Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (electric shocks) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, skin problems, medical treatments, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for a month, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice and harm. Father God, we know that You are a God of righteousness and justice, and we ask that You intervene in this matter. The electrical dangers in this apartment have caused physical harm, emotional distress, and financial burden, and we pray that the landlord would be moved by Your Holy Spirit to take responsibility and make restitution.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of greed, neglect, and hardness of heart that would allow such a situation to persist. We declare that the landlord’s conscience would be awakened, as Your Word says in Romans 2:15, "They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them." We pray that conviction would lead to repentance and action.

We stand on Proverbs 21:15, "When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers." Father, let justice be done in this situation, not just for compensation, but for the restoration of dignity and peace. We ask that You would soften the landlord’s heart, open lines of communication, and bring about a resolution that honors You. Provide wisdom, favor, and protection as this matter is pursued, and let Your peace guard this heart through the process.

We also pray for healing, physical, emotional, and spiritual. May the skin ailments and other health issues be restored by Your healing touch, and may the stress and anxiety be replaced with trust in Your provision. We declare that no weapon formed against this one will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that every threat or inappropriate action will be exposed and brought to nothing.

Lord, if there has been any bitterness or unforgiveness in this heart, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with Your love and grace. Help this one to release the burden of seeking justice into Your hands, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). Strengthen faith and patience, and let this trial be used to draw closer to You.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who is our Advocate and Defender. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. Amen.

We’ve been carrying your situation in prayer, and it’s clear how draining this has become, not only the physical toll of the shocks, the skin problems, and the expenses, but the silence from the landlord that makes it feel as though your suffering doesn’t matter. We’re so sorry you’re facing this wall of indifference. It’s real injustice, and God’s heart breaks with yours. He sees the fear, the pain, and the financial burden, and He never dismisses what has been taken from you.

The waiting is hard, especially when a month of prayer hasn’t brought visible change. That doesn’t mean God isn’t listening. He often stirs hearts slowly, and He can awaken a conscience even when a person seems unreachable. But because you’ve already waited with no communication, it may be wise now to match your prayers with practical steps. A local tenants’ rights organization or a low-cost legal clinic could help you understand what’s possible, a formal letter from an advocate often shakes a landlord out of complacency in ways a tenant’s plea alone cannot. You don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

Meanwhile, we’re praying that the Holy Spirit would deeply unsettle your landlord’s heart, bringing genuine remorse and a desire to do right, not just to avoid trouble, but to honor God by making you whole. We’re also asking for steady strength for you, for continued healing from the illness, and for provision for every need you’ve shouldered.

Lord Jesus, You are the defender of those who suffer wrong. Please move powerfully in this situation: open doors for true compensation, soften a hard heart, and bring relief to this one’s body and finances. Sustain her through the discouragement, and let her know she is seen and loved. We trust You to work, even now. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The trial endures, and the heavens seem brass, yet the delay is not denial. The greater compensation would be the awakening of a soul, for a landlord who knows not his fault cannot make genuine restitution. All true repentance is a gift from the hand of God, a work of the Holy Spirit that gives glory to the Lord alone. The repentance that springs merely from fear of penalty or desire to quiet a complaint is of the flesh and passes away like the morning dew. Pray rather that the Spirit would stir a sorrow in that heart which sees sin as committed against a holy God, from which all wrongs flow, even the neglect that brought you harm.

Consider how the goodness of God leads to repentance. The continued breath in the landlord’s lungs, the mercy that withholds immediate judgment, these are meant to draw him, not drive him. Continue to pray that his conscience is pricked, that he thinks upon his deeds as Peter thought upon his denial, and that the thought breaks his heart. A repentance that is unto life will bear fruit; it compels a man to go to the injured party and make restoration, not as a bribe to settle a dispute, but as an offering of a contrite spirit.

Yet, beloved soul, look higher than the landlord’s payment. The house in which we dwell has God for its Landlord, and we are tenants at His will. He is the great Owner, and He never wrongs His own. Your suffering has been witnessed by Him who shall judge the quick and the dead. Cast this burden upon Him who cares for you, and seek in this furnace a closer walk with Christ, who suffered for His enemies that they might be brought to God. If the compensation tarries, let your own heart be kept from bitterness, for the repentance you desire in another begins with the tenderness of spirit that pleads, “Father, forgive them.” The Lord may yet use your patient endurance as the very means to awaken a slumbering soul.

You say no communication has come, and you ask prayer that the landlord’s conscience be stirred, that he repent and do good. But let us examine this carefully: why do you pray for his repentance? Is it chiefly that you might receive compensation and an end to your troubles? That is a small thing. The true and great evil is not what you have suffered, but the sickness of soul that drives a man to neglect the safety of another, to threaten, to refuse to make right what his own neglect has caused. If you pray only for relief, you are like one who asks only for the storm to pass while the ship’s hull is still rotting. But if you pray for his soul’s awakening because you pity him who is doing himself immeasurable harm, then you are standing on the rock of the Gospel.

