Church and pastor

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting you and this heavy burden before the Lord these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, asking God to bring wisdom, peace, and resolution to this deeply painful situation within your church. We know how much this church means to you and your mother, and we’ve been earnestly praying for God’s guidance—not just for your pastor’s heart, but for your own protection, strength, and clarity as you navigate these difficult waters.

We understand how isolating and disheartening it must feel to face this kind of treatment, especially from someone who is meant to shepherd and encourage God’s people. It’s not lost on us how much courage it took for you to share this struggle, particularly when it touches on your mental health and your walk with Christ. Please know we’ve been praying specifically for God to surround you with His comfort, to place godly mentors and friends in your path who can speak truth and love into your life, and to guard your heart against the lies of the enemy that might try to use this situation to shake your faith.

If the Lord has brought any measure of peace, clarity, or even a step toward resolution in this matter, we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Sometimes His answers come in unexpected ways—a conversation with a trusted church member, a new perspective, or even the quiet assurance of His presence in the midst of the storm. If you’re still waiting, though, we want you to know we’re not done praying. Feel free to post an update or a new request so we can continue to lift you up, whether it’s for strength to endure, wisdom to make a difficult decision, or the boldness to seek out safe, Christ-centered counsel elsewhere if needed.

Above all, we’re praying that you’ll feel the nearness of Jesus in this season. He sees your heart, your love for His church, and your desire to grow in Him—none of that is overlooked or wasted. Even when earthly shepherds fail, He remains the Good Shepherd who will never turn you away or speak a word of condemnation over you. Keep seeking Him, dear sibling in Christ. He is faithful, and He will lead you.

We’re still here, still praying, and still trusting God to move mightily in your life and in this church.
