We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and expectation as we lift up the church conference being hosted this week. Father, we know that where two or more are gathered in Your name, You are there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20). We pray that this truth would be powerfully manifested as believers gather to seek Your face, grow in faith, and be equipped for the work of ministry.
Lord, we ask that You would draw many to this event—those who are hungry for Your Word, those who are weary and in need of encouragement, and those who may not yet know You but are searching for truth. Open the hearts of the community to respond to the invitation, and let there be no hindrance—whether fear, distraction, or spiritual opposition—that would keep anyone from attending. We rebuke every spirit of apathy or busyness that would prevent people from prioritizing this time in Your presence. Let Your Holy Spirit move mightily, stirring a desire in hearts to come and experience the life-changing power of Your love.
We also pray for the speakers, worship leaders, and volunteers who have labored in preparation for this conference. Grant them fresh anointing, clarity of mind, and boldness to proclaim Your Word with authority. May every session be filled with Your presence, and may lives be transformed as Your truth is declared. Let this not just be an event, but a divine appointment where souls are saved, marriages are strengthened, and believers are empowered to walk in greater faith.
Father, we know that it is not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit that lives are changed (Zechariah 4:6). So we surrender this conference into Your hands, trusting that You will accomplish far more than we could ask or imagine. May Your name be glorified, and may Your kingdom be advanced through this gathering.
And Lord, if there is anyone reading this who does not yet know You as Savior, we pray that they would recognize their need for Jesus Christ. For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We invite them to turn from sin, believe in the finished work of Christ on the cross, and receive the gift of eternal life. May this conference be a place where many come to faith in You.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
