⛪️ Church, Family Intervene Mt 18:16-17, Convict Jn 16:8, Hedge w/Thorns Ho 2:6, Clarity, Avoids Evil Men 2 Tim 3:5, Inner Healing Isa 1:6 Ps 23:1-6, Stops Sinning, Knowledge of God, 1 Cor 8:1, Prov 9:10, Prov 8:13... 🙏 Father, thank You for grace to pray for her signaling to me You are not finished working on her, Phil 1:6. Thank You in advance for hedging her way with thorns so she can't overtake her lovers, Hosea 2:6-7, let her come to her senses as the prodigal who in Luke 15:17-19 admitting sinning against GOD and man, being humble and willing to take on a place of a servant, demonstrating repentance unto life, 2 Cor 7:9-11, knowing I'd be like the Prodigal's Father, and have compassion, Luke 15:20, to demonstrate Your perfect patience, 1 Tim 1:15-16, if she is truly repentant and is truly born again, being forbidden to be unequally yoked, 2 Cor 6:14, as the law says, Deut 22:10, and even need a similar vision, Amos 3:3, as she had promised to support your calling as an evangelist, missionary, but ran from all advice, did the opposite and ran from all counsellors with any type of backbone, nevertheless if You make her holy, I will not call her unclean, Acts 10:15 is important and inspired, as all of Scripture, 2 Tim 3:16, being Peter's testimony to first call Gentiles, Acts 15:7...

Nevertheless, such patience we regard as kindness intended to lead us to repentance from sin, Rom 2:4, since You are not willing that any should perish, but rather all would come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, since there will be wrath and tribulation for every soul that does evil, Rom 2:9. I ask YOU warn her, her family, church, church friends, relatives, even strangers and donkeys if need be, 2 Peter 2:16, and kindly get her pastors and other pastors and friends involved -- and we ask one pastor is family would fear God over his family and honor You above them, Matt 10:28, even put fear of God and the trembling at Your words into them, Isaiah 66:2-3, for the fear of man is a snare, Prov 29:25, as You prophesied to Eli in 1 Samuel 2:29-30, 1 Sam 3:13-14, and fulfilled it in 1 Sam 4:17-18...

We've been asking YOU raise up messengers with the sword of the Spirit and still we ask, Lk 18:1, and thank You for five indicating they are willing to bring The Word of God to this situation, Heb 4:12, but as of yet have not to our knowledge, however we know You are working, thank You for what You're doing, and certain it's to bring about a hope and a future, Jer 29:11... Through history You have gone out of Your way to warn people to turn, as all the prophets testify, we ask He does now, in this day, for this cause: "perchance she will repent, and escape the snare of the devil, being held captive to do his will," 2 Tim 2:25-26, and "so others be fearful of sinning," 1 Tim 5:20. Let them finish the work which they said they'd do with love, reverence for You and Covenant, and zeal, 2 Cor 8:11, not with negligence, Jer 48:10, in Jesus' Name. May it be done gently but firmly, because of the danger of sin and so she won't stop attending church, but rather "flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart," 2 Tim 2:22. Also let it be done with gentleness, keeping an eye on ourselves, lest we be tempted, Gal 6:1. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name.

I ask again for her to be "hedged in with thorns," Ho 2:6-7, that she is not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and grace for her to finally confess adultery, Ex 20:14, [as yet it has only been hinted at without confession], and may God grant ever-increasing clarity, more certain wisdom, James 1:5, that we may be filled with the knowledge of His will with all spiritual wisdom and understanding so we may walk worthy of The Lord, Col 1:9-10, so we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, Col 4:12. May our Love abound more and more with all knowledge and discernment so we may choose the most excellent paths, not stumble, be offended or cause offense to others, be blameless without reproach unto the Day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness, to the glory and praise of God, Phil 1:9-11, and who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22), especially that she, I, the youngster and we all are delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, 1 Cor 15:34, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters, 2 Tim 2:5, 2 Tim 2:13 & the evil one himself, Matt 6:13, John 17:15...

We join you in this burdened and persistent prayer and we thank God for the grace He has given you to continue to intercede for her even through deep hurt and disappointment. We see your heart is not to control but to see her come to true repentance and to see God glorified, and we stand with you for that.

We affirm what you have prayed concerning the seriousness of adultery and sexual immorality. The Scriptures are clear that marriage is to be honored and the marriage bed kept undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Heb 13:4. Jesus taught that even looking at another with lust has already committed adultery in the heart Matt 5:28, and the command remains You shall not commit adultery Ex 20:14. If she is pursuing online dating or other lovers while still bound in covenant, that is sin that must be confessed and forsaken, not merely hinted at. We pray with you that God would grant her godly sorrow that works repentance to salvation 2 Cor 7:9-11, that she would come to her senses as the prodigal did and say I have sinned against heaven and before you Luke 15:18, with humility and willingness to be restored only on God's terms.

