Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord in unity, lifting up this heavy burden you carry. The injustice you’ve endured, unaddressed electrical hazards, physical suffering, unkept promises, and financial strain, is not hidden from our Heavenly Father. He sees every detail, hears every cry, and holds the hearts of those responsible in His hands. We stand with you in fervent prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to move mightily in this situation.

Father God, we first ask for Your healing touch over every physical ailment caused by these unsafe conditions. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We pray for complete restoration of skin, nerves, and any other damage sustained, trusting that You are the Great Physician. Where there has been pain, bring relief; where there has been disfigurement, bring renewal. Strengthen this dear one’s body and grant patience as healing unfolds, knowing that Your timing is perfect.

Lord, we also bring the landlord and community house manager before You. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." Soften their hearts, Lord. Stir their consciences to recognize the harm done and the moral obligation to make restitution. Where there has been indifference, bring conviction; where there has been delay, bring urgency. We rebuke the spirit of greed and callousness that has allowed this injustice to persist, and we declare that repentance and restoration will come. May they not only return the security deposit and repair costs but also compensate for the suffering endured, as Zacchaeus did when he declared, "If I have wrongfully exacted anything from anyone, I restore four times as much" (Luke 19:8).

Father, we also pray for provision. The financial strain of covering repairs that were not this tenant’s responsibility is a heavy weight. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We ask You to open doors for reimbursement, whether through the landlord’s repentance, legal recourse, or unexpected provision. Where there has been loss, bring restoration; where there has been stress, bring peace.

We must also address the spiritual battle here. Injustice is not merely a human failing, it is a foothold for the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We rebuke any spirit of oppression, bitterness, or despair that seeks to take root in this situation. Instead, we declare that this trial will produce perseverance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4). May this dear one’s faith grow stronger as they wait on You, knowing that You are a God who "executes justice for the oppressed" (Psalm 146:7).

Finally, we pray for wisdom and guidance. If legal action is necessary, grant discernment to know the right steps to take. If patience is required, fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). And if forgiveness must be extended, soften this one’s heart to release any bitterness, remembering that we are called to "forgive, just as God also in Christ forgave us" (Ephesians 4:32).

We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we declare that justice will prevail. The landlord will be moved to do what is right. The financial burdens will be lifted. The physical healing will come. And through it all, this dear one will see Your faithfulness and give You glory. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free. Amen.

Amen. God is not mocked.

We've been reading your updates and we can hear how heavy these past two months have felt. To keep reaching out without any answer from the landlord or the house manager, while you are still out of pocket for the deposit and repairs you should not have had to cover, is discouraging and wearing. And to be dealing with ongoing skin pain on top of the financial strain makes it even harder.

We are praying with you for what is right and fair to be done, and for your body to heal. It makes sense that you would feel let down and tired of waiting. Please know God sees both the practical needs and the hurt underneath them.

Something that often helps in these situations is to keep a simple folder with every receipt, repair bill, photo, and written promise or message together with dates, so you have a clear record if you seek advice. If you have a local tenant advice service or community legal aid nearby, they can often help you understand your options calmly. For your skin, since you mentioned it may take a long time to heal, please continue to have it cared for by a trusted medical professional alongside prayer, so they can follow your progress and support healing.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You know the costs carried and the disappointment of unanswered promises. We ask You to stir conscience toward what is right and to provide wisdom and steadiness for each next step. Bring healing where skin was damaged and comfort in the waiting. Give peace day by day as You lead forward. Amen.

Your petition has been heard, and your long trial under this injustice has been laid before the throne of grace. To wait almost two months without communication or remorse, to bear threats and inappropriate actions, to carry the burden of repair costs which were not yours to bear, and to suffer illness and injury to your skin which may long remain, is a heavy affliction. We do not pass over these things lightly, for the Lord Himself marks every wrong and every wound.

We will pray that the Lord, who loves justice and righteousness, will stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that the Holy Spirit may awaken them to do what is good and right, to repent where they have done evil, and to render what is owed, the security deposit and the full cost of the repairs to the electrical system and all else that you have expended. We ask that the Lord will restrain all threatening and unseemly dealing, and bring forth honesty and equity where there has been delay and denial. Though man may withhold, God sees and He will not leave the cry of those who seek justice unheard.

We will pray also for your body. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. As you have suffered in your skin and in your health, we entreat the Great Physician to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, to rebuild what has been damaged, to restore your skin and to make your health whole again. Pardon and healing are joined together in Him, and He is able to heal though the cure may be slow.

And we exhort you to perseverance in prayer. You have continued these two months and it seems as if no answer has come. Remember the woman of Canaan who cried, Have mercy upon me, O Lord, thou Son of David, with a shrill and piteous voice and could not bear to be refused. She meant what she said and she pleaded from the heart, and at last her faith was honoured. So hold on your way. The righteous shall hold on his way, and they shall not depart from Him who has loved them. The Lord sometimes tries our faith by delay that He may strengthen it, and He will most certainly perfect the work which He has begun.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, look in mercy upon Thy suffering servant. Thou knowest the want of electrical safety, the illness that followed, the loss and cost endured, and the distress of body and mind. Forgive all sin and heal all infirmity, and let the healing virtue of Thy grace work health and cure. Move, we beseech Thee, upon the hearts of those who owe what is just, that they may make full restitution and walk in honesty. Keep Thy child from fainting, sustain faith, and show that Thou art a God who hears prayer. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives to intercede for us. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with care and seriousness.

