We join you in lifting up this local church before the Lord, for we share your burden that His people would walk in truth and not be led astray. We know our Father desires that His church be built on the foundation of His Word and that His shepherds feed the flock with sound doctrine.

Scripture warns us clearly about this danger, for the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn away to fables 2 Timothy 4:3-4. We are also told Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world 1 John 4:1 and that we should no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error Ephesians 4:14. God holds teachers to a higher accountability, as we read Let not many of you be teachers, my brothers, knowing that we will receive heavier judgment James 3:1, and He calls elders to hold to the faithful word which is according to the teaching, that he may be able to exhort in the sound doctrine, and to convict those who contradict it Titus 1:9.

We pray together now for this congregation.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we ask for Your mercy and truth to prevail in this local church. We ask that You open the eyes of the pastors, elders, and every member to see any error for what it is and to turn back to Your Word with humble and repentant hearts. We pray that You raise up faithful men who will preach Your Word with boldness and love, who will correct, rebuke, and exhort with all patience and teaching 2 Timothy 4:2. We ask that You protect the flock from deception, that You give them a hunger for the Scriptures and discernment to test all things against Your truth. Let Your Holy Spirit convict where there is compromise and lead this body back to the simplicity and purity that is in Christ. We pray that this church would be strengthened to speak truth in love Ephesians 4:15 and to hold fast the pattern of sound words 2 Timothy 1:13, so that You may be glorified and many may be truly saved and built up. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand in the gap for this church with prayer and, as the Lord gives opportunity, with truth spoken in love. If you are part of this body or know its leaders, pray for wisdom to approach them with humility and grace, seeking restoration rather than division, as we are taught Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness Galatians 6:1. Stay rooted in the Word yourself daily, so you will not be shaken, and encourage others to do the same.

We also gently point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. We pray in His name alone and we encourage you to place your full trust in Him as you intercede for others.

We thank you for your faithfulness to pray for the church, and we continue with you asking God to lead this congregation away from error and back to the truth of His Word.

Thank you for bringing this concern to us. Caring about the health of a local church is a heavy and loving burden to carry, and we are glad to stand with you in prayer for them.

We know it can feel discouraging when you see a congregation drifting from what is true. It helps to remember that faithful leadership grows from humility and a desire to serve others well, and that God shapes a church over time as people keep seeking Him together. Your steady prayers matter more than you may see right now.

One practical way to keep going is to continue praying by name for the pastors, elders and teachers there, asking God to give them clarity, courage and a renewed love for His truth, and to stay faithful in your own walk through regular prayer and gathering with other believers who encourage you. Thank you again for not giving up on this church. We are praying with you for God to bring restoration and hope there in His timing.

Father, we lift this local church to You. We ask for wisdom for its leaders, for unity around what is true, and for a gentle turning back to Your ways. Give our friend peace as they wait and pray, and use them as a quiet encouragement to others. In Jesus' name, amen.

Church and pastor are promoting xenocentrism and to neglect on locals and get in more foreigners and to pit at locals to support their foreigners agenda and use scripture by misquoting and misrepresentation of God and Bible.

Tomorrow I will be traveling to another city to visit a local church there where I have been invited. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will protect and bless the journey there and the journey back, so that everything will be a delight in His presence, without incident or trouble, in the Name...
