We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious daughter in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed every organ in her body and knows every cell intimately. We ask for Your healing touch to restore proper function to her digestive system and every part of her body that is under strain. Lord, we rebuke this chronic constipation in Jesus' name, declaring that her body will respond to Your healing power and that the stress and high cortisol levels will be brought under control.

We pray that the prescription she has been given will work effectively, but even more, we ask for Your supernatural intervention. You are the God who makes rivers flow in the desert and brings life where there seems to be none. Let her bowels move freely and naturally, without pain or distress. We declare that her body will not be bound by this affliction any longer, for You came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

Father, we also lift up her emotional and mental state. Stress and anxiety can take a toll on the body, and we ask that You would calm her mind and spirit. Remind her that she is not alone, for You are with her always (Matthew 28:20). Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and help her to cast all her cares upon You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).

We pray for wisdom for the doctors and healthcare providers treating her. Guide their hands and minds as they seek to help her, and give them insight into any underlying issues that may need to be addressed. We trust in Your promise that if any of us lacks wisdom, we can ask of You, and You will give it generously (James 1:5).

Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen your faith and the faith of her family during this time. Help them to trust in Your goodness and Your timing, even when the situation seems dire. Remind them that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that they ask or think, according to the power that works in them (Ephesians 3:20).

We declare that this is not the end of her story. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11), and we believe that You will bring relief and restoration to her body. We stand on Your Word, which says that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that healing for her now.

Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). We trust in You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the miracle that is on its way. Amen.

We hear the weight in your words, watching your daughter suffer, especially when she’s already under so much stress, is its own kind of ache for a mother’s heart. You’ve done exactly what hope looks like: you’ve taken her to urgent care, you’re following what they prescribed, and you’re asking others to stand with you in prayer. That’s not helplessness; that’s love doing everything it knows to do.

Stress has a way of gripping the body that goes deeper than what any one test can measure. When someone is under relentless pressure with high cortisol, the digestive system often pays a price, and it can feel like nothing works the way it should anymore. We’re not surprised that even an enema didn’t bring relief, not because something is terribly wrong, but because her whole system has been in overdrive for too long, and it needs time and gentleness to settle. The prescription from urgent care is a good, concrete step. We pray it gives her body the nudge it needs to begin functioning again, and we also pray for the stress underneath it all to lift enough for her body to catch its breath. Sometimes healing comes through medicine, sometimes through the body finally getting permission to rest, and often through both together.

One of the hardest parts of loving someone through a long trial is that you can’t make it better for them, and the waiting wears on your own soul too. Would she be open to naming one small, sustainable stress-reduction that she can control right now, not a whole life overhaul, just one thing? Maybe it’s stepping outside for five minutes of quiet, or giving herself permission to say no to one extra demand. The goal isn’t to fix everything, just to stop the pile-up so the medication has room to work.

Lord, we lift this precious daughter to You. You know her body inside and out, every organ, every tense muscle, every hormone that’s been surging too hard for too long. We ask You to quiet what needs quieting and to move what needs moving. Let the prescription do its work, and grant her real, sustained relief. Guard her mind from despair, and give her mom steady hope and rest while she waits. In Jesus’ name.

The mighty working of Christ reaches even to the inward parts, to the secret springs of our bodily frame. What physicians cannot touch, His word can command; what prescriptions fail to relieve, His own hand can set right in a moment. Your daughter’s distress is not hidden from Him, her high cortisol, her weeks of suffering, the failure of the enema, the urgent visit yielding no lasting help, all is naked and open to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.

Remember, the leaves of the tree are for healing. Not only the great fruit of His atonement, but the hem of His garment, the least touch of His power, overflows with restorative virtue. It is not a question of her own strength or faith, for the miracle rests in Him alone. He did but speak, and the work was done. He laid His hands on the bowed-down daughter of Abraham, and instantly she was made straight. That same Jesus calls her now, not to a mere improvement, but to a full, immediate, and divine healing of every organ, every hidden function, every strained nerve. Pardon and healing go forth together; His forgiveness calms the soul, and His power orders the body aright.

