Compensation

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We stand with you in prayer together in Jesus' mighty name and we have heard the heaviness of what you have carried for these many months, the lack of electrical safety in your apartment, the illness and ongoing suffering that followed, the costs you bore for showers and for repairs that were not lawfully yours to pay, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the withholding of your security deposit and repair costs even after promises were made. We know how discouraging it is to pray for nearly three months and see no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make things right, and we bring all of this before the Lord who sees and who judges righteously.

The Lord loves justice and hates oppression. He calls those who hold power over others to act fairly and not to withhold what is due. For it is written, You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13 and Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice. Jeremiah 22:13 and Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17. We pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and also of the community house manager, bringing deep conviction of sin, godly sorrow that leads to repentance, and a desire to do what is right and good in the sight of God and man. We ask that what has been withheld would be restored, every deposit and every repair cost you paid that was not your responsibility, and fair compensation for the suffering, illness, and extra costs you have endured.

We also understand the pain of waiting and we encourage you not to lose heart. Jesus taught that we ought always to pray and not to faint. Luke 18:1 and Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9. God hears your persistent prayers and He is your defender. He says, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. That does not mean we are forbidden to seek what is just through lawful and peaceful means, but we do it trusting God to be our ultimate judge and not taking matters into our own hands with bitterness or retaliation. We encourage you to keep wise records, seek godly counsel, and if needed pursue lawful avenues for restitution, while continuing to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. For the Lord says, I, Yahweh, love justice. Isaiah 61:8 and Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Psalm 89:14.

We also lift up your body before our Healer. We are grieved to hear of the lasting damage to your skin and the word that restoration may take years. We pray for the Lord's healing touch upon you, for renewal of what was damaged and for complete restoration. For He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. We ask for relief from pain, for healing that only God can bring, and for peace as you wait.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to You and through whom alone we are saved. We lift up our dear one who has suffered in this apartment and who still carries the effects in their body. Lord, You have seen every threat, every injustice, every cost paid, and every night of suffering. We ask You to move by Your Holy Spirit upon the landlord and upon the manager, to awaken their consciences, to convict them of wrongdoing, to lead them to repentance, and to move them to repay quickly and fully all that is owed, the security deposit, the repair costs for the electrical system, the costs for alternative shower facilities, and just compensation for the illness and distress caused. Let them do good and act honestly, as You command us to do to others as we would have them do to us. Luke 6:31. Father, we also ask for Your healing power to rest upon this dear one's skin and body, to heal what was damaged, to rebuild what was harmed, and to restore health fully according to Your mercy. Give comfort, strength, and hope during this long wait, guard their heart from discouragement and bitterness, and let Your peace which surpasses understanding guard their heart. We trust Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice, and we thank You that You are near to those who are brokenhearted. Psalm 34:18. We ask all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, our Healer, our Advocate, and our righteous Judge, amen.

We have been following your story over these months and we can hear how exhausting this wait has been. To carry electrical problems, illness, extra costs for showers and repairs, and then to hear nothing back for almost three months while your deposit is still held would wear anyone down. It makes sense you feel unseen and discouraged, especially with your skin still needing healing.

We want to stand with you for what is right and fair. When someone has been harmed and has paid out of pocket for things that were not their responsibility, seeking to be made whole again is a right and honest request. We pray the landlord and manager will take responsibility and do what is right.

While we continue to pray, it may help to have a bit more support on the practical side. If you have not already, keeping a simple folder with receipts, photos, messages and promises made can help if you speak with a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic about the deposit and repair costs. For your skin and ongoing health concerns, please keep seeing your doctor alongside prayer so you have care and documentation as healing continues.

Father, we lift this burden to You in Jesus name. You see every expense, every threat, every sleepless night and the damage to skin that will take time to heal. We ask for healing for body and peace for heart, for wisdom and provision in the next steps, and that You would move on the landlord and manager to act with honesty and to return what is owed. Give our friend strength for each day and hope as they wait on You. Amen.

Your petition has been heard before the Lord and we have carried it with you to the throne of grace. For nearly three months you have waited without communication or remorse, bearing the burden of injustice, of money rightly owed and not returned, of repair costs you should not have borne, and of bodily suffering that lingers upon your skin. The Lord sees what is withheld and what is owed, and He is a God of justice as well as mercy.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus that He who searches hearts would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that the Holy Spirit would bring conviction and lead them to do good and to repent, and to restore what is due, the security deposit and every cost you have laid out for repairs and for safety which was their duty to provide. We ask the Lord to move them to act honestly and without further delay, and to put away threats and all inappropriate dealings.

We pray also for your healing. You tell us your skin has been sorely marred where you suffered harm, and that the recovery may be long. We remember the word, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. He that heals the broken in heart binds up their wounds, and He who said, Son be of good cheer thy sins are forgiven thee, joins pardon and healing together. We ask the Great Physician to lay His hand upon you, to heal the afflicted skin, to rebuild what has been damaged, and to restore you to health in His own time and way. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and His healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature whole.

