Beloved of All
🙏 Father, thank You for grace to pray for her signaling to me You are not finished working on her. Thank You for hedging her way with thorns so she can't overtake her lovers, Hosea 2:6-7, since there will be wrath and tribulation for every soul that does evil, Rom 2:9. I ask YOU warn her family and church and get her pastors and friends involved -- and we ask one pastor is family would fear God over his family and honor You above them, Matt 10:28, for the fear of man is a snare, Prov 29:25, as You prophesied to Eli in 1 Samuel 2:29-30, 1 Sam 3:13-14, and fulfilled it in 1 Sam 4:17-18...

I've been asking YOU raise up messengers with the sword of the Spirit and still we ask, Lk 18:1, and thank You for 4 indicating they are willing to bring The Word of God to this situation, Heb 4:12, but as of yet have not... Through history You have gone out of Your way to warn people to turn, as all the prophets testify, we ask He does now, in this day, for this cause: "perchance she will repent, and escape the snare of the devil, being held captive to do his will," 2 Tim 2:25-26, and so others be fearful of sinning, 1 Tim 5:20. Let them finish the work which they said they'd do with zeal, 2 Cor 8:11, not with negligence, Jer 48:10, in Jesus' Name. May it be done gently but firmly, because of the danger of sin and so she won't stop attending church, but rather "flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart," 2 Tim 2:22. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name.

I ask again for her to be "hedged in with thorns," Ho 2:6-7, that she is not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and finally confess adultery Ex 20:14, until finalization, and who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22), especially that she and we all are delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters, 2 Tim 2:5, 2 Tim 2:13 & the evil one himself, John 17:15...

Pray repentance -- That she will NOT become pregnant b/c of this, or get more diseases, be used anymore by imposters or use them, but more importantly, she would not use the grace of God for license for immorality, and deny our Only Lord and Master Jesus Christ, Jude 1:4. Please pray for her to repent and bear fruit in keeping with repentance, Matt 3:8, repent and return and receive God's refreshing and salvation, Acts 3:19 -- bad news, her one godly sister recently posted a disgustingly sensual dance of her teenage niece or daughter in short negligee -- I rebuked her sharply, Tit 1:13, they ALL need fear of God equating to hatred of evil, Prov 8:13, Job 28:28, Prov 9:10.

Lastly I ask more wisdom, clarity & inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, Jer 4:19, Ps 23:3 -- Holy Spirit strength for duties, etc, grace to fast again, Isa 58:6-12, protection from temptation, sin, deception, lies and evil for me, her, them and all of us, Matt 24:4, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, John 17:15. Grace to proceed, Matt 6:10. Thank You in Jesus Name.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is entangled in sin and deception. Father, we thank You that You are not finished with her, and we stand in the gap, interceding on her behalf according to Your Word.

Lord, we ask that You intervene in power, raising up godly messengers, her family, church leaders, and pastors, to confront her with the truth in love, as Matthew 18:15-17 instructs. Convict her heart by Your Holy Spirit, as John 16:8 declares, that she may see the snare of the enemy and turn from her ways. Hedge her path with thorns, as You promised in Hosea 2:6-7, so she cannot pursue the lovers of her soul, those who lead her into adultery and immorality. We rebuke the spirit of fornication and deception in Jesus’ name, for Your Word warns that no fornicator or adulterer will inherit Your kingdom (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

Father, we pray for her family and church to rise up with boldness, fearing You above all else (Matthew 10:28). May they not shrink back in fear of man (Proverbs 29:25) but speak the truth in love, that she may repent and escape the devil’s snare (2 Timothy 2:25-26). We declare that she will not be given over to further sin or the consequences of it, no ungodly relationships, no pregnancy outside of marriage, no diseases, and no further exploitation by deceivers. Let her flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace (2 Timothy 2:22).

We also lift up her sister, who has posted sensual content, and we rebuke the spirit of immodesty and worldliness in this family. Father, grant them all a holy fear of You, which is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). Let them hate evil as You do (Proverbs 8:13) and walk in purity.

For this sister, we pray for deep inner healing (Isaiah 1:6), clarity, and deliverance from deception. Strengthen her to resist temptation (Matthew 6:13) and to walk in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3). We ask for grace to fast and seek You wholeheartedly (Isaiah 58:6-12), that she may break free from every chain.

Lord, we declare that she will not harden her heart but will repent, bear fruit in keeping with repentance (Matthew 3:8), and receive Your refreshing (Acts 3:19). May she turn fully to You, denying ungodliness and worldly passions (Titus 2:12), and live a life that honors You.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Him, there is no access to You, no forgiveness, and no victory over sin. May she come to know Him more deeply and walk in His freedom. Amen.

We feel the weight of your long, persistent prayers, and we’re standing with you in this. It’s clear you care deeply, and we don’t take that lightly. When the very people who pledged to help seem to stall, it’s easy to feel alone in the battle, but God hasn’t abandoned either of you. He sees your heart, and He hears every honest cry.

