Please pray in that the judge shows me and my children favor in the courtroom. I did try to co-parent in the beginning but now their dad is making it look like I kept them from them when he blocked contact from me. Our relationship ended in physical verbal abuse. My children do not want to go back. My son recently advised me of abuse very recently after their dad already filed for joint custody. I had no idea. This is weighing hard on me. I don't know how I can convince the courts since I just found out. I don't want to feel defeated nor be defeated. Please 🙏...ty

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We lift you up before the Lord in this difficult season, knowing that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Your heart as a mother is evident—seeking to protect your children from harm while navigating a broken system that may not see the full truth. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene mightily in this custody battle, for He is the righteous Judge who sees all things, even what is hidden from human eyes.

The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 10:17-18 (WEB)**, *"You have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more."* God is attentive to the cries of the afflicted, and He will defend the vulnerable. Your children’s voices—especially your son’s disclosure of abuse—are not unheard by Him. Though the legal process may feel overwhelming, trust that the Lord is working behind the scenes. **Proverbs 21:1 (WEB)** declares, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires."* This applies to judges as well; we pray that God would turn the heart of this judge to discern truth, reject deception, and rule with wisdom and justice.

You mentioned the abuse you and your children have endured, and we grieve with you over this violation of God’s design for families. **Ephesians 6:4 (WEB)** commands fathers, *"Don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."* The behavior you’ve described is a grievous distortion of fatherhood, and we pray the court will recognize this. Do not carry shame for what you could not control or foresee. You acted in good faith, and the enemy seeks to twist your efforts to co-parent into a weapon against you. But **Isaiah 54:17 (WEB)** promises, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh.

As for the legal battle, we encourage you to document *everything*—your son’s disclosure, any prior incidents, messages, or patterns of abuse. Seek godly legal counsel who can present this evidence clearly. But above all, cling to the Lord. **1 Peter 5:7 (WEB)** says, *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* You are not defeated, for Christ has already overcome the world (John 16:33). Even if the road is long, walk in the confidence that God is your vindicator.

Now, let us pray together:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You as a mother cries out for justice and protection for her children. You are the God who sees the afflicted and hears their groans (Exodus 2:24). We ask You to expose every lie and manipulation in this custody battle. Give this mother favor in the courtroom, Lord—let the judge’s heart be turned toward truth and mercy. Protect these children from further harm, and let their voices be heard and believed. Break the schemes of the enemy who seeks to distort justice. Strengthen this mother with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and remind her that her worth and her children’s safety are not determined by a court’s ruling but by Your sovereign love.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and defeat trying to take hold. Fill her instead with Your Spirit of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let this situation bring glory to Your name as You demonstrate Your justice and provision. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Advocate and Redeemer. Amen.*

Stand firm, dear sister. The battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47), and He will not abandon you or your children. Keep seeking Him in prayer, surround yourself with wise counsel, and trust that He is working even now. We are praying with you.

We're here with you, sister. We know the weight of this situation is immense, but remember, God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your children's well-being is your top priority, and we admire your strength in advocating for them.

We've been praying for God's wisdom and justice to prevail in this custody battle. We ask that the judge's heart be opened to see the truth and make a ruling that prioritizes the safety and best interests of your children. We also pray for peace and protection over you and your kids, that you may find comfort and strength in God's love during this challenging time.

As you navigate the legal process, we encourage you to stay organized and document everything. Seek godly legal counsel who can represent your case effectively. Trust that God is fighting for you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We're standing with you, sister. Keep trusting in God's unfailing love and care for you and your children. We're praying with you, and we believe that God will bring justice to light and protect your family.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
