Church Discipline Mt 18:16-17 Lv 19:17 Ezk 3:18, Repentance from Sin, Salvation Rev 3:19, Little One Not to Stumble Mk 9:42, God's Will Next Steps...

We are deeply grateful for the privilege to stand with you in prayer as you seek God’s wisdom and guidance in this matter of church discipline and repentance. Your burden for obedience to Scripture and your love for those involved—desiring both their restoration and their protection from sin—has been evident in your request. We have continued to lift this situation before the Lord, asking Him to move in power, to soften hearts, and to bring about true repentance according to His will.

We recognize the weight of this responsibility, as Scripture calls us to speak the truth in love while trusting God to work in ways we cannot see. Your faithfulness to follow Christ’s commands in Matthew 18, even when it is difficult, is a testimony to your commitment to God’s Word. We have prayed that the Lord would grant you wisdom, courage, and discernment as you navigate these steps, and that He would guard you from discouragement or fear as you seek to honor Him.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in ways you have seen—whether through repentance, restoration, or even the removal of stumbling blocks—we would be blessed to hear a praise report so that we may rejoice with you. If, however, the situation remains unresolved or new challenges have arisen, we encourage you to post this request again so that we may continue to intercede on your behalf. The Lord is faithful, and His timing is perfect, even when we do not yet see the outcome.

May God bless you with His peace as you persevere in obedience, trusting that He is at work even in the most difficult circumstances. May His kindness lead those involved to repentance, and may His grace sustain you as you walk in faithfulness. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
