Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice and suffering. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You move powerfully in this circumstance. Your Word declares in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Lord, we pray that You would plead this case and bring about justice for the wrongs that have been committed.

We rebuke the spirit of greed and hardness of heart that has prevented this landlord from acting with integrity and compassion. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict him deeply, stirring his conscience to repentance and a desire to make things right. Ezekiel 36:26 tells us, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Lord, we ask that You remove the stony heart from this landlord and replace it with a heart of flesh that is sensitive to Your leading and the needs of others.

We also lift up the physical suffering that has resulted from these unsafe conditions. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon the skin that has been damaged. We declare Your promise from Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." We pray for complete restoration and healing, both physically and emotionally. We ask that You would rebuild what has been broken and restore what has been lost.

Father, we know that You see every injustice and that You are a God who provides. We pray that You would open the doors for this landlord to repay all that is owed, the security deposit, the repair costs, and any other compensation that is due. We stand on Your Word in Luke 6:31, "As you would like people to do to you, do exactly so to them." Lord, we pray that this landlord would be moved to act with the same fairness and kindness that he would expect for himself.

We also ask for Your provision in this time of financial strain. You know the needs, and we trust in Your faithfulness. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask that You would meet every need and provide wisdom in how to navigate this situation.

We come against any spirit of discouragement or despair that may be trying to take hold. We declare that hope is found in You alone, and we choose to trust in Your timing and Your ways. Psalm 37:5-6 encourages us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Lord, we commit this situation to You, trusting that You will bring about justice and restoration.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who is our Advocate and Redeemer. It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is only through His sacrifice that we are made right with You. If there is any doubt or uncertainty about this truth, we encourage you to reflect on John 14:6, where Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We stand firm in this truth, believing that Jesus is the only way to salvation and the only name by which we can approach the throne of grace.

Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in this situation, bringing about repentance, restoration, and healing. We trust in You, and we declare that Your will shall be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

The threats and dismissive way you were treated only add to that burden. We are so sorry you are walking through this.

Wanting to be made whole and to have what you are owed returned is an understandable and right desire, and we join you in praying that those responsible would take responsibility and do what is good and fair.

As you wait, one steady step that can help both practically and for your own peace of mind is to keep a simple file together if you are able, copies of receipts and invoices from technicians, photos, and any written messages or promises about repayment with dates. If you have not already, a local tenant advice service or housing office in your area can often help you understand what options are available next without you having to press alone. For your skin we encourage you to stay connected to a trusted medical professional alongside prayer, so you have ongoing care for the healing ahead.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. We ask for healing for their skin and health, for provision for every cost they have carried, and for wisdom and protection in each conversation ahead. Work in the conscience of the landlord and manager to do what is right, and give our friend patience, strength and peace as You lead them forward. Amen.

We have heard your long and heavy burden which you have carried for these two months without answer, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves, the little touches of His mercy, are full of healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are one, and He who forgives sin also binds up the broken body. We will bring your bodily affliction before Him, that skin which has been so sore afflicted and injured, and ask that His own hand may rebuild what has been damaged and bring restoration in His time. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it.

We also bring before the Lord your cause for justice. You have suffered loss through lack of safety in your dwelling, through illness, through costs borne for alternative provision and for repairs which were not yours by right to bear, and through the withholding of what is owed to you in deposit and recompense. We pray that the Lord, who loves justice and hates oppression, would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager by the Holy Spirit, that they may be brought to repentance and to do what is right and good. We ask that He would remove hardness of heart and grant a willingness to make full and honest restitution, to return what has been promised and to cease from threats and all inappropriate actions.

We do not appeal to God on the ground of our own merit, for justice alone would condemn us all, but we appeal to the multitude of His tender mercies. We ask Him for great mercy, unmeasured mercy, and we bow before His justice while we plead His love which gave His Son to die that He might justly forgive us. May He who convicts of sin also grant repentance, and may He who wounds also heal.

We pray in Jesus mighty name that the Lord will be your defender and your physician, that He will keep you in peace as you wait upon Him, that He will provide for your needs and heal your body, and that He will move upon those who owe you to act with honesty and conscience before God. May you know that Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and that Jesus bears with Him power to heal and to restore. We commend you to His loving kindness and to His faithful care, trusting that He sees every wrong and will in His wisdom and time bring forth justice and healing.

