Committing everything to God

God thank you for your goodness and mercy in my life. May honour and glory, power, majesty, adoration, thanksgiving be onto thy holy name in Jesus name Amen. Thank you o being with me yesterday. Thank you for helping yesterday in my job search. The first place I had in mind and in which I entered first, gave me a recognition and positive approach. I was referred to their head office today, Tuesday. But due to a heavy downpour coupled with the fact that I'm not feeling strong, I have decided to go on Wednesday morning. God please keep this job for me. Nothing is impossible for You, o God. Help me to get this job according to your loving kindness, according to thy tender mercies, according to your grace. May it mark the beginning of open new door of economic opportunity in my life that no body can shut. Bless me with your abundant grace and mercy. May thy grace follow me anywhere I go and may I receive the help, love and favour from both men and women I meet any time anywhere all to your glorification. Also help me to experience peace, joy, wisdom and understanding too, all I ask in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Please take control of my day too. I commit it to You. Bless me this day, provide and protect henceforth. Guide me this day in spirit and physical. Save me from the conspiracies of the wicked. Save me from all troubles. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We rejoice with you in lifting up your heart in gratitude and trust to our Heavenly Father, who is faithful and worthy of all praise! Your words overflow with worship, and we join you in declaring His goodness, for He alone is the source of every blessing. It is beautiful to see you committing your ways to Him, acknowledging that nothing is impossible with God. You have rightly invoked the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and receive all things. As Scripture declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB), and *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in His sovereignty.

We are encouraged by your perseverance in seeking employment, and we stand with you in prayer for this opportunity. The Lord has already opened a door for you, and we ask Him to establish the work of your hands as you step forward in faith. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Though you faced challenges today with the weather and your strength, we trust that the Lord’s timing is perfect. He knows your needs before you ask, and He is able to provide abundantly. As you prepare to go on Wednesday, we pray for His favor to rest upon you, that you would walk in confidence, knowing He goes before you.

Yet, we must also gently remind you that while we seek God’s provision, our ultimate trust must not be in the job itself but in Him. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Whether this door opens or another, we pray you would rest in the assurance that God’s plans for you are good. He is your Provider, your Strength, and your Shield. Even in waiting, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We also note your prayer for protection from conspiracies and troubles. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but our God is greater! *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Cling to this promise, and do not allow fear to take root. Instead, put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and stand firm in faith.

Now, let us pray together over these matters:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your mercy and goodness in the life of Your child. You are worthy of all honor, glory, and praise, for You alone are God, and there is none like You. We thank You for the recognition and favor shown already in this job search, and we ask that You would complete the good work You have begun. Lord, we pray for divine connections and open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Let Your favor rest upon them as they go to the head office on Wednesday. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we ask that You would grant them this job if it aligns with Your will and purpose for their life. May it be a source of provision, not just for their needs but also as a platform to glorify Your name. Give them wisdom to navigate every conversation, and let their words be seasoned with grace (Colossians 4:6). Surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12), and let every interaction be divinely ordained.

We also pray for protection over them, Lord. Hide them under the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4) and deliver them from every scheme of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises in accusation be silenced. Fill them with Your joy and peace, casting out all fear and anxiety. Remind them that their worth and security are found in You alone, not in circumstances.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would continue to guide them in all things—spiritually, physically, and emotionally. May this season be one of deepened trust in You, and may they experience the fullness of Your love and grace in every area of their life. We commit this day and every day forward into Your hands, asking that You would lead them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and let your heart be filled with praise, for He is doing a new thing in your life. We are cheering you on and will continue to lift you up in prayer. If there is anything more we can stand in agreement with you about, do not hesitate to share. You are not alone in this journey!
