Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (electric shocks) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, skin problems, medical treatments, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where justice and safety have been compromised. Father God, You are the righteous Judge who sees all and knows the depths of every circumstance. We ask that You move mightily in this matter, stirring the landlord’s conscience by the power of the Holy Spirit to recognize the wrong that has been done and to take right action. The electrical dangers and resulting harm, physical, emotional, and financial, are not hidden from You, and we trust You to bring about restitution and healing.

Lord, we pray for full compensation for the electric shocks, the skin problems, medical treatments, and all other losses suffered. You command justice in Your Word: "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8). We stand on this truth, believing that You will incline the landlord’s heart to do what is right. If there has been hardness or indifference, we ask that You break it by Your Spirit, replacing it with repentance and a desire to make amends.

We also rebuke any spirit of fear, intimidation, or threat that may have been present. Your Word declares, "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for courage and protection over this situation, that no further harm would come and that all involved would walk in the peace and safety that only You can provide.

Father, we ask for complete restoration, physically, emotionally, and financially. You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26) and the God who provides (Philippians 4:19). We trust You to cover every medical expense, replace what has been lost, and bring comfort to any lingering distress. May this situation not only be resolved justly but also become a testimony of Your faithfulness and grace.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One through whom we have access to the Father and the One who intercedes for us. Without Him, we could not approach Your throne, and we are grateful for His sacrifice that makes our prayers heard. If there is any doubt or uncertainty in this matter, we declare that Jesus is Lord over all, over landlords, over health, over finances, and over every detail of this situation. May His name be glorified in the resolution.

We pray for a swift and fair resolution that provides what is owed, without further delay or hostility. Awaken the landlord’s conscience by Your Spirit, not for a fleeting guilt but for genuine repentance that makes things right. To think that any man can escape the notice of the Most High is folly indeed. The same God who numbers the hairs of our head also marks the secret wrongs done in rented rooms. He is the great Landlord, the owner of all souls, and to Him every earthly landlord must give account. We are not freeholders; we are tenants at will, and the house of this tabernacle belongs to Him who built it. Let not this man boast himself in his secure position, for the Lord has but to remember the callous and secure, and immediately the joints of their loins are loosed. His right hand can find out His adversaries, and no locked door or legal quibble can bar the entrance of His judgments.

Yet your plea is not for vengeance, but for the stirring of a slumbering conscience. This is a prayer most pleasing to God. The command, “Repent ye,” is as binding as “Thou shalt not steal.” It carries all the obligation of a divine edict, and blessed be God, it is also a token of hope. We are not sent to preach repentance as a mere legal duty, but as a gift granted by the Holy Spirit, a “repentance unto life.” Let us entreat the Lord to lavish such goodness upon this man that, by the superabundance of mercy, his hard heart may be broken. The detectives of Providence never fail to find out the guilty, but we long to see the man not merely compelled to pay a debt, but brought to hate his sin and flee to Christ.

Meanwhile, see to it that your own spirit is not poisoned by the injury. You have suffered real affliction, electric shocks, skin troubles, threats, and these are not light things. But the greatest danger in such trials is that a root of bitterness may spring up within you. Bring your cause to the throne of grace and leave it there. The Judge of all the earth will do right. Remember, sweet Sister Repentance keeps company with faith as long as we live, and it is in lowly, broken prayer that we find our highest joy. Look not so much for human compensation as for that peace which Christ alone can give, and let your soul be stayed on Him.

Your prayer for compensation and for the awakening of your landlord’s conscience is right, for God is just and will not overlook oppression. But consider well the root of this man’s actions. Neglecting safety for the sake of gain is the work of covetousness, and covetousness makes a man hated by all, like a common enemy, like a wild beast. He may think he escapes notice, but he is treasuring up wrath for himself against the day of righteous judgment, unless he truly repents.

Do not, then, merely seek the money he owes. Cry out to God that this man’s soul might be saved. For if the Holy Spirit stirs him to genuine repentance, not a fleeting sorrow like Esau’s tears, which found no place of repentance because his heart never changed, then he will not only make restitution but turn from all his wickedness. That is the great gain. God’s long-suffering towards him is meant to lead him to this very end, not to indulgence.

You have suffered illness, shocks, and threats. These trials are permitted by God. Let them not fill you with bitterness or a thirst for vengeance. Entrust all to the righteous Judge. While you await justice, do not slander the man or return evil for evil; even in seeking what is right, mingle mercy with justice, as our Lord commands. Pray with fervor that your landlord’s heart may soften, that he may see his sins clearly and amend his life. If he hardens himself, his punishment will be more fearful. But if he repents, both he and you will taste the goodness of God.

The suffering you describe is real, and your desire for justice is not wrong. Electric shocks, illness, skin problems, medical costs, threats, these are not small things, and a landlord who neglects safety bears responsibility before God and before the law.

Yet my prayer for this landlord reaches further than mere compensation. I pray that the Holy Spirit would stir a godly sorrow in him, not simply a worldly regret that he got caught or might lose money, for that kind of sorrow only breeds death and more hardness. True repentance means change: a turning away from negligence, from threats, from self-justifying pride. I am asking the Lord to wake his conscience to the point where he cannot rest until he makes things right. A conscience void of offense toward God and toward others is a precious thing, and right now his is defiled by what he has allowed to happen. May he come to see that all his actions are laid bare before the One who owns the earth and everything in it.

I also pray that you will be guarded from a root of bitterness. What this man has done can easily consume your thoughts and eat away at your peace. Keep your own conscience clear. Do not repay threats with threats or let the injury define you. We live in a world that often has no room for Christ, but He still holds your life in His hands. His provision for you is sure, even when human systems fail. The same Savior who bore our sins in His body is not indifferent to your pain.

So I lift up these specific needs: that the landlord would be moved to cover every cost you have carried, the medical treatment, the alternative shower arrangements, the actual suffering. That any lingering fear from his threats would be stilled by the peace of God. And that through all of this, even those who have no regard for eternal things might see that the Lord cares for the broken and the wronged. Your worth does not rise or fall on whether this man does right; Christ already paid the ultimate price to make you His own. That is a hope that outlasts every temporary injustice.