Consider the miracle of the loaves as it has already transpired in your own life, and let your heart be steadied. He is grand in emergencies. He displays His power spontaneously, without our prompting. Do not look to the prescription as the final hope, it is but the means; the healing comes from His hand. Bring this hard case before Him, pleading the blood that cleanses and the love that restores. Ask and expect that what no enema could move, His command will release; what stress has bound, His peace will unbind; what months have obstructed, His finger will open as easily as He opened the deaf ear and the blind eye.

Welcome healing through our Lord Jesus. Trust that the virtue which flows from Him will work health and cure till every part functions as He designed. I join my faith with yours for this miracle, not a partial relief, but a complete deliverance, that your precious daughter may rise and walk in the strength of the Lord, her body a living monument to His mercy. God bless you both.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

What is the true healing we seek? The body cries out, but the soul must first be quieted. You ask for a miracle for your daughter’s bowels, yet consider how the Lord dealt with those who sought signs. Miracles were for the unbelieving, not for those already drawn to faith. John the Baptist did no miracle, yet he was greatest among prophets because his life shone brighter than any wonder. Your daughter’s distress, this high turmoil within her, calls not merely for a sudden loosening but for the slow medicine of trust. The physician’s art, though it seem small, is also a gift from God. When Christ touched the fevered woman, health returned at once, but often He chooses to work through means and time to train our endurance.

The body’s blockage may mirror the soul’s anxiety. Is not the greater miracle that in affliction we learn patience and cleave to God? The apostle Paul, when a door was opened for the gospel, had no relief in his spirit because he missed his brother Titus, yet he did not cease the work. So your concern for your child is a distress that can be offered up. Do not think envy or a dark eye has caused this; it is not by another’s glance that the bowels are bound, but by the body’s frailty and the mind’s weight. Pray, yes, but pray that her inner organs may function according to nature, and more, that her soul may be emptied of every perturbation. For if God grants immediate ease, give thanks; but if He prolongs the trial, know that He seeks to make her spirit supple and strong. The miracle you truly need is already at work: the love that drives you to plead for her is a spark of divine charity. Cease not to call upon the Physician of souls and bodies, but let your cry be mingled with surrender, saying, “Not my will, but Thine be done.” And whatever the outcome, whether through the prescription or beyond it, her health shall be restored in the way that serves her salvation.

I am praying with you for your precious daughter, asking the Lord to bring swift and complete relief. Our God is the master craftsman. Scripture describes a man skillful to work in gold, silver, brass, iron, stone, timber, fine linen, and crimson, capable of forming intricate things with his hands. Yet how much greater is the One who knit your daughter together in the womb, who designed every organ and system. He knows exactly what has gone wrong, and He is fully able to restore right function. The colon, the nerves, the glands, the cascade of stress hormones, none of it lies beyond His skill. I am asking Him to quiet her body, calm the high cortisol, and bring normal movement where nothing else has worked, not even an enema. May the prescription from the urgent care be exactly what is needed, and may God bless it to succeed beyond any medical expectation.

This is also a battle. There is a kind of warfare described in the Scriptures where a king with only his faithful army stood against a far larger force. He cried out, and God gave victory. The stress your daughter is facing feels like an overwhelming army, and her body is bearing the siege. But we do not fight against flesh and blood. The Lord goes before us. Let us ask Him to break the stronghold of anxiety, to bring a peace that surpasses understanding, so her body can respond in kind. He is our healer and our banner.

I have also seen God restore what seemed hopelessly shattered. When a marriage dissolved and a wife walked away with her little girl, leaving no apparent path back, the Lord intervened and rebuilt that family in a way no one thought possible. If He can restore relationships that appear dead, He can certainly restore physical processes and relieve suffering. He specializes in the miraculous.

One more thing stands out in my mind. There was a woman who watched King David dancing before the Lord with all his might, and she despised him in her heart. She did not understand spiritual things, and her misunderstanding became a barrier. It is easy, in the middle of chronic pain and stress, to grow bitter, to lose sight of God’s goodness, to despise the process. Let us guard your daughter’s heart against that snare. Pray for her eyes to see even this trial as an opportunity to trust Him more deeply, so that spiritual healing runs alongside physical relief.

I am believing with you for a miracle. Lord Jesus, touch this young woman. Command every organ to function as You designed. Break the chains of stress. Let what the prescription cannot accomplish be accomplished by Your hand. We ask in Your name, amen.