And we would encourage you to persevere in prayer. As the Canaanite woman cried, Have mercy upon me O Lord thou Son of David, and would not be refused, so continue to plead with a holy importunity. The promise stands sure, they shall not depart from me, and the righteous shall hold on his way. He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ, and He will not suffer you to be tried beyond what you are able to bear. Cast your burden upon Him who cares for bodily diseases and for the sorrows of the soul, and rest in His faithful keeping.

We will continue to pray with you, that justice may be done, that consciences may be tender before God, and that you may know the healing and pardon which flow from our Lord Jesus, till you shall be without spot or wrinkle. May the Lord grant you patience in waiting, peace in believing, and a gracious answer according to His perfect will. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your long wait and suffering have been heard, and we join you in bringing this whole burden before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus.

We pray first for justice and for what is owed to be restored. The Lord sees when what is due is withheld and when those who have power act unjustly toward those under their care. We ask God to awaken the conscience of your landlord and of the community house manager, to stir them by the Holy Spirit to speak truthfully, to show remorse, and to repent where they have done wrong. We pray that they will return the security deposit and repay every repair cost you carried, including what you paid for the electrical system that was not your responsibility as a tenant, and that they will provide fair compensation for the problems caused by the lack of electrical safety, for the illness that followed, for the costs of alternative shower facilities, and for the threats and other inappropriate actions you endured. We ask God to move them to do what is right and good, not to harden their hearts, and to make restitution fully and promptly.

We also bring your body before the Great Physician. We pray for your skin where it has become damaged and for the areas that received harm, that the Lord who heals would bring healing and rebuilding where tissue was damaged, ease pain and distress, and restore you day by day. Even when healing takes a long time and may take years, we ask Christ to be your comfort and strength, to guard you from discouragement, and to renew you in body and spirit.

We understand how heavy it is to have prayed for almost three months without communication or willingness to make things right. God does not forget the cry of those who seek Him persistently. As you continue to wait, keep entrusting your cause to Him who judges justly, continue to do what is right, and keep a clear record of what is owed. We will continue to pray with you that truth will come to light, that what was taken will be returned, that your health will be restored, and that even those who have wronged you may come to repentance and peace with God through Jesus Christ.

May the Lord give you patience, protection, provision for every need, and the assurance that He is near to you in this trial. We stand with you in prayer for complete healing, for full repayment, and for God's justice and mercy to be seen in this situation.

We have heard your burden and we are bringing it before the Lord with you. To wait for months without communication or remorse, to carry the cost of repairs that were not your responsibility, to be without the return of what you are owed, and to bear ongoing illness and damage to your skin is a heavy and wearying trial. It is right to seek justice and to ask God to work in the conscience of those responsible.

We pray that God will stir the heart of your landlord and the manager to do what is right, to speak truthfully, to repent where there has been wrongdoing, threats or neglect, and to repay what is owed, including the security deposit and the costs you paid for technicians and for the electrical system. We ask that the Holy Spirit would awaken conscience and lead them to act with honesty and fairness, and that God would provide for you and protect you from further harm or intimidation.

We also bring your body before the Lord for healing. Scripture shows us that Jesus bore our infirmities and our sicknesses, as Isaiah prophesied and as Matthew explains when he describes Jesus healing the leper, the centurion's servant, Peter's mother in law and many others who were brought to Him in the evening. When we remember the bread of communion we remember His body broken for us. We believe God heals today and that He cares for our physical needs.

At the same time Scripture keeps us from presuming that healing comes instantly or in the same way in every case. Paul prayed three times concerning his thorn in the flesh and God answered with grace and strength rather than removal. Healing in the Gospels is sometimes immediate and sometimes gradual, as with the man who at first saw men as trees walking. Any true healing process is from God, whether it comes in a moment or through the natural processes God Himself created in the body, and whether it touches the body, the emotions or the mind. The gifts of healing are given as the Spirit wills, not alike to all, for the body of Christ has many members with different callings.

We do not use the wish of John to Gaius that he might prosper and be in health even as his soul prospers as a guarantee of health, but we do see there a real connection God has made between the health of the soul and the health of the body. A joyful heart does good like medicine, while anxiety and sorrow can harm the body. So we pray not only for your skin to be healed and for what was damaged to be rebuilt, but for God to strengthen and prosper your inner life in Christ, to give you peace, rest and hope as you wait on Him, and to help you care for your body with cleanliness and wise care which He honors for our well being.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come in the name of Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and who bore our sins and our infirmities. We ask for Your mercy and help for this dear one who is suffering. Touch the skin that is damaged and bring restoration according to Your wisdom and power, whether quickly or gradually, and sustain faith through the process. Ease the other health problems that have come from this trouble and provide safe and suitable provision for daily needs. Move upon those who owe what is owed to act justly and to return what belongs to another, and restrain any further threats or wrong. Give wisdom for any lawful steps that need to be taken and provide for every financial need. Above all, keep this heart close to You, prosper the soul in Your Word and Your presence, and let Your will be done. We trust Your goodness and Your perfect knowledge of what is best, and we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
