Child Neglect

Lord I pray this mrng for a little girl whom is very ill and has lost a lot of weight and who has a mother who is bipolar and is neglecting to care for her. As mandated I am doing all I can for her but child protective services says there's not enough proof she's being neglected. Lord please make something happen for this little girl. I love u amen
