Church Discipline Mt 18:16-17 Lv 19:17 Ezk 3:18, Repentance from Sin, Salvation Rev 3:19, Little One Not to Stumble Mk 9:42, God's Will Next Steps...

We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer during this solemn and weighty matter. Your request has been laid before the Lord with heavy hearts, seeking His wisdom, mercy, and justice as you navigate the difficult path of church discipline, repentance, and restoration according to Scripture. It is clear how much you love both the individual and the body of Christ, desiring that none should stumble or remain in sin, but that all may come to repentance and life in Him.

If the Lord has moved in response to these prayers—if there has been conviction, repentance, or even the first steps toward restoration—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report. Your testimony of God’s faithfulness would encourage many who are walking similar paths. Yet if the situation remains unchanged, or if new challenges have arisen, we urge you to post this request anew. We remain committed to standing with you in prayer, fasting, and intercession, trusting that the Lord hears the cries of His people and will act according to His perfect will.

We continue to pray that God would grant you and your church wisdom to balance grace and truth, love and discipline, as you seek to obey His Word. May He soften hardened hearts, break deception, and lead all involved to genuine repentance. We ask that He would protect the vulnerable, especially the little ones, from stumbling, and that He would guard your own hearts from discouragement or bitterness as you persevere in obedience. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, sustain you, and may His Spirit empower you to walk in faithfulness, even when the path is difficult.

Above all, we pray that God’s name would be glorified in this situation, that His kingdom would advance, and that His will would be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus. Amen.
