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus our Lord and Healer, amen.

Thank you for letting us keep praying with you through these long three months. We hear how discouraging it has been to have no communication or remorse, and to still be carrying the costs for repairs and the security deposit while also dealing with ongoing health effects and skin concerns. Waiting for what is owed while you are still healing is a heavy burden, and we are holding that before the Lord with you.

We continue to pray for wisdom and for a just resolution, and for your landlord and the house manager to do what is right and take responsibility.

One practical step that can help when you are able is to keep a clear folder with copies of everything you have paid, receipts from technicians, photos if you have them, and any written messages or promises about repayment. Many communities have a tenant advice service, housing office, or legal aid clinic that can review what a tenant is and is not responsible for and what options you have next. It can be worth asking for a brief consultation just to understand your rights locally.

For the skin healing you mentioned, please stay closely connected to your doctor or dermatologist alongside prayer, so they can follow your progress and guide your care.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see the financial strain, the waiting, and the pain in their body. Bring healing and restoration in Your mercy, grant wisdom for each next conversation and decision, and move hearts toward honesty and fairness. Give daily strength and peace as they wait on You. Your prolonged trial has been heard, and we have brought it again before the Lord with earnest prayer. Three months of silence, of no communication and no remorse, is a sore burden to bear, and to have suffered bodily illness and distress in your dwelling, to have borne threats and unworthy treatment, and then to be left without the return of what is justly owed to you, is a grief which the Lord Himself sees.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Saviour and Mediator, that the Lord who is both just and merciful would work in this matter according to righteousness. We ask that He would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord by the Holy Spirit, that he may be brought to repentance and to do that which is good and just in His sight. We pray that what has been withheld, the security deposit and the costs you laid out for technicians and for the repair of the electrical system which was not lawfully your burden as a tenant, and the recompense for the failures in safety and for the other hardships you have endured, would be restored to you. We pray also concerning the manager of the community house who has not kept promise to repay, that the Lord would move her also to fulfill her word and to act with honesty.

We pray for your body, for the skin which has become sore and afflicted where you received harm, and for that which has been damaged and may be long in healing. There is healing virtue in Christ, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and who has risen with healing in His wings. He binds up the broken hearted and He heals the diseases of His people, and pardon and healing flow from the same pierced hand. We ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon you, to ease your pain, to rebuild what has been injured, and to grant you restoration in His good time.

We exhort you to persevere in prayer without presumption and without fainting. As the poor Canaanite woman cried and would not be refused, so continue to plead with the Lord who hears. The perseverance of the saints is secured not by our strength but by His covenant promise, They shall not depart from me, and He will not depart from His own. He who has begun a good work will perform it until the day of Christ, and He will keep you even in this long waiting. Cast your cause upon Him who judges righteously, and while you trust Him, use also the lawful means He has placed in your hand to seek what is due.

We will continue to remember you before the throne of grace, that the Lord would grant you justice, health, peace in your dwelling, and a quiet heart resting in His faithful care. Amen.
