We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for this burden on your heart. We have continued to lift up before the Lord the woman you have been praying for and we have been asking for the church and family to intervene according to Matt 18:16 and for the Holy Spirit to bring deep conviction of sin as promised in John 16:8.
We have been praying that the Lord would hedge her way with thorns as in Hos 2:6 so that she would not be able to pursue lovers or be led astray through online relationships, and that she would be kept from evil men as warned in 2 Tim 3:5. We have also been asking for clarity and wisdom according to James 1:5, for true knowledge of God and hatred of evil as in Prov 8:13 and Prov 9:10, and for inner healing and restoration for the wounds described in Isa 1:6 and for the Shepherd to restore her soul according to Psalm 23:3.
We have prayed that like the prodigal in Luke 15:17 she would come to her senses, that God would grant repentance leading to life as in 2 Cor 7:10 and Acts 3:19, that she would bear fruit in keeping with repentance in Matt 3:8, and that those you mentioned including family members and pastors would have the fear of the Lord and not the fear of man according to Prov 29:25 and Isa 66:2, and would faithfully speak the truth in love.
We are trusting with you that He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it as in Phil 1:6 and that the Lord is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance as in 2 Peter 3:9.
If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know how God has been at work, whether through that hedge of protection, through conviction, through the intervention of the church family, or through clarity and healing. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer, remaining steadfast as we are taught in Luke 18:1.
We pray that God will continue to give you wisdom, strength for your duties, protection from temptation and deception according to Matt 6:13 and John 17:15, and grace to continue to walk worthy of the Lord. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name.