Consider who is truly injured here. The shocks, the illness, the cost, these are afflictions of the body and the purse, and they are real. Yet if you endure them without returning evil, without cursing, without despair, then these very things become a furnace to purify your soul like gold. The landlord, though he may keep his money and offer no apology, is wounding himself far more deeply with every day he hardens his heart. He may not see it now, but the injustice he does is a fire kindled in his own house. He is the one to be wept for.

Do you wish to be avenged? There is no greater vengeance upon an enemy than to do him good in return for evil. This is not weakness; it is to become like God, who sends rain upon the just and the unjust. So I say to you, do not merely pray that he be stirred to pay what is owed. Pray that he be delivered from the tyranny of greed and indifference, that he may not stand before the dread judgment seat with these things clinging to him. If he repents and restores, give thanks to God for his soul’s rescue. If he does not, do not let your heart be poisoned by the insult. The harm you think you have received is, if you bear it nobly, a secret treasure. The injured man who blesses is the one who triumphs, not the one who collects a debt with resentment simmering in his heart.

Therefore, let your prayer rise not as a demand for payment, but as a plea for an enemy’s soul. And when you pray so, you will find that your own suffering begins to lose its sting. God sees. He will not forget your endurance. But the real compensation He offers is not counted in coins, it is the peace that surpasses understanding, and a crown that does not fade.

Your situation has been heavy on my heart, and I want to speak honestly with you about what you are facing. When someone hardens their heart and refuses to do what is right, it often comes from a place where they have pushed God out of their thinking. Scripture describes this clearly in Romans: people suppress the truth, and although they know deep down that actions like these are wrong, they become experts at silencing that inner voice. The landlord’s silence and lack of remorse are not signs that your prayers have failed, but rather that his conscience is currently deadened. The Holy Spirit can still break through that callousness, and that is exactly what we are asking the Lord to do.

Remember how God dealt with the first sin. When Adam and Eve tried to cover their own shame with fig leaves, it was utterly inadequate. God had to provide coats of skin, which meant a sacrifice, something had to die to cover their guilt. True amends cannot be manufactured by human effort alone; they require a heart awakened to wrongdoing. The landlord needs more than a fleeting pang of regret. He needs that deep, Spirit-driven conviction where he sees that his threats, his negligence, and his inaction are offenses not just against you, but against the God who sees all. Pray that God interrogates his heart the way He questioned Adam, not because God lacks information, but to draw out an honest confession that leads to genuine repentance and restitution.

I hear the weariness in your update. A month of waiting with no change can feel like a long, dark silence. Yet we are reminded that God drove man out of Eden not out of cruelty, but to prevent him from living forever in a broken, miserable condition. Sometimes delays in human justice serve a larger purpose. They can keep us from placing our ultimate hope in money or a comfortable settlement, and instead drive us to look to the one whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. The skin problems, the anxiety, the financial strain, these are real hurts, and the Lord is not indifferent. He knows the cost of your treatments and the sting of being threatened. Bring those burdens to Him again, not only asking for compensation, but asking Him to become your refuge and healer in this waiting season.

Keep praying in Jesus’ mighty name, but let your request broaden. Ask God to do what only He can: to stir the landlord’s conscience until he can no longer sleep in peace, to grant you the grace to endure, and to bring about a resolution that testifies to His justice. Whether the compensation comes through the landlord’s awakened integrity, through other means, or even through a quiet, inner healing that makes the money less central, trust that God is not deaf. He is at work, even when the other person’s heart seems entirely unmoved. The fool may say in his heart there is no God, but that same God is the one who makes the conscience stir when He chooses. Persist in prayer, and leave room for God to move in ways you may not yet see.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer regarding this difficult situation. It has been heavy on our hearts to intercede on your behalf, asking our Heavenly Father to move mightily in the heart of your landlord, to awaken his conscience, and to stir within him a spirit of repentance and justice. We have prayed fervently for compensation—not only for the physical and financial burdens you’ve endured but also for the emotional and spiritual toll this has taken. We continue to lift up your health, your peace, and your trust in God’s provision, even when the answer seems delayed.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation and brought about the justice and restitution you’ve sought, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report! Your testimony would encourage all of us and glorify God’s faithfulness. However, if the request remains unanswered, we want to assure you that we are still standing with you. Please feel free to post this again as a new request, and we will continue to agree with you in prayer, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, trusting in His goodness even in the waiting. We pray that He would grant you strength, wisdom, and peace that surpasses all understanding, and that He would work all things together for your good. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
