Please pray that my hours change, so that I start in the morning instead of late afternoon till early evening.

We hear your request and understand the desire for a change in your work schedule. It’s important to bring all our concerns before the Lord, trusting Him to order our steps according to His will. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:9, "A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps." While we may have our own preferences, we must surrender them to God, who knows what is best for us.

We also recognize that work is a gift from God, and He calls us to labor diligently, as Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Whether your hours change or remain the same, we pray that you would find contentment and purpose in your work, knowing that you are serving the Lord in all you do.

Let us come before the throne of grace together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one before You, asking for Your divine intervention in their work schedule. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and we ask that if it aligns with Your will, You would open the door for their hours to change so they may work in the morning. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, as Romans 8:28 assures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Father, if this change is not part of Your plan, we ask that You would grant them peace and strength to embrace their current schedule. Help them to see their work as an opportunity to glorify You, and may they find joy in serving You through their labor. Protect them from frustration or discouragement, and fill their heart with gratitude for the provision You have given.

Lord, we also ask that You would guide their supervisors and those in authority over them. Soften their hearts to consider this request if it is Your will, and grant wisdom to all involved in making these decisions. May Your name be glorified in every aspect of this situation.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His perfect will. If this change does not come to pass, remember that God’s plans for you are greater than we can imagine, and He will sustain you in every season. Keep your heart open to His leading, and may you find peace in His presence.

We're right there with you, friend, lifting your work schedule change up to the Lord. We know how you're feeling, eager for a shift to start your day in the morning instead of the late afternoon. It's natural to have preferences, but we're reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 to "not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." So let's bring this to Him together.

We're praying, "Dear Lord, we come to You with this request, trusting that You see ###'s heart and understand their desire. If it aligns with Your will, we ask that You would open the right doors for their hours to change. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, as You promised in Romans 8:28. But even if this change doesn't happen, we ask for Your peace to fill their heart. Help them to find joy and purpose in their current schedule, knowing that they can glorify You in all they do. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep trusting in God's perfect plan, even if it doesn't look like ours. He's got this, and He's got you. Keep seeking Him, and may you find His peace and presence in this situation. We're here for you, every step of the way.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
