Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice and suffering. Father God, we know You are a God of righteousness and justice, and we ask that You intervene in this matter. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Lord, we pray that You would plead this case and bring justice to this situation.

We rebuke the hardness of heart and the lack of remorse from the landlord and the community house manager. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them, stirring their consciences to do what is right and just. In Ezekiel 36:26, You promise, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We pray this transformation would take place in their lives, that they would repent and make restitution for the wrongs committed.

Father, we also lift up the physical suffering that has resulted from this negligence. We pray for complete healing of the skin and any other damage caused by the unsafe conditions. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." We ask that You restore health and bring wholeness to the body.

We pray for the financial restitution that is owed. In Luke 19:8, Zacchaeus said, "Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor. If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much." We pray that the landlord and the community house manager would be moved to restore what is owed, not just the security deposit and repair costs, but also compensation for the suffering endured. We ask that You would provide wisdom and favor in any legal or administrative steps that need to be taken to resolve this matter.

Lord, we also pray for patience and trust in Your timing. We know that You see all and that Your justice will prevail. Psalm 37:7 reminds us, "Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." We ask that You would grant peace and strength to endure this season of waiting.

Finally, we pray for a spirit of forgiveness, even as we seek justice. In Matthew 6:14-15, Jesus teaches, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." We ask that You would help to release any bitterness or resentment, trusting that You will bring about justice in Your perfect way.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, and it is only in His name that we find true justice, healing, and restoration. Amen.

We have been thinking of you as you have carried this for two months without an answer. Waiting for a landlord and a manager to respond while you are out of pocket for repairs, a deposit, shower costs, and also dealing with painful skin issues would wear anyone down. It makes sense you feel discouraged and that the lack of remorse hurts as much as the financial loss.

We are praying with you for healing, for provision, and for a clear and fair resolution. While we continue to pray, a couple of steady next steps may help you feel less stuck. If you have not already, keeping a simple folder with receipts, photos, messages and dates can make it easier if you seek advice. It may also help to talk with a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic who can explain your options as a tenant regarding the electrical work and deposit, and to see a clinician for the ongoing skin concerns so you have care and documentation alongside prayer.

Father, we lift this burden to You. Please bring healing where skin has been damaged, ease the discomfort and worry, provide for every cost that has been carried, and move on those responsible to act honestly and promptly. Give wisdom for each conversation and next decision, and let Your peace guard this heart while waiting. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your long trial has been laid before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace. We hear your cry concerning the dwelling made unsafe by lack of care, the sickness and pain of body that followed, the grievous trouble upon the skin, the cost you have borne for other provision and for repairs which were not yours to bear, the withholding of what is owed to you, and the hard words and threats that have added to your affliction. To wait near two months without word or redress is a heavy burden, and we do not make light of it.

We would encourage you to persevere in prayer even when the answer tarries. Our Lord delights in a faith that will not let Him go. Remember the woman of Canaan who cried, Have mercy upon me, O Lord, Thou Son of David, and though she was at first unanswered she pressed on with a shrill and piteous voice until mercy came. So the righteous shall hold on his way. The life which God imparts at regeneration is an abiding life, and He who has begun a good work will perform it until the day of Christ. Your continued seeking is not in vain. The Lord tries faith that He may strengthen it, and He will keep those who trust in Him even to the end. Hold fast then in prayer, and cast your care upon Him who hears the broken heart.

For your body we look to the great Physician. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. His leaves are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and His grace can work health and cure till we shall be without spot or any such thing. We pray that the Lord would lay His healing hand upon you, ease your pain, restore your skin and rebuild what has been damaged, and give wisdom to those who care for you.

We pray also for justice and for conscience. We ask the Lord to awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that by the Holy Spirit they may be brought to do justly and to repent of wrong. We ask that what has been withheld, the deposit and the cost of repairs lawfully belonging to the owner and not to the tenant, may be restored, and that threats and unseemly actions may cease. God loves righteousness and He will in His own time and way bring forth justice. We pray that He would incline those who have power over these matters to deal honestly and to show mercy.

