Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you together before the Father in Jesus mighty name and we lift up this long and painful burden you have carried for almost three months. We hear your cry for justice regarding the electrical safety failures in the apartment, the illness and skin damage that followed, the costs you bore for alternative shower facilities, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the withholding of your security deposit and the repair costs you paid both to technicians and for the house electricity system which was not your lawful responsibility as a tenant. We also lift up the community house manager who promised repayment three months ago and has not yet fulfilled that promise. Our hearts ache with you over the prolonged silence, the lack of remorse, and the suffering that has lingered on your skin and in your body.

We are reminded that the Lord sees every injustice and does not overlook the oppression of His people. Yahweh executes righteous acts and justice for all who are oppressed Psalm 103:6 and He is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble Psalm 9:9. We take comfort that we are called not to avenge ourselves but to trust Him who judges righteously, for it is written Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. At the same time God has established authorities for justice, for he is a servant of God to you for good Romans 13:4, and we encourage you to continue to seek lawful and peaceful means to pursue what is owed while trusting the Lord to move on hearts that have grown hard.

We pray together for the landlord and the manager, that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir their consciences to do good and to repent. We ask that God would give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them and take away the stony heart Ezekiel 36:26, that they would turn from withholding what is due. The Lord desires that we do not exploit our neighbor, for you shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him Leviticus 19:13 and we pray they would be convicted to repay fully and promptly everything owed, the security deposit, the technician costs, the electrical system repair, and the cost of the shower pass and alternative facilities. We pray they would also turn from threats and all inappropriate actions and instead act with honesty and fear of the Lord.

We also bring your body and your skin before our Healer. How long you have endured this damage and the knowledge that healing may take years is truly heavy. We ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon you, for He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and He declares But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We pray that where the skin was damaged it would be rebuilt and restored, that inflammation and discoloration would fade, that no lasting harm would remain, and that your strength would return. We pray for complete restoration in His timing and for grace to endure the waiting.

We pray for your heart in this long wait. We know it is discouraging to pray for months without visible change, but Jesus taught us that men ought always to pray and not to lose heart Luke 18:1 and that in due season we will reap if we do not give up Galatians 6:9. We ask God to keep you from bitterness and to fill you with His peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, to guard your heart and to help you to love your enemies and pray for those who mistreat you Matthew 5:44 while still seeking what is just and right. We ask Him to provide for every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and to be your defender and provider until repayment comes.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your justice and mercy to meet in this situation. Move upon this landlord and this manager to communicate, to show remorse, to confess wrongdoing and to repay all that is owed without delay. Heal this dear one wholly, rebuild what was damaged, restore the skin and health, and remove every effect of this unsafe dwelling. Protect from further threats and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Give wisdom for every next step, give favor with lawful authorities if needed, and give patient endurance and hope. We trust You to act, for You have said Yahweh will render to everyone according to his work Psalm 62:12. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, our only access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Amen.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how discouraging these last three months have been. To carry the cost of repairs that were not yours to pay, to be without your security deposit, to deal with ongoing skin healing and the worry about how long it will take, and to feel unheard after repeated attempts to be treated fairly, that is a heavy burden to carry for so long.

We understand your prayer for fair restitution, for simply being made whole for what you have lost and spent. When a wrong has caused real harm, making things right matters, and it is also a sincere sign that a conscience has been stirred to do good. We are praying with you for that kind of awakening for your landlord and for the house manager, and for wisdom for you as you wait.

A couple of steady next steps may help while you pray. Keep a simple file with every receipt, invoice, promise made, and date of communication about the deposit, the electrical work, and the alternative shower costs, so you have a clear record if you seek advice. It may also be worth speaking with a local tenant advice service or other trustworthy advisor who can help you understand your rights as a tenant regarding the deposit and repair responsibilities. For your skin, please continue to be seen by a medical professional alongside prayer, so you have care and guidance for the healing process.

