Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in prayer, knowing that our God is just, merciful, and mighty to act. Father, we ask that You move powerfully in this matter, bringing truth to light and compelling the landlord and community house manager to fulfill their obligations with integrity. The scriptures tell us in Romans 13:7, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." Lord, we pray that those who owe compensation and restitution would be stirred in their hearts to repay what is rightfully due.

We also bring before You the physical suffering caused by the unsafe conditions in the apartment. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We ask for Your healing touch upon the skin and any lingering effects of this ordeal. Restore what has been damaged, Lord, and bring full recovery in Your perfect timing.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of greed, dishonesty, or hardness of heart that may be preventing these individuals from doing what is right. Soften their hearts, Lord, and awaken their consciences by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Proverbs 28:13 reminds us, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." We pray that repentance and restitution would follow, not just for the sake of justice, but for the glory of Your name.

We also lift up the emotional and mental toll this situation has taken. The delays, threats, and broken promises have likely caused frustration, anxiety, and even despair. But we know that You are near to the brokenhearted, as Psalm 34:18 assures us: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Comfort and strengthen this dear one, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lastly, we pray for wisdom and guidance in how to proceed. Whether through legal means, mediation, or continued prayer, direct their steps according to Your will. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." May they sense Your leading and walk in faith, knowing that You are their defender and provider.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who is our righteousness, our healer, and our advocate. Amen.

Two months is a long time to carry this, and we are sorry it has been so quiet. You have been trying to do the right thing while dealing with real harm and costs you should not have to absorb alone.

We want to encourage you to keep a clear written record of every request, receipt, photo, and conversation. It may feel like nothing is moving, but that record matters. If you have not already, consider asking a local tenant rights office or legal aid clinic to review what is owed, including the deposit and the repair reimbursement. For your skin, we would also gently urge you to have a medical professional look at the areas that are not healing as they should, so you have a clear picture of what recovery needs. That is not a lack of trust; it is wise care.

Father, we bring this long struggle to You. We ask You to stir this landlord and manager to do what is right and repay what is owed. We pray for safety, for a fair resolution, and for healing in this person's body, especially the damaged skin. Give steady strength, clear wisdom, and a felt sense of Your nearness while the wait continues. In Jesus' name we pray.

The house in which we dwell has God for its Landlord, and every earthly landlord is only a tenant under His eye. I will ask the Lord Jesus, in His mighty name, to awaken the conscience of this ### and of the ###. May the Holy Spirit so stir them that they cannot rest until they have repented, returned the security deposit, repaid the repair costs you should never have borne, and made just restitution for the ###, the threats, and the lack of safe electrical provision. An enlightened conscience tells us in what order our business should be, and we are never right till we are right with conscience and right with God. Pray that their repayment would come not only from pressure but from a convicted and willing heart.

Bring your body also to the Great Physician. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. I ask the Lord Jesus to touch the ###, to rebuild what ### has broken, to restore your health, and to supply the cost of every practical need while you wait. We have heard your request and we join you in prayer to the Lord Jesus Christ for you in this long and painful trial. We are grieved to hear of the lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness and skin damage that followed, the cost you have carried for alternative shower facilities and for repairs that were not your responsibility, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the long wait of almost two months without communication, remorse, or repayment of the security deposit and repair costs from the landlord and the community house manager.

We bring before God your need for justice. Scripture teaches that God has planted a sense of justice even in this world, in houses and marketplaces and courts, where masters and judges call others to account. If people care for justice in these small earthly settings, how much more does God, whose righteousness is like the great mountains and whose right hand is full of righteousness, care for what is just. Nothing is overlooked by Him. We pray that He who sees all will act according to His perfect justice and mercy, and that He will awaken the conscience of the landlord and the manager as you have asked, stirring them by the Holy Spirit to repent, to turn from threats and wrongdoing, and to do what is good and right in returning what is owed and making compensation for the suffering caused.

We also pray for your healing. You have shared how your skin has been damaged and how recovery may take a long time. We ask the Lord, the true physician of soul and body, to lay His healing hand upon you, to restore what has been harmed and to rebuild health where there has been injury. We ask Him to give you strength and peace while you wait, and to provide for every cost you have borne.

We understand how discouraging it is to have prayed for two months and to see no response. Do not grow weary in bringing the same request before God. Hearing and praying continually about the same need is useful even for those who already know the truth, because it deepens our trust and keeps our hearts awake before Him. Like a tree that receives many blows before it falls, or a sick person who receives many treatments before the cure is seen, prayer often bears its fruit not at the first asking but after perseverance. God hears each prayer, and even when we seem to receive no answer for a time, He is working. We will continue to pray with you.

We pray that God will move the hearts of those who owe you to repay the security deposit and all the repair costs for the electrical system and other damages, and to provide just compensation for the illness and hardship you have endured. We pray that He will grant you wisdom for any lawful and proper steps you may need to take to seek what is owed, and that He will protect you from further harm or threat. We pray also that mercy may be mingled with justice, that those who have wronged you may come to see their fault and be changed, and that you may be kept from bitterness and be guarded in Christ.

We commit all of this to the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to God, asking that His will be done, that what is right will be restored, and that you will be healed and strengthened and upheld by His grace. May the Lord grant you patience, comfort, and hope as you continue to look to Him.