We will continue to bear you up before the Lord, that He would give you patience in this perseverance, provision for every need, protection in your dwelling, and in His perfect time a full healing of body and peace of mind through our Lord Jesus Christ, in whose mighty name we pray.

Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord Jesus Christ, the only one through whom we have access to the Father and in whose mighty name we pray.

You have carried this burden for months without an answer, suffering illness, damage to your skin, the cost of finding other places to wash, the loss of your security deposit and the money you paid to repair electrical work that was not your responsibility to bear. You have also endured threats and harsh treatment. It is right to seek what is just and to ask God to act, for He sees every injustice and He is not pleased when one person withholds what belongs to another.

Scripture teaches us that God does not accept an offering that comes from injustice. To take what belongs to one person and then to give it as if it were generosity, or to keep what is owed, is not righteousness. The Lord requires honesty and restitution, and He calls every conscience to account. So we pray as you have asked, that the Holy Spirit would awaken the conscience of your landlord and also of the community house manager, that they would be stirred to do what is good and right, to speak truthfully, to repent where they have done wrong, and to return what they owe, including the deposit and the repair costs you paid.

I also pray for your healing. God formed the body and He is able to restore it. I ask Him to have mercy upon your skin where it has become damaged and inflamed, to ease your pain, to rebuild what has been harmed, and to bring complete healing in His time. I pray He will strengthen you while you wait, guard your heart from bitterness, and give you peace as you trust Him.

Even when answers are delayed, God is at work. He hears the tears of those who are wronged and He will not leave injustice unaddressed forever. Continue to seek Him, to document what is owed through lawful and peaceable means, and to entrust vengeance and judgment to Him who judges righteously.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ I lift up this suffering child to You. You see the unsafe conditions that were allowed to remain, the sickness and skin affliction that followed, and the financial loss that has added to the distress. Lord, move upon the heart of the landlord and the manager that they would repent, speak honestly, and repay all that is owed without delay. Grant healing to this body, restore the skin that has been damaged, and rebuild health where it has been broken down. Give comfort, patience, and hope during this long waiting, and let Your justice and Your mercy be seen. We ask this in the name of Jesus our Lord, who alone is our Savior and our healer. Amen.

Your request has been heard and we are bringing it before the Lord with you. Two months of silence from those who owe you what is just, the loss of your deposit and repair money, the cost you carried for work that was not yours to bear as a tenant, and the ongoing pain and damage to your skin have made this a long and heavy burden. It is right to ask God for justice and to ask that those responsible would be moved to do what is right.

We are praying that the Holy Spirit would awaken conscience in the landlord and the manager, bringing conviction that leads to repentance and to honest action, that what is owed would be returned and that threats and wrongdoing would stop. We ask God to provide for your daily needs in the meantime, including the costs for alternative washing facilities, and to give you wisdom and help as you seek what is lawful and fair.

We are also praying for your health. Scripture shows us that Jesus bore our infirmities and sicknesses, as Isaiah foretold and Matthew confirmed when he saw Jesus healing many who were brought to him in the evening. At communion we remember that his body was broken for us, and we believe God still heals today and cares about our physical needs. At the same time we do not presume to tell God what he must do in every case or on our timetable. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn to be removed and learned that God had a different purpose in allowing it to remain. We do not always understand why some are healed quickly and others are not, or why some healing comes gradually.

Much healing happens through the natural processes God has built into our bodies, and every true healing is still from him whether it comes at once or over time. We are praying that God would bring that restoring work in your skin, rebuilding what was damaged, easing pain and sensitivity, and that he would sustain you with patience through a process that may take a long time. We also pray for your inner life, because body and soul are closely connected. A joyful and peaceful heart is like medicine, while ongoing stress and sorrow can wear down the body. May God grant you peace, comfort and strength in your mind and emotions as you wait on him.

We do not look for show or frenzy, but for quiet trust in the name of Jesus, asking with faith and leaving the outcome in his wise and loving hands. If you have trusted believers nearby, invite them to pray with you and to lay hands on you and anoint you with oil as Scripture teaches, as a simple point of releasing faith to the Lord who hears.

We continue to stand with you, asking God for justice, provision and healing according to his perfect will, and for grace to endure with hope until you see his answer.
