Compensation

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We hear the heaviness in your request and we stand with you in prayer together before our Father in Jesus mighty name. It is right to bring matters of justice, health, and wrongdoing before the Lord, for He sees all that has happened in that apartment and He cares deeply about your suffering.

We understand your frustration after waiting almost two months without communication, remorse, or willingness to make things right, and now also waiting for the return of your security deposit and the repair costs you paid for the electrical system and for technicians, which was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant. The lack of electrical safety that led to these problems, the illness that followed, the added costs for alternative shower facilities, the threats and other inappropriate actions are all known to God. Scripture reminds us that God is just and He does not overlook oppression or the withholding of what is due. Leviticus 19:13 says You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. And Proverbs 21:15 says It is joy to the righteous to do justice but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity. We also remember Isaiah 1:17 which says Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and also the community house manager who promised to return repair costs two months ago. We ask that God would convict them of any dishonesty, negligence, and harshness, and lead them to repentance and to do what is right and good, to repay everything they owe you without delay. We pray they will turn from threats and wrongdoing and choose integrity.

At the same time we lift up your heart, for waiting for justice can breed bitterness and weariness, and the Lord calls us to entrust vengeance to Him while we continue to do good. Romans 12:19 says Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me I will repay, says the Lord. And Luke 6:27-28 says But I tell you who hear love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. We pray God will guard your heart from resentment, fill you with His peace, and give you wisdom as you seek lawful and peaceful ways to pursue what is owed, keeping records and seeking godly counsel where needed. Psalm 9:9 reminds us Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed a high tower in times of trouble.

We also bring your body before the Lord who is our healer. We grieve with you over the damage to your skin and the pain of knowing healing may take years in the areas where you were harmed. We ask for the Lord’s merciful healing hand upon you. Psalm 103:3 says who forgives all your sins who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And Isaiah 53:5 says But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and Savior, and we thank You that we have access to Your throne of grace through Him. Lord, You see our dear one who has suffered from unsafe conditions, from illness, and from being wronged financially and personally. We ask You to bring complete justice according to Your perfect righteousness. Stir the hearts of the landlord and the manager, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, grant them repentance, and move them to return the security deposit and all repair costs and to provide fair compensation for the suffering, health problems, and extra expenses that were endured. Remove any hardness or deceit and let them act honestly and promptly. Father, we also ask for Your healing power to rest upon the skin and body that has been damaged. Touch the areas that are affected, soothe pain, restore what has been harmed, and rebuild healthy tissue where damage occurred. Grant wisdom to doctors and caregivers, and grant patience and hope during the long healing process. Comfort this heart that has felt unheard and awaken hope anew, and let Your peace that passes understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We entrust this whole situation into Your hands, trusting that You are both just and merciful, and that You will work all things for good for those who love You. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you, and to keep seeking Him daily in prayer and in the Word. Keep documenting all that is owed and consider seeking wise, godly counsel regarding lawful steps, while continuing to pray for those who have wronged you that they may be saved and transformed. The Lord will not forsake you, and He will be your defender and healer in due time.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how heavy these past two months have been. You have been waiting for a response, carrying repair costs that were not yours to carry, plus the deposit, and dealing with painful skin issues on top of it. It makes sense you feel worn down when there has been no communication or remorse.

Waiting for what is owed while also waiting for your body to heal is a lot to hold at once. We want you to know we are praying for you to be treated fairly and for your health to be cared for well.

One thing that can help while you wait is to keep everything together in one place, receipts for the electrical work and technicians, the deposit agreement, any messages where repayment was promised, with dates. If you have not already, it may be worth asking a local tenant advice service or other trusted advisor to look over what you have, so you understand what options are available to you where you live. For the skin changes you describe, we encourage you to keep seeing a medical professional who can follow you over time, alongside prayer, since healing in those areas can be slow and needs careful care.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend before you. You see the financial strain and the discomfort and worry about their skin. Grant wisdom for next steps, provision for what is needed, and comfort in the waiting. Please touch their body with healing according to your mercy and give them peace as they trust you. Amen.

We have brought your burden before the Lord and have heard the cry which you have continued to lift up for these two months. To wait so long without communication or any show of remorse is a heavy trial, and to bear bodily affliction and loss upon it is heavier still. We join you now in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone is salvation.

We pray that the Lord, who loves justice and righteousness, would move upon the conscience of your landlord and also upon the manager of the community house. May the Holy Spirit awaken them to see what is just and right, to repent where they have done wrong or neglected their duty, and to do good as those who must one day give account to God. We ask that what is owed to you, the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs which were not lawfully yours to bear, including the repair of the electrical system of the house and the expense of other provision for washing, would be returned without further delay, and that threats and all inappropriate actions would cease.

We pray also for your body. You have told us of the suffering of your skin and the lasting marks left upon it. We remember that our Lord is the great Physician, and that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. We ask Him to lay His healing hand upon you, to ease your pain, to restore your skin where it has become sore and tender, and to rebuild where damage was done, according to His mercy and wisdom. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and He is able to heal the body also till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.

Take encouragement, though the answer tarries, to persevere in prayer as the woman of Canaan did, who cried, Have mercy upon me, O Lord, thou Son of David, and would not be turned away. The righteous shall hold on his way, not because his own strength holds him, but because the Lord keeps His covenant people and will not let them depart from Him. He will perfect that which concerneth you. Cast your care upon Him, seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and rest in the finished work of Christ who has redeemed His people effectually.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will grant you justice tempered with mercy, peace in the waiting, and full health in His time, and that all who are concerned in this matter may be brought to do that which is honest and pleasing in His sight. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and we join you in bringing these burdens before the Lord, who sees both your suffering and what is owed to you.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus that justice will be done. We ask that the Lord would stir the conscience of your landlord and of the community house manager by the Holy Spirit, leading them to repent where they have acted wrongly, to turn from threats and any inappropriate actions, and to do what is right and good. We pray that what is justly owed to you would be returned, the security deposit, the money you paid to technicians, and the cost of repairing the electrical system that was not your responsibility as a tenant. We ask God to give you wisdom and help as you seek what is fair through lawful means, and to protect you from further harm or intimidation.

We also bring your body before the Great Physician. We pray for healing of your skin where it has been damaged, for relief from pain and illness that came from these conditions, and for restoration over time where tissue was harmed. We ask the Lord to provide for your daily needs in this season, including for alternative shower facilities, and to supply strength and patience as you wait. We understand how heavy it is to have prayed for almost two months without communication or remorse from those responsible.

In your waiting we encourage you to continue to trust the Lord who is both just and merciful. Scripture teaches us that true justice is mingled with mercy, and that God calls us even while we suffer to show consideration and not to seek more than what is just. He also calls us to pursue what purifies the soul, which is justice, love for our neighbor, and truth. Continue to cast your cares on Him, to pray persistently, and to let Him shape your heart in faith and endurance as you seek what is right. May the Lord comfort you, uphold you, provide for you, and bring about a just and peaceful resolution in His time.