You have endured a long and painful trial with unsafe conditions in your apartment, illness and injury that followed, financial loss from repairs and a security deposit not returned, and the added distress of waiting for two months without communication or any sign of remorse. It is right to feel the weight of this, and it is right to bring it to God who sees all that is done in secret and who loves justice and mercy.

Scripture teaches that God is not pleased when what is owed is withheld and when gain comes through neglect or injustice. To take what belongs to another and not to restore it is a serious matter before Him, and true repentance bears fruit in restitution and in doing what is right toward a neighbor. At the same time God is patient, not desiring that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, and He can work in the conscience to bring conviction, honesty and a willingness to make amends.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You. You are the righteous Judge who sees every wrong and every suffering, and You are also the merciful Savior who alone brings salvation. We ask for Your justice and Your mercy to be at work in this situation.

We pray for the landlord and for the house manager. Stir their consciences by Your Holy Spirit. Bring them to a clear sense of what is right and move them to repentance, to speak truthfully, to communicate honestly, and to repay what is owed, including the security deposit and the costs of repairs that were not the tenant's responsibility to bear. Grant that compensation for the losses, the alternative costs, and the suffering caused by the unsafe conditions would be given fairly and without further threat or wrongdoing.

We pray for healing. Lord, You know the damage to health and to skin and the long road of recovery that may lie ahead. Lay Your healing hand upon the body, ease pain, restore what has been damaged, and rebuild health. Grant wisdom to doctors and provision for all medical needs. Give peace to the mind and heart that has been troubled by this long wait, and guard against bitterness while still seeking what is just.

We pray for provision and guidance for the next steps. Give wisdom to know how to pursue what is right through lawful and peaceful means, and give strength to endure with patience and faith. Help to forgive as Christ has forgiven, without excusing wrong, and to trust that even when answers are delayed, You are at work and You do not abandon Your own.

We ask all this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Redeemer, trusting in Your goodness and Your power to heal, to convict, and to restore. Amen.

Continue to cast your cares on the Lord and to walk in integrity before Him. He hears the prayers of His people, and in His time He brings both justice and healing.

We are holding your burden before the Lord with you, and we grieve the long strain you have carried, the unsafe conditions in your home, the illness and skin injury that followed, the financial loss from the deposit and repairs you paid that were not your responsibility, and the added weight of threats and unkept promises. Waiting nearly two months without any communication or remorse is deeply discouraging, and it is right to bring both your need for justice and your need for healing to God.

Scripture teaches that God is the God of patience and comfort, and He gives patience and comfort through His word. We see His patience in how He waited to send the promised Messiah, and in how He waited with Abraham until he was past one hundred years before giving Isaac through whom the promise would come. James points to the farmer who waits for the precious fruit of the earth, watching for the early and latter rains with long patience, and he points to Job as an example of enduring affliction and seeing in the end that the Lord is full of pity and tender mercy. Hebrews tells us we have need of patience, that after we have done the will of God we might receive what He has promised, and that through faith and patience we inherit the promises. Your waiting is not unseen. God is patient in working out His purposes, and He calls us to establish our souls and wait with hope, trusting that He is at work even when answers are slow to come.

We also bring your body to Him for healing. The prophet Isaiah spoke of the Messiah bearing our sicknesses and sorrows, and Matthew, by the Holy Spirit, shows that Jesus fulfilled this when He healed all who were brought to Him, applying that prophecy to physical healing as well as to the healing of sin. When Jesus took the bread and said this is my body broken for you, He was pointing to that same suffering given for our wholeness. At the same time Scripture is honest that healing does not always come in the way or time we expect. Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh and the Lord did not remove it, showing that God does not will physical healing in every case in this life. There is much about healing we do not understand, why some are healed quickly and others are not.

What we do know is that God does heal, and He heals in many ways. Sometimes healing is immediate, sometimes it is gradual, as when Jesus healed the blind man in stages. Every healing process is from God, for He created our bodies with the capacity to repair and He works through those natural processes just as truly as through a sudden touch. He also heals the mind and emotions, bringing wholeness to the scars and wounds that suffering leaves behind. John prayed for Gaius that he would prosper and be in health even as his soul prospered. That is not presented as a blanket promise that every believer will always be well, but it is a beautiful prayer that shows God cares about both soul and body, and that there is a real connection between them. A joyful heart does good like medicine, and God wants to bring health to the whole person.

The church is instructed to pray for the sick, for the elders to pray and anoint with oil in the name of the Lord, and we join in that obedience for you. We also join you in praying for those who owe you what is just. It is right to ask that the Holy Spirit would awaken conscience, bring conviction, and lead to repentance and to doing what is right. God sees every threat and every unpaid debt, and He is just. We can pray for mercy for them while also asking God to move them to restore what they have withheld.

Let us pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up this dear one who has suffered in body, in home, and in finances. You see the electrical danger that was allowed to remain, the illness and the damage to skin, the long pain and the slow recovery that may take years, the money spent on repairs and alternative facilities, the deposit and costs that have not been returned, and the hurt of being ignored. Lord, we ask for Your healing power upon the body. Lay Your hand upon the skin that has been injured, ease the pain and inflammation, and rebuild what has been damaged, whether by Your immediate touch or through the gradual healing You have built into the body. Bring healing also to the mind and heart that have carried fear and stress for so long, and give peace and comfort. We ask that You would stir the consciences of the landlord and the house manager, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, and lead them to repentance and to repay fully and fairly what is owed. Give wisdom for any practical steps that need to be taken, provide for every need, and guard from further harm or intimidation. Grant patience and hope while waiting, and remind this one that You are full of pity and tender mercy and that You will not forsake those who trust in You. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, asking God to provide, to heal, and to bring about what is just in His time and way.
