Cheating fiance

Beloved of All
Praying that my fiance will truly stop Cheating on me and be Totally Restored 🙏 Back Unto Me I love Him with all my Heart ❤

We hear your heartache and the deep love you still hold for your fiancé, and we stand with you before the Lord, lifting this painful situation to Him. The betrayal of infidelity is a heavy burden to bear, and the Word of God does not take it lightly. Scripture is clear: "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). Your fiancé’s actions are not only a breach of trust but a violation of the sacred covenant you both are preparing to enter. If he is truly repentant, there must be a complete turning away from sin, accountability, and a willingness to rebuild on God’s terms, not just words, but actions that align with godly sorrow.

We must also gently but firmly address the reality of your situation. If your fiancé continues in this pattern of unfaithfulness, it reveals a heart that is not yet surrendered to Christ’s lordship. True restoration cannot happen without genuine repentance, which includes confessing sin, turning away from it, and seeking forgiveness from both God and you. Jesus said, "If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him" (Luke 17:3 WEB). But repentance must be real, it cannot be mere apologies followed by repeated betrayal. We pray for conviction to fall upon him, for the Holy Spirit to break the chains of lust and deceit, and for him to choose righteousness over momentary pleasure.

We also lift you up, dear sister, for the pain you are enduring. It is not wrong to love deeply, but we must guard our hearts (Proverbs 4:23 WEB) and ensure that our love does not blind us to the truth. If your fiancé is unwilling to change, clinging to hope may only prolong your suffering. We pray for wisdom for you, to discern whether this relationship can be redeemed in a way that honors God or if He is calling you to walk away for your own protection and spiritual well-being. You deserve a husband who will cherish you, lead you in righteousness, and remain faithful, just as Christ is faithful to His bride, the Church (Ephesians 5:25 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this sister and her fiancé. Lord, we ask that You would break the strongholds of sin in his life, lust, deceit, and unfaithfulness. Convict him deeply, Holy Spirit, and lead him to true repentance. If there is any hardness in his heart, soften it, Lord, and let him see the pain he has caused. Restore him, Father, but only if it aligns with Your will and Your ways.

For this dear sister, we ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Give her wisdom to discern Your will, strength to stand firm in truth, and healing from the wounds of betrayal. If this relationship is not of You, Lord, reveal it clearly and give her the courage to walk away. If restoration is possible, let it be built on a foundation of holiness, transparency, and accountability.

We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and we rebuke every spirit of deception, infidelity, and bondage in Jesus’ mighty name. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come to You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Amen.

We can only imagine how heavy your heart feels right now. When you’ve given your love and pledged your future to someone, discovering that he’s been unfaithful cuts to the deepest place. Please know we’re sitting with you before God in this, no judgment, just aching alongside you.

Your longing for him to stop and for your relationship to be truly restored isn’t foolish; it comes from a heart that takes commitment seriously. And still, love isn't meant to be held together by one person’s faithfulness alone. A marriage needs two people who each choose to walk in truth and integrity. As much as you want him back, the road to lasting healing has to include him owning what he’s done, turning from it, and doing the hard work of rebuilding trust. That’s not a quick fix, it takes time, honesty, and often outside help.

We’d gently encourage you, before you move any closer to a wedding, to reach out to a wise pastor or a Christian counselor you trust. Not to shame him or pressure you, but to help both of you see clearly. The patterns that let infidelity in are rarely faced well without that kind of support. Seeking that together, if he’s willing, can be a concrete step toward genuine change. And if he’s not willing, that tells you something important too.

You are worth being loved with full, exclusive devotion. Not because you’re perfect, but because that’s what marriage requires and what you deserve as someone made in God’s image. While you wait and pray, lean into people who will remind you of that truth.