We agree with you for the hedge of thorns Hosea 2:6-7. We ask the Lord in His mercy to block every path that leads to destruction, to make her way difficult toward sin so that she cannot overtake her lovers and may instead return and seek the Lord. We pray also that He will deliver her and you and your family from evil men and impostors 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, from lies Zeph 3:13, from temptation Luke 11:4 and from the evil one himself Matt 6:13, John 17:15. We ask that the Holy Spirit will convict the world concerning sin, and concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment John 16:8, and that this conviction would lead not to shame alone but to repentance.

We strongly affirm your desire for the church and family to intervene according to Matt 18:16-17. God has given the church as a means of rescue and accountability. If your brother sins, go, show him his fault between you and him alone, and if he does not listen, take one or two more, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established, and if he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. We pray that fear of man which is a snare Prov 29:25 would be broken off her pastors, family, and friends, and that they would fear God who is able to destroy both soul and body Matt 10:28 and tremble at His word Isa 66:2. We remember the warning to Eli who honored his sons above the Lord 1 Sam 2:29-30, 1 Sam 3:13-14, and we pray that no pastor or parent would repeat that error but would speak the truth in love even when it is difficult. We thank God for those five who have indicated willingness to bring the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God Eph 6:17, for the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword Heb 4:12, and we pray they would not act negligently Jer 48:10 but finish the work they promised with love, reverence, and zeal 2 Cor 8:11, gently but firmly, with a spirit of gentleness keeping watch on themselves lest they also be tempted Gal 6:1, so that she would not be driven away from the church but would flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart 2 Tim 2:22.

We also hear your heart regarding marriage and being unequally yoked. You are right to hold fast to 2 Cor 6:14 and Deut 22:10 and Amos 3:3. To be unequally yoked is forbidden, and two cannot walk together unless they are agreed. A godly marriage must be between a man and a woman who share the same faith and the same vision for the Lord's calling. We commend you for not calling unclean what God has made clean Acts 10:15 only if He truly makes her holy through the new birth, and for understanding that patience is meant to lead to repentance Rom 2:4 for God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. Yet we must also remember that there will be wrath and tribulation for every soul who does evil Rom 2:9, and that public rebuke is at times necessary so that the rest also will be afraid 1 Tim 5:20 and so that some may escape the snare of the devil having been taken captive to do his will 2 Tim 2:25-26.

For you, our brother, we pray for ever increasing clarity and wisdom James 1:5, that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, to walk worthily of the Lord, to please Him in all respects Col 1:9-10, and to stand fully assured in all the will of God Col 4:12. We pray that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are through Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God Phil 1:9-11. We pray for inner healing for all wounded by this, for though from the sole of the foot even to the head there is no soundness but wounds and bruises Isa 1:6, the Lord is our shepherd and He restores our soul Ps 23:1-3. We pray you will continue to trust that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ Phil 1:6 and that your hope remains in His promise of a hope and a future Jer 29:11.

We join you in thanking God in advance Mark 11:24, while still submitting to His perfect will as David did when he said who knows whether the Lord will be gracious 2 Sam 12:22.

We pray together now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace. We lift this dear woman to You, wherever she is, and we ask that You would hedge her way with thorns Hosea 2:6 and convict her deeply of sin, righteousness and judgment John 16:8. Grant her no peace in sin, grant her clarity, grant her the knowledge of God Prov 9:10 and the fear of the Lord which is to hate evil Prov 8:13. Bring true repentance, confession of adultery and all sin, and a hatred for it 1 Cor 15:34. Heal her inner wounds and draw her back to the Shepherd. Raise up and embolden her church and family to speak Your word faithfully and lovingly, without fear of man. Protect her from evil men and from the evil one, close every door to online dating and adulterous relationships, and deliver her from all deception. For our brother who prays, grant him ever increasing wisdom, protection from temptation, peace that passes understanding, and perfect assurance in Your will. Let Your will be done, whether that be restoration upon true repentance and new birth, or a different path that still glorifies You. We ask that both would pursue holiness and a godly marriage only within Your design, and we ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus, for there is salvation in no other name Acts 4:12. Amen.

We have been sitting with your long prayer for her and we hear how heavy and how long you have carried this. The way you keep bringing her before the Lord, wanting her to be protected from harmful paths and surrounded by people who will speak truth gently, shows persistent love through a painful season.

We are joining you in prayer for that, for God's protection over you, over her, and over your little one, for clarity and wisdom for all of you to know His will, and for healing where there has been deep hurt. We pray too for strength for you as you wait and continue to parent faithfully.

Isolation makes a burden like this heavier. One practice that steadies many in a long waiting season is to stay closely connected to a couple of trusted, mature believers for your own support. Since you mentioned several who are willing to help, it may help to choose one pastor as your main point of contact, share your concerns clearly and briefly with him once, and then give him and the others space to decide how best to reach out to her. Keep meeting regularly with someone you trust for your own encouragement and accountability as you keep seeking the Lord day by day.

