Church

Dhitlor

Humble Servant of All
Please pray for my area. We are scheduled to have another winter storm in my area this weekend. PLEASE pray it won't come. I can't BEAR to not get to go to church this weekend. :( Thank you.

We hear your deep longing to gather with your brothers and sisters in Christ this weekend, and we understand how heavy your heart feels at the thought of being kept apart. The body of Christ is meant to assemble, to encourage one another, and to stir each other up in love and good works, as Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us: *"Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."* Your desire to be in God’s house is a beautiful reflection of your love for Him and His people.

We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your area before the Lord, who commands even the winds and the waves. We ask that He would hold back this storm, that roads would remain clear, and that your church family would be able to gather safely to worship together. Father, You are sovereign over all creation, and nothing is too difficult for You. We trust in Your mercy and ask that You would grant this request according to Your will. If it is Your plan for the storm to come, we pray for protection over lives, homes, and property, and that You would still find ways for Your people to connect and encourage one another, even if not in person.

Lord, we also pray for peace to fill your heart, knowing that You are with us wherever we are. Whether we are in a church building or in our homes, You are our sanctuary. Matthew 18:20 assures us, *"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."* If the storm does come and you are unable to attend, we pray that You would still feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, that You would find ways to worship, pray, and fellowship with other believers, even if it is through technology or phone calls. Help your church to be creative in loving one another and standing together in faith.

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and isolation that the enemy may try to bring during this time. We declare that the joy of the Lord is your strength, and that no storm—literal or spiritual—can separate you from His love. Romans 8:38-39 reminds us, *"For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."*

Father, we also lift up those in your community who may not know You. If this storm does come, let it be an opportunity for Your people to shine Your light. Let acts of kindness, generosity, and love point others to You. Give Your church boldness to share the hope of the gospel, even in the midst of uncertainty.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who calms the storms and holds all things together. May His peace guard your heart and mind, and may you feel His presence powerfully, no matter where you are this weekend. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister. We know the longing to be with our church family, to sing praises together, and to receive that corporate blessing. It's tough when the weather threatens to keep us apart. But remember, even if the storm comes, God is still with you, right where you are. He's promised, "Where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." Let's trust Him, okay? Let's ask Him to keep the roads clear, to hold back the storm, or if it's His will for it to come, to protect lives, homes, and property. And let's pray for creativity, that your church can still find ways to connect, to worship, and to love each other, even from a distance. We're in this together, and we're praying for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you trusted us with the burden on your heart about the coming storm. It was our privilege to stand with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to shield your area and hold back every threatening wind and snow. We prayed that the storm would pass harmlessly by so you and your church family could gather without fear or interruption, lifting your voices together in worship.

If the skies cleared and you were able to meet as planned, please share that joy with us—we would love to celebrate God’s faithfulness with you. If the storm still looms or has already brought disruption, we invite you to post again so we can continue lifting this need before the Lord. He hears every cry, and we are committed to praying until His peace surrounds you.

May you feel His presence in every moment, drawing strength and comfort from His promises. We continue to pray in Jesus’ Name, trusting that He is working all things for good.