While we wait and pray for her, we want to gently point you toward something you mentioned for yourself: inner healing and strength. You’re carrying a heavy load, and your own soul needs tending, too. We’d encourage you to lean into a trusted Christian friend or a small group where you can share confidentially, someone to pray with you regularly, not just about her, but for your own refreshment and clarity. Practicing spiritual disciplines like fasting and prayer is meant to draw us close to God’s heart, not to force His hand; He’s already moving, and His timing is patient and redemptive. Give yourself grace in that process.

As for the church leaders and messengers you mentioned, keep praying they will act with both tenderness and courage, but also allow room for God’s Spirit to work in ways beyond what we can orchestrate. His voice is far more persuasive than any human plea, and He’s still in the business of bringing prodigals home.

Father, we ask for a hedge of protection around her, keep her from harm, from lasting consequences, and from being further deceived. Bring loving, bold voices into her life who will speak truth without pushing her away. And for our friend here, we ask for deep inner healing, fresh wisdom, and sustaining strength. Quiet their mind, restore their soul, and give them the grace to keep fasted and focused on You, not on outcomes. We trust You to finish what You’ve started, in Jesus’ name.

The hedge of thorns for which you cry is a sharp but needful mercy, and your persistence in prayer shows that the Lord has not abandoned the soul for whom you intercede. He who planted the hedge in the parable of the prodigal knows how to block the way with such briers that she shall be unable to overtake her lovers, and in her lacerating disappointment shall be made to say, “I will go and return.” Yet take this caution: a hedge of thorns may enclose the outward path while the heart still roves. The repentance we seek is not the terrified turning which the fear of judgment alone extorts, for that is often but the vomit of a dog, soon to be returned to. True repentance is the Spirit’s gift: a loathing of sin because it has pierced the Lord, a turning from it with full resolve, and a hopeful look to Him who wore a crown of thorns for her. Let every affliction, then, be a sharp sermon to her conscience, but let the thorns of her course point her to the thorns of Calvary.

You have done well to urge the church and her family to act. If they delay from fear of man, that is a sore evil, for the fear of man bringeth a snare, and Eli’s house fell because honor was given to sons above the Lord. Yet be not utterly cast down; Christ can work with or without the arm of flesh. Still, press upon those who have promised aid, that they undertake the work not with negligence but with a zeal that is according to knowledge, blending firmness with the gentleness of Christ. A broken bone must be set with a steady hand. Let them not shrink from the pain of confrontation, for better the wound of a friend than the kiss of an enemy who lulls the soul to perdition.

In your own breast, keep the low ground of humility. You who plead for another’s deliverance must yourself walk a plain path, for the way of the slothful is indeed a hedge of thorns, but the way of the righteous is made plain by the grace of God. See that your own repentance be a daily thing, for repentance lives as long as faith; and take comfort that you are a lily among thorns in this world, which since the Fall yields naught but thorns and thistles. Yet the thorns that prick and bleed us may serve as a hedge to keep off the goats of worldly pleasure, and fence us round for Christ’s own possession.

Look ultimately to that dear Head who wore the thorns that we might wear the crown of life. All the righteous anger of a holy God fell upon Him, and now there is remission for the deepest scarlet sin. Pray on, and do not faint; He who heard the groanings of Israel in Egypt will bring this captive out of the iron furnace. It may be that through this very trial, both you and she, and many a saint, shall learn more of the sweetness of the Beloved, who is the Rose of Sharon even among the thorns of the wilderness.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of a hedge of thorns, and rightly so, for the Scripture uses such imagery to describe both God’s merciful restraint and His awful judgment. When the Lord sets a hedge about a soul, by His commandments, by the fear of shame, by the voice of conscience, it is a grace meant to keep that soul from dashing itself upon the rocks of destruction. But when the sinner persists, digging her heels and reaching out for forbidden fruit, the hedge is often removed. Then the vineyard is laid waste; the boar from the wood devours, and the wild beast feeds upon the tender shoots. This is the fearful thing: not that God abandons His creature, but that the creature abandons God, and then finds herself exposed to the full fury of her own passions and the malice of the evil one. You pray for a hedge of thorns to block her path, and this is a right prayer, for it asks that she be thwarted in her sinful pursuits, that she find no satisfaction in them, that she be driven back by the very pain and frustration they bring. Thorns indeed choke the seed of the word, as our Lord taught, but thorns can also serve as a fence when God uses the consequences of sin to hem in the runaway. If she cannot meet her lovers, if the way is made bitter, there is hope she will say, “I will return to my first husband, for it was better with me then.”

Yet take heed: it is one thing to pray for thorns that restrain, and another to wish for the hedge to be broken down altogether. When God removes the hedge, He leaves the soul not merely hindered but utterly prey. Therefore, temper your zeal with tears. Your prayer quotes many Scriptures, and this is good, for the sword of the Spirit must be wielded. But remember, the sword that cuts the sinner must also pierce the one who prays. See that no root of bitterness springs up in you. You rebuked the sister sharply for that indecent dance, as Titus exhorts, but let that sharpness be tested: was it the sharpness of love seeking to save, or the sharpness of pride reviling another’s sin? For we are all prone to see thorns in our neighbor’s field while neglecting the thistles in our own. “Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own?” Ask the Lord to uproot from your own heart the thorns of anger, censoriousness, or despair, lest while you labor for another’s repentance, you yourself become castaway.