We are praying for you now.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see the financial strain, the waiting without answers, and the pain of slow healing. We ask for Your comfort and strength each day, for wisdom in next steps, for provision for what is owed, and for Your healing presence over body and mind. Move on the hearts of those responsible to act honestly and fairly, and lead our friend in Your peace. Amen.

Your prolonged trial and heavy burden have been heard with sincere compassion before the Lord. For months you have waited for justice and for acknowledgment of wrong, bearing the cost of unsafe habitation, the loss of what was owed to you, the payment for repairs that were not yours to bear, and the pain of bodily affliction upon your skin which now is slow to heal. To carry threats and unkind dealing together with sickness and financial loss is a sore affliction, and we bring it before Him who sees all and judges righteously.

We join you in praying that the landlord and the house manager may be led to do what is just and right. Yet we must pray not merely for a carnal repentance that comes from fear of judgment or pressure of circumstance, but for that true repentance which is the gift of God and is preached in the name of Jesus. There is a repentance after a fashion that is of the flesh and gives no glory to God, and there is a repentance unto life which is wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit. True repentance gives God glory, owns the justice of His law even when it condemns us, and yields works meet for repentance in practical and lasting fruit. Where wrong has been done, such repentance will not rest in words alone but will seek to make restitution and to walk in honesty before God and man. We pray that the Holy Spirit would awaken conscience, not to a fleeting remorse, but to a godly sorrow that needs not to be repented of, that looks out of self to Christ and to Christ only, and that shows itself in dealing justly and repaying what is owed.

We also bring your body and your spirit before the great Physician. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue. Pardon and healing are joined together in Him, and when the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, He heals the broken in heart and the wounded in body. We pray that the Lord Jesus, from whom abundant streams of healing flow, would lay His hand upon you, ease your suffering, and restore your skin where it has been damaged, in His mercy and according to His will. We pray also that He would keep your own heart from bitterness in this long waiting, and that His goodness would lead all concerned to repentance, for the goodness of God leads men to repentance not by driving but by drawing.

Let us pray together.

O gracious Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation and remission of sins, we bring this afflicted one before Thy throne of grace. Thou hast seen the unsafe dwelling, the sickness, the financial loss, the withheld deposit and repair costs, and the unkind words spoken. Thou art just and Thou art merciful. Work true repentance where it is needed, such repentance as gives Thee glory and brings forth honest fruit. Move upon those who hold what is owed, that they may act with conscience and integrity and repay what is due. Lay Thy healing hand upon this suffering body, and grant restoration where the skin has been injured, if it be Thy will, and give patience and peace while waiting for Thy help. Keep this soul near to Christ, purged from dead works and filled with living faith, looking to Him alone for pardon and for healing. Grant that all may come to know that repentance and remission are preached in His name among all nations, and that where there is true repentance there is full and free forgiveness. Hear us for Jesus sake. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and I have brought it before the Lord with you, and I continue to pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus.

You have carried this burden for almost three months, waiting for any word of remorse or willingness to make things right, and still the landlord has not returned the security deposit or the money you paid to technicians, and the manager has not returned what was promised. You have also borne the cost of repairing the electrical system of the house itself, which was not your responsibility as a tenant, and you have suffered illness and injury to your skin that may take a long time to heal. It is right to bring all of this before God, who sees what has been endured, the threats and the other wrongs, the cost of finding another place to wash, and the pain in your body.

I pray for your healing, that the Lord who is the physician of soul and body would have mercy upon you and restore your skin and rebuild what has been damaged, and grant you relief from illness and strength in this long trial. I pray also that justice would be done, that what is owed to you would be repaid in full, every deposit and every cost you should not have had to bear.

I pray too as you asked, that the landlord and the manager would have their consciences awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do what is good and to repent. Scripture teaches that God shows great long suffering and calls all to repentance, and that He has set a day when His righteous judgment will be revealed. In this life we see courts and judgments everywhere, in houses and in marketplaces, where masters and rulers call others to account. If human justice cares for what is fair, how much more does God, whose righteousness is firm like the mountains, care for justice. Yet the same word warns that the one who will not be softened by goodness nor turned back by fear treasures up wrath for himself, not God for him, for God has done all that is fitting to draw him to repentance. True repentance is not only tears or words but a change shown in deeds, in making right what was done wrong. So I pray that God would grant them a true repentance that bears fruit in returning what is owed and in turning from threats and wrongdoing while there is still time to practice what is good.