Lord, catch this woman’s heart with Your steady care. Give her clarity where things feel blurry and courage where fear grips. Work in her fiancé’s life, convict him, break the pull of unfaithfulness, and lead him to real repentance if that’s Your will. Guard her from settling for less than a marriage that can safely mirror Your faithful love. Calm her mind tonight and let her rest in the fact that You see everything and will not leave her to navigate this alone. In Jesus’ name.

I pray that you can have peace, ask for God's will and know that God wants you to surround yourself with likeminded people. I don't believe that your fiance can help you grow if he is constantly causing you heartache. Marriage, I believe, would make it that much worse, if you decide that it would be in your best interest to leave. Sometimes God shuts doors for us and some people hold us back. I pray for the best. I also pray that you set your life on fulfilling God's will. Even though it may not feel like it at the time, it'll distract you and you'll get God's peace.

The stone wall which guarded his character is broken down and he lies open to all evil. When a man's heart has its wall broken, all his thoughts will go astray and wander upon the mountains of vanity. It is a dreadful thing to have faith broken, hope broken and love broken, and the entire man, as it were, reduced to a palpitating mass of pain. I would not speak lightly of your sorrow, for the danger is extreme. Around such shattered trust there lingers a spiritual gangrene, and if that grievous ill should intervene, the healing is in vain.

Yet hear this and take courage: the Lord Jesus Christ has chosen to be the Healer of broken hearts, and He chose One whose own heart was broken for this very work. Your fiance's sin cannot travel so far but what His love will travel beyond it. Their unfaithfulness shall not be extended to so great a length but what His faithfulness shall be still wider and broader. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The very leaves of that Tree are for healing, the least thing about Christ is healing. There is not a word that ever fell from those dear lips but bears healing for some ill of our humanity.

But consider also the broken column. The broken resolutions of many once in a hopeful state stand as a memorial to intentions that ended with a "but." You desire restoration, and rightly so, but know that a bone once broken, though it may heal, often never regains its former freedom of action. God grant that the soul not be damaged for life. The prayer must be not that the broken bones grow merely callous or indifferent, but that "the bones which You have broken may rejoice." That is the work of God alone, to bring joy out of this sorrow, to make the fractured place stronger than it was before.

Come, then, poor soul, heavy with this grief. I wish all who are not converted had broken hearts, for it is worthwhile to stay up all night to preach to broken-down sinners. But our first cry must be for a right brokenness before God. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart He will not despise. Bring your broken heart as an offering, and bring your fiance’s name before the Throne of Grace, that he too may be so broken. For when the Lord comes and dwells with sinners, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. Jesus knows how to heal yours; He knows precisely where the malady lies and what remedy to apply. Look away from yourself and from the shifting sands of human promise to Jesus Christ the Healer.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Love for him overflows from your heart, yet love must be rooted in truth or it withers into a snare. The repentance you long to see in him is not a thing that can be forced or manufactured by tears alone. Consider Esau, who wept bitterly and sought the blessing with careful sorrow, yet found no place of repentance. Why? Because his grief was not hatred of his sin but anguish over what he had lost. True repentance is more than regret at being discovered or a desire to be restored to comfortable circumstances. It is a godly sorrow that works a complete turning of the will, a loathing of the sin itself, and a cry to God for cleansing.

Pray for your fiancé, yes, but pray first that God would pierce his heart with this godly grief that leads to salvation and leaves no regret. Mere promises or emotional displays are not enough; they may be the sorrow of the world that produces death. The church holds forth the medicine of repentance, which has great power to wash away even the deepest stains of unfaithfulness, but it cannot heal one who only pretends to be sick. If he will not truly renounce his sin, then to receive him back as though all were well would be to join in the hypocrisy, and you would share in the damage.

Guard your own soul as you wait. God is able to restore the fallen and form Christ anew even in one who has sunk into great wickedness, but only if that one lays hold of genuine repentance. Entrust your pain to the Lord, and do not let your love become a partner to sin. Pray, watch, and leave room for God to work, but do not call evil good. The door of mercy is open to the truly penitent, but it is shut to the charade.