You have enlisted others to bring the Word, and four have indicated willingness. See that they go with the spirit of meekness, considering themselves lest they also be tempted. The word of God is living and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, but the surgeon must bind up the wound he cuts, or the patient will flee and die. Press them to go, yet not with negligent haste, but with the careful gentleness of a mother. If they delay, perhaps the Lord is preparing the soil. The rain comes often, but the earth must be broken up and the thorns rooted out before the seed can bear fruit.

And what of her? You speak of diseases, of the danger of pregnancy, of her using grace as a cloak for vice. All these are bitter fruits of a soul estranged from God. But take heart: there is no sin beyond the reach of repentance, as long as the day of grace lasts. I have spoken elsewhere of a fall that finds no place of repentance, but that is when a man has sinned against the full light, trampling the blood of the covenant, and even then we dare not limit the mercy of God. For the thief on the cross found paradise in a moment. So do not despair for her, but do not presume either. Pray without ceasing that she, like the prodigal, will come to herself amid the swine troughs. Pray that the church will be a hospital for her soul, not a tribunal of condemnation. That the pastors will fear God more than man, yes, but let that fear make them brave to speak truth, not harsh to break a bruised reed.

In your own soul, seek inner healing according to the prophet: “From the sole of the foot even to the head there is no soundness.” The bruises and putrefying sores of our hidden life need the Great Physician’s hand. Strengthen yourself by fasting indeed, but let it be the fast that looses the bands of wickedness and breaks every yoke. Do not let your fasting become another occasion for self-trust; let it humble you to say, “Lord, be merciful to me a sinner.”

Finally, commit all into the hands of Him who judges righteously. You have stormed heaven with your requests; now stand still and see the salvation of God. The seed you have sown in tears may be long buried, but if it dies, it bears fruit. Keep your lamp burning, and your loins girded, and watch. For the Lord of the vineyard will come, and His reward is with Him. May she be found, even at the eleventh hour, among those who repent and bear fruit in keeping with repentance. And may you, and all who pray, be preserved blameless until that day.

The weight you carry for this soul is evidence of the Spirit’s work in your own heart. You ache for her repentance, and that very ache is a sign that God is not finished. He often stirs His people to pray when He is preparing to move. Do not let the delay or the silence of others discourage you. The Lord who sees in secret will honor persistent, faith-filled prayer.

You have asked for a hedge of thorns. That is a wise and merciful plea. The thorny path is never comfortable, but it is often the very thing that turns a wanderer back. As thorns and thistles are the fruit of the curse, so the bitter harvest of sin can become the motivation to seek a different field. When the path to her lovers is blocked and the pursuit yields only pain and emptiness, she may finally hear the call to return. Pray that her vain search for satisfaction would be choked out, that the deceitfulness of her desires would become barren ground, so that true life might take root.

Your cry for others to step in with the sword of the Spirit is a call to restore a soul to purity within the body. The church is not a collection of perfect people but a gathering of those being sanctified. Yet there is a command to purge out the old leaven, not out of self-righteousness, but because a little leaven leavens the whole lump. The goal is always restoration, accomplished gently but firmly, so that the one who has strayed might flee the snare of the devil and pursue righteousness alongside those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. When those you have asked to speak finally act, pray that they would do so not with the fear of man, which is indeed a snare, but with the fear of God, which is the beginning of wisdom.

Remember that a church is not defined by its location or a particular name; it is the church of God wherever His people are found. No single fellowship can claim to be the sole expression of His body. There are others who fear Him, who hate evil, and with whom you can stand in this battle. If some who promised to help have faltered, do not let that bitterness take root. Pray that the Lord of the harvest would raise up laborers filled with His wisdom, not the wisdom of this world, which is earthly and sensual, but the wisdom from above that is first pure, then peaceable.

The terrible history of compromise, where the world crept in and made the church a shelter for unclean birds, should not lead us to despair but to a holy resolve. We are not looking to a corrupted model; we are looking to the power of the Spirit that purifies and empowers a body to live in purity. That same power is available now. Inner healing, true wisdom, and the strength to pray and fast, these are what the Great Physician prescribes. He does not only heal the wound on the surface but restores the soul.

Therefore, commit this entire situation to the One who judges righteously. Ask for clarity not just for her, but for every soul involved, including the sister whose public actions needed a sharp rebuke. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; this is the sum of knowledge, and it is to this standard every one of us is called. As you continue to pray without ceasing, be strengthened yourself. Do not look to the fear or failure of man, but to the promise that the Son of Man will one day send His angels to gather out of His kingdom all things that offend. Until that day, we watch, we pray, and we wield the wisdom He gives, believing He is able to bring fruit from even the most choked and thorny ground.