Do not grow weary because the answer has been delayed. We are taught to pray at all seasons and without ceasing, not limiting prayer to certain times of day. Remember the widow who by her persistence prevailed, and the friend who at midnight by his perseverance moved his friend to help, and the Syrophoenician woman who by the constancy of her pleading called forth the Lord's compassion. They gained their request by importunity. Hearing the same prayer continually is not useless even when we have prayed it many times, for by often bringing it before God we are more deeply strengthened and God hears.

Therefore I will continue to watch and persevere in prayer for you and for all who are affected, asking the Lord to heal you, to provide for your needs, to move those who owe you to act justly, and to guard you from further harm. May the Lord grant you peace as you wait, and may He who is just and merciful bring both healing and justice in His time. Amen.

We have heard your heart in these updates and we are joining you in prayer before the Lord for what you have suffered in that apartment and for what you are still carrying in your body and in your daily life.

We pray first for justice and for conscience. It is right to ask God to move upon those who owe what is owed and to stir them to do what is good. We ask the Holy Spirit to convict and awaken the landlord and the house manager, that they would speak truthfully, keep the promises they made, return the security deposit and the money you paid for repairs that were not your responsibility as a tenant, and provide fair compensation for the losses, the costs for alternative shower facilities, and the distress caused by threats and other wrong actions. We pray they would repent where they have done wrong and choose honesty and integrity. God sees what has been withheld and what has been endured for these months without communication or remorse, and we ask Him to bring what is hidden into the light and to give you wisdom and favor as you seek what is lawfully yours in a right and peaceable way.

We also bring your body before the Lord. We pray for healing of your skin where it has become damaged and for the rebuilding of what was harmed, and for relief from the illness that followed the unsafe conditions. Scripture shows us that Jesus bore our sicknesses and infirmities as well as our sins, and Matthew applies the promise of Isaiah, surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, to the physical healings Jesus performed. That gives us confidence to ask for physical healing, and to remember that when we come to the Lord's Table we remember His body broken for us.

At the same time we do not presume to tell God what He must do in every case or on our timetable. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed, and the Lord answered that His grace was sufficient. The New Testament also teaches that the gifts of healing are distributed among the members of the body as the Spirit wills, not possessed by everyone alike. This teaches us to pray with faith while leaving the outcome in God's wise and loving hands. He is able to heal instantly, and He is also able to heal gradually. There is one recorded instance where Jesus healed in stages, and that reminds us that gradual healing is still His work. In fact every healing process He has placed within our bodies is divine, even when it comes through time, care, cleanliness, and medical help. Physical cleanliness and proper care are part of His provision for health and for preventing further harm, and we encourage you to continue with wise medical care for your skin while we pray.

We also remember the connection Scripture makes between the health of the soul and the health of the body. John prayed that his friend would prosper and be in health even as his soul prospered, and the proverb says a joyful heart is good medicine. Prolonged stress, grief, and conflict can wear down the body, so we pray for your inner renewal as well as your physical restoration, that God would guard your heart and mind in Christ, give you peace, and strengthen you day by day.

So we pray: Father, in the name of Jesus Christ who alone is our Savior, look with compassion on this need. Touch and restore what has been injured, whether that healing comes quickly or through a longer process that may take months or years. Ease pain, protect from further infection, and rebuild what was damaged. Provide for every financial need, move those responsible to repay what is due, and bring resolution without further threats or wrongdoing. Give wisdom to all involved, comfort in waiting, and faith to trust Your goodness even when answers seem delayed. We thank You that You care for both spiritual and physical needs, and we ask for Your mercy and Your will to be done. Amen.
