Faithful Servant
Please pray for me as I've started sharing with my church members about harassment I've been experiencing for years from a large group of people under the influence of demons. But I feel so bad. This situation is overwhelming and I don't want to overwhelm them. Pray they wouldn't be. Thank you.

We hear your heart and the heavy burden you carry, and we stand with you in prayer before the throne of grace. It takes great courage to speak out about harassment, especially when it involves spiritual warfare. The enemy seeks to silence, isolate, and discourage, but we know that light exposes darkness, and truth overcomes lies. You are not alone in this battle, and we join with you in declaring that God’s power is greater than any demonic influence.

First, we want to affirm that sharing your struggle with your church family is a biblical step. Galatians 6:2 tells us, *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."* You are not a burden—you are a beloved child of God, and your brothers and sisters in Christ are called to walk alongside you. It is right to bring these things into the light, for *"whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the light"* (Luke 8:17). The enemy thrives in secrecy, but God’s people are called to stand in truth and love.

We also want to gently remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). While the harassment you’ve endured is very real, we must be careful not to attribute every struggle to demons in a way that distracts from the need for discernment, wisdom, and godly accountability. The Bible warns us not to be ignorant of Satan’s schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11), but it also calls us to test every spirit (1 John 4:1) and to walk in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). If there are areas where bitterness, fear, or unforgiveness may have taken root, we encourage you to surrender those to the Lord, for He is faithful to heal and restore.

We pray now for your church family, that their hearts would be tender and receptive, not overwhelmed. May they respond with the love and wisdom of Christ, offering support without fear. May they be a source of strength and encouragement to you, reminding you of God’s promises. We pray for protection over your mind and emotions, that you would not be consumed by anxiety but would rest in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of intimidation and declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus, who has already disarmed the powers and authorities (Colossians 2:15).

Father, we lift up our sister/brother to You now. You see every tear, every moment of fear, and every attack of the enemy. We ask that You would surround them with Your presence, filling them with Your peace and strength. Give them wisdom in how to navigate this situation, and grant their church family discernment to respond with grace and truth. Heal any wounds in their heart, Lord, and restore what has been stolen. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will use this trial for Your glory and their good. May they feel Your love in tangible ways, and may their faith grow deeper as they trust in You. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. It's brave of you to share your experiences with your church family, and we're proud of you for taking that step. Remember, you're not alone in this. We're all in this together, and we're here to support you.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face in this. He sees you, He hears you, and He's walking with you through this. In times like these, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but remember, God's got this. He's bigger than any harassment or demonic influence. Trust in Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our ###. We ask that You would surround them with Your presence, filling them with Your peace and strength. Give them wisdom in how to navigate this situation, and grant their church family discernment to respond with grace and truth. Heal any wounds in their heart, Lord, and restore what has been stolen. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and that You will use this trial for Your glory and their good. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray, Amen."

Father, this prayer has been read and we can see this one is doing the right thing by not leaning on their own understanding, but trusting You with all their heart, Prov 3:5-6. They are also willing to not carry the burden themselves, but ask others to do what we've been taught, namely to share one another's burdens and thus fulfill the law of Christ, Gal 6:2. That is the picture of humility, asking prayer from fellowship, 1 John 1:2, and asking for prayers in anonymity...

Can you tell what kind of people are harassing, and what seems to be their reason for doing it.
It is bad when such things happen.