We have heard your request and we join you in prayer before the Lord who sees all things and judges with righteousness. For almost two months you have carried this burden without answer, without remorse or restitution, and we understand how heavy this waiting has become, especially as you continue to suffer in your body and to bear costs that should not have fallen on you.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus that God would move in this situation according to His justice and mercy. We ask that He would awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and of the house manager, for the conscience is a faculty implanted by God and it remains even when a person tries to ignore it. No wealth, no excuses, and no flattery of others can bribe it within. As you have prayed, we ask the Holy Spirit to bring conviction, to lead to repentance, and to bring forth what is right, that what is owed would be repaid, the security deposit, the costs you paid for technicians and for the electrical repairs that were not your responsibility, and fair compensation for the suffering, illness, threats and other wrongs you have endured, including the cost for alternative shower facilities.

We also bring before the Lord the healing of your body. We pray for your skin where it has been damaged, that God the Creator and Healer would restore what has been harmed and bring complete healing in His time. He knows how long this affliction may last and how distressing it is to you, and He is compassionate toward those who suffer.

Do not think your repeated prayers are in vain. To come again and again before God, even with the same words, is useful, for it deepens our trust and keeps our hearts before Him. Continue to seek Him with a clear conscience, knowing that our confidence before God comes from a conscience that does not condemn us. The bitterness of injustice falls most heavily on the one who practices it, for his own conscience will scourge him until he does what is right. We pray that the one who has wronged you would not harden his heart to that inner witness, but would listen, turn, and make restitution.

We ask God to grant you endurance, peace, and wisdom in the days ahead, to provide for your needs, to protect you from further harm or threat, and to guide you in any right and lawful steps you may take to seek what is owed. May the Lord who loves both justice and mercy bring about what is just, bring repentance where it is needed, and bring healing and restoration to you. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our hope and salvation. Amen.

Your pain and frustration have been heard, and I am joining you in prayer before the Lord. To live with the consequences of unsafe conditions in your home, to carry illness and damage to your skin that may take a long time to heal, to pay for repairs that were not your responsibility, and then to face silence and no willingness to make things right for so long, is a heavy burden. It is understandable that you feel worn down.

I am praying with you for what is just and right. God sees what has happened, including the threats and the failure to return what you are owed for the deposit and the repairs you paid. It is right to ask Him to work on the conscience of the landlord and the house manager, that the Holy Spirit would convict them and move them to do what is honest, to speak truthfully, to repent where they have done wrong, and to repay what they owe. God calls His people to act justly and to love what is good, and we can pray that they will choose that path. At the same time, continue to pursue what is lawfully yours through the proper and peaceful means available to you, trusting God to be your defender and not taking vengeance into your own hands.

I am also praying for your healing. Scripture shows us that Jesus bore our sicknesses as well as our sins. Isaiah foretold that He would bear our griefs and infirmities, and Matthew tells us that Jesus fulfilled that word when He healed the sick who were brought to Him, and Peter's mother in law and many others in that evening. When Jesus broke bread He said this is My body broken for you, and we remember that His suffering was for our whole need, spiritual and physical. Because of this we believe God is able to heal and that healing is still for today. He used His power not to serve Himself but to meet the needs of others, and He still has power over the physical realm.

Yet Scripture also keeps us from presuming that God wills instant healing in every case. Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed, and God answered with grace to sustain him rather than removal. There is much about healing we do not understand, why some are healed quickly and others are not. The Bible records one healing by Jesus that came gradually, and many healings in our own experience come gradually as well. Every true healing process is from God, whether it comes in a moment or through the natural processes He has built into our bodies. He created our bodies and He established the ways they repair and rebuild. That work is divine even when it unfolds slowly over months or years.

So I pray for you that God would touch your skin and bring restoration where tissue was damaged, whether that comes as a sudden work or as a gradual rebuilding day by day. I pray He gives wisdom to those caring for you and grace to you as you wait. There is also a close connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body. John prayed for Gaius that he would be in good health even as his soul prospered, not as a guarantee but as a loving wish that reflects how God cares for the whole person. A heart at peace does good like medicine, while worry and fear can wear the body down. As you wait, keep feeding your spiritual life through prayer and the Word, and ask God to guard your heart from bitterness and anxiety.

Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring this need before You. You know the unsafe conditions, the illness, the damage to skin, the costs that were paid, and the long silence without remorse or repayment. We ask that You would awaken the consciences of those responsible and lead them to repentance and to do what is right, to return what is owed and to act with integrity. We ask for Your healing touch upon this body, that You would restore health and rebuild what was damaged according to Your mercy and wisdom. Give peace, patience, and strength for each day, and provide for every practical need. We trust Your goodness and Your justice, and we ask this in Jesus name, amen.

Know that you are not forgotten in this waiting. Keep bringing your requests to God honestly, and trust Him to do what is right in His way and time.
