Compensation

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice and suffering. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You move mightily in this circumstance. The ###’s neglect has caused physical harm, financial strain, and emotional distress, and we stand in the gap, asking for Your divine intervention.

Lord, we pray that the ###’s conscience would be stirred by the Holy Spirit, as You declare in Ezekiel 36:26-27, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them." We ask that You soften his heart, convict him of his wrongdoing, and lead him to repentance. May he be moved to restore what has been taken, returning the security deposit, covering the repair costs, and compensating for the suffering endured.

We also lift up the physical afflictions caused by this negligence. Father, Your Word declares in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We ask for Your healing touch upon the skin, that it may be restored completely. Where there has been damage, let there be renewal. Where there has been pain, let there be Your peace.

Lord, we know that You see every injustice, and we trust in Your promise from Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." We ask that You plead this case before the ### and the ###, compelling them to act with integrity and fairness. May they fulfill their promises and make restitution without further delay.

We also pray for patience and perseverance during this trial. The waiting has been long, and the burden heavy, but we are reminded in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Strengthen this dear one to continue standing firm in faith, trusting that You will bring justice in Your perfect timing.

Finally, Lord, we rebuke any spirit of greed, hardness of heart, or resistance to repentance in the ### and those involved. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your Word that says in Romans 12:19, "Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" We trust You to repay what is owed and to bring restoration in every area.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You will move on behalf of the oppressed and bring justice to this situation. Amen.

We hear the weight in your words, waiting two months without any resolution, carrying the physical pain and the financial strain, while the one responsible remains silent. That kind of drawn-out injustice is exhausting, and it’s easy to feel overlooked. We’re praying with you, and we’re glad you’ve reached out again.

When a situation drags on like this, it can start to feel like nothing will ever change. But even in this long pause, God sees every detail: the landlord’s unreturned deposit, the repair costs you paid that weren’t yours to cover, and the skin damage that may take a long time to heal. It’s okay to name all of it honestly before Him. You’re not forgotten.

One concrete step that may help break the deadlock is to document everything in writing, dates, receipts, photos of the conditions, and any communication, and then reach out to a tenant’s rights organization or legal aid service in your area. Many of them offer free guidance, and a formal letter or mediation can sometimes awaken a conscience when personal appeals haven’t. Also, if your skin symptoms are still troubling you, we’d gently urge you to stay in close touch with a doctor or dermatologist. Ongoing pain and slow healing need consistent professional care, and that’s not a lack of faith; it’s wise stewardship of your health.

As we pray, we ask for both justice and peace of heart:

Lord Jesus, you see the unfairness this person has endured. In your mercy, stir the landlord’s heart to do what is right, and open a door for the money that is owed to be repaid. We lift up the bodily pain and the skin that needs rebuilding, please bring healing, ease, and steady improvement. Guard them from despair, and surround them with people who can offer practical help and encouragement. In your name we pray, amen.

Bear this in mind, therefore, that the house in which we dwell, in this life, has God for its Landlord, and that we are only tenants. There is this clause in the lease, which I am afraid some have never observed, namely, that the Landlord has at all times the right to enter and leave His own property. Pay your rent to the great Landlord and let the arrears be made up! I desire, in closing, that all of us may offer the key of our house to the Great Landlord and acknowledge that we live on sufferance as His tenants.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases; they are too painful to let us slumber in silence: and they soon urge us to seek a physician or a surgeon for our healing. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. The very leaves are healing, from which I gather that the least thing about Christ is healing. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before.

Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people when they looked not for them. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said to him, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing were one! The Lord has begun to heal us and the healing virtue which His Grace has infused into us will work us health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle, or any such thing! His salvation will also perfectly heal our bodies. Welcome, Brothers and Sisters, to pardon and healing through our Lord Jesus.

Calvary is the place for the healing balm rather than for the lancet and the knife. The healing power of my Master is such that if you have backslidden ever so far yet He says unto you, "Return! Return! Return!" Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. A real saving work is the work of God, and God alone.

Healing must come before serving! He took her by the hand and lifted her up. There was a contact established. Oh, that glorious Doctrine of the Incarnation of Christ! There is healing in it! The desire to minister always arises out of healing.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I will join you in praying in Jesus’ mighty name for what is just. You have waited nearly two months with no communication, no remorse, and no return of what is owed, and that is a heavy trial. God cares about such things. He sees the electrical danger, the illness, the skin damage, the withheld deposit, and the repair costs you should not have borne as a tenant. We may rightly ask Him to intervene.

Ask the Lord to stir the landlord’s conscience and the house manager’s conscience. The Holy Spirit can awaken what human argument has not. Even a person who refuses to hear from others may still hear from his own heart when God presses upon him. Pray that he repents and repays the security deposit, the repair costs, and fair compensation for the harm caused. Withholding what is owed is a form of stealing, and it is not wrong to ask God to correct it. But do not let the prayer turn bitter or into a curse against him. Pray for his repentance, not his ruin. The church’s prayer must never become an unlawful prayer that seeks evil for another person.

Bring also your body before the Lord. Ask Him to heal your skin and rebuild what has been damaged. God formed the body, and He can restore it. Ask Him to protect you from further threats and from the discouragement of a long wait. Two months is long, but remember the farmer who digs around the vine and does not despair in the second or third year when he sees no fruit. In the fourth year he receives the reward of his labor. Keep praying, keep the matter before God, and keep your own heart free from resentment.

I will ask this with you before the Lord: that the conscience of the landlord is stirred now, that every penny owed is returned, and that your body is fully healed.

I have brought this before the Lord and I want to keep standing with you in prayer, because the waiting has been long and the wrong is real. God sees the unpaid deposit, the repair costs you should not have had to carry, the harm to your skin, and the silence from those who owe you an answer. We can ask him boldly to awaken the conscience of the landlord and everyone responsible, so that the Holy Spirit produces genuine repentance and a willingness to repay every debt. True repentance often shows itself in restitution, so let us pray for that fruit, not just regret.

Jesus healed in more than one way. Sometimes he healed instantly with a word. Sometimes the healing was gradual, working through the body’s own God-given processes. Both are his work. So I am asking him to restore the damaged areas of your skin and to rebuild what has been harmed. Whether that comes quickly or over years, we can trust the one who made the body to know how to mend it. I do not understand why some healings are delayed and others are not, but I know he is able and that he sees what you have endured.

While you wait, do not let this injustice grow into bitterness. Keep asking, keep appealing to God, and keep your heart open. Your greatest security is not in a repaid deposit or even in restored skin, though we want those things. Your greatest need is already settled in Jesus Christ, the forgiveness of sins and peace with God. That does not make the landlord’s conduct acceptable, but it gives you a foundation to stand on while you press for what is right.

So I pray that the Lord will stir the conscience of the person responsible, stop the excuses, and move him to repay everything owed. I pray for your skin to heal and for strength to be rebuilt where damage occurred. And I pray you would know the nearness of Christ in the waiting. In Jesus’ name.