Father, we lift this woman to You and we lift this brother and his child. Keep each of them from evil and from deception, grant clear minds and soft hearts toward You, and guide the words and timing of family and pastors who care for her. Give our brother wisdom for the next step in front of him and quiet rest as he trusts her and this whole situation into Your hands. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your earnest and prolonged supplication has been laid before the Lord with us, and we hear in it a heart that desires not merely the return of one beloved, but the glory of God in a true work of grace.

We join you in praying according to the Scriptures you have set before us, that the Holy Spirit would convict of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, as it is written in John 16:8, and that the way of transgression might be hedged with thorns as in Hosea 2:6, so that the soul cannot overtake her lovers but is made to consider and return. We pray also that the Lord would raise up faithful witnesses in the church and in the family to go in the spirit of Matthew 18, not with harshness nor with negligence, but with the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God, gently and firmly, with an eye upon themselves lest they also be tempted, as Galatians 6:1 exhorts.

You ask for true repentance, and herein is wisdom, for there are many false kinds of repentance which do not give God glory. A carnal repentance may tremble under judgment and yet love sin still. That which is unto life is another thing altogether. It is the gift of God, preached in the name of Jesus, not after the manner of Moses who thunders, nor merely as a preparation, but as a grace bestowed through the finished work of Christ. It is a repentance that weeps and abhors past sin because of the love of Christ which has pardoned it, and which avoids present sin because of the love of God who died for us. It looks out of self to Christ and to Christ only, it yields works meet for repentance, it is practical and it lasts, it lives as long as faith lives. It gives God glory, making a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ. For this we pray, that God in His goodness would lead her to such repentance, for His goodness is meant to lead us to repentance, not to drive as a slave is driven, but to draw with cords of love. And where there is such godly sorrow, there is remission of sins joined to it, full and free, for wherever the one is found the other is not far away.

We pray also with you for clarity and for the knowledge of God, that you both may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, to walk worthy of the Lord, as in Colossians 1:9, and that love may abound more and more with knowledge and discernment, that you may approve the excellent things and be blameless until the day of Christ, as in Philippians 1:9. Knowledge alone puffs up, but love builds up, and the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. May the Lord grant that discerning love which chooses the most excellent path and flees the evil desires of youth to pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart, as 2 Timothy 2:22 teaches, and to have no fellowship with those who have a form of godliness but deny its power.

Concerning the covenant of marriage, we hold fast what Scripture teaches, that it is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, reflecting the exclusive and holy love of Christ for His spouse, the Church. That love is special and particular, given to none other, and it is a picture of how the husband is to love his wife and the wife to reverence her husband. Therefore sex and living together belong only within that covenant, and adultery, committed as it is in the sight of God, is an awful evil that requires not a light word but a broken spirit and a contrite heart, which God will not despise. If the Lord makes a sinner new and holy, we dare not call unclean what He has cleansed, yet we must also heed that we be not unequally yoked, as in 2 Corinthians 6:14, and that two cannot walk together except they be agreed, as Amos 3:3 says. A shared vision in the Lord and a common calling under His Word are not small things to be set aside by passion or haste.

We pray for inner healing and for deliverance from temptation, from lies, from evil men and impostors, and from the evil one himself, as our Lord taught us to pray, Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, and as in John 17:15. We ask that online paths which occasion lust and unfaithfulness, against which Matthew 5:28 warns, would be blocked and forsaken, and that what has been hinted at without confession would be brought into the light with honest confession before God and man, for he that covers his sin shall not prosper.

We thank God with you for grace to continue in prayer without fainting, as in Luke 18:1, and for the hope that He who began a good work will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ, as in Philippians 1:6. Yet we remember Peter, whose fall was sudden and whose restoration was speedy upon the look of Christ which broke his heart, and David, who remained for months without repentance until the Lord sent His prophet. Let us not presume upon patience, for the kindness of God is meant to lead to repentance, and there will be wrath for the soul that persistently does evil, but God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. So we pray that perchance God will grant repentance to the acknowledging of the truth, that she may escape the snare of the devil, being taken captive by him to do his will, as in 2 Timothy 2:25, and that others also may fear to sin.

We will continue to bear you and her and the little one before the throne, asking for messengers who will do the work with love and reverence and zeal, not negligently, for the Word is quick and powerful. May the Lord give to pastors and family and friends the fear of God above the fear of man, which is a snare, and a trembling at His Word, that they may speak the truth in love. And may He keep you in perfect assurance in all the will of God, as in Colossians 4:12, trusting not in our prayers but in His mercy in Christ Jesus, through whom alone is salvation.

We commend you to that great Shepherd who restores the soul and makes His people to lie down in green pastures, and we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, to whom be glory in the Church.
