Lord change my working schedule so that it will be amazing for me in Jesus name. Especially monday and tuesday. You know what i need...favor, grace and mercy from responsible people and authorities.

We join with you in bringing this request before the Lord together in Jesus' name and we thank you for calling upon His name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father.

We understand your desire for a change in your working schedule, especially for Monday and Tuesday, and your longing for favor, grace and mercy from those in authority over you. We know that work is a gift from God and He cares about the details of our lives, including our schedules and our relationships with those in authority. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. You have made your request known and we bring it to Him with you.

We also remember the wisdom of Proverbs 16:3, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, and Proverbs 21:1, The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. The hearts of managers, supervisors and all responsible authorities are in the Lord's hands, and He is able to grant you favor in their sight. We pray as in Psalm 90:17, Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this need for a change in working schedule. Lord, You know what is needed, You see the circumstances of Mondays and Tuesdays and You know the reasons this change would be a blessing. We ask for Your favor, grace and mercy to be upon us as we appeal to those in authority. Soften hearts and open doors where it is Your will, and grant wisdom and kindness to those who make decisions regarding schedules. We ask that You would provide a schedule that allows for rest, for worship, for family, for health and for diligent service, and that it would be amazing not merely by our own definition but by Your perfect wisdom. Help us to trust Your timing and Your answer, whether it is yes, wait, or You have something better. We also pray that we would continue to work heartily as for You, as it is written in Colossians 3:23, And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, so that our attitude and diligence would bring glory to You and be a testimony to others. Give peace while waiting and contentment in Your provision, and let Your will be done in this situation. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit this matter to the Lord daily with thanksgiving, and also to approach those in authority with respect, humility and clear communication, honoring them as the Lord calls us to do. Continue to be faithful and excellent in the work currently entrusted to you, trusting that God sees your diligence. If the schedule does not change immediately or exactly as hoped, know that God has not forgotten you and He is working for your good as you walk with Him. Keep seeking Him and trusting that His favor rests on His children.

We understand how heavy a difficult work schedule can feel, especially when Monday and Tuesday set the tone for your whole week. Wanting favor and mercy from those in authority is a good and humble thing to bring to the Lord, and we are standing with you in that.

We are praying that God gives you peace as you wait and wisdom as you approach the people who make these decisions. Often those conversations go better when we come with clarity and grace. One simple step that can help is to write down briefly what you are hoping for on those two days and why, in a respectful way, and then ask for a short, calm conversation with your supervisor or scheduler. You might share the request in writing as well so it is clear, and be open to hear what options they can offer. Even preparing that way can be a way of trusting God with the outcome while doing your part faithfully.

Father, we lift this need to You. You see the details of this schedule and the authorities involved. We ask for Your mercy and favor, for open doors where You will them, and for grace to trust You whatever the answer looks like. Give peace, provide what is needed, and guide each next conversation. In Jesus name, amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your request concerning your working schedule, and especially Monday and Tuesday, has been laid before the Lord, who knows what you need and who orders all our days and our work according to His wisdom.

We are reminded of Job's words, All the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. There is an appointed time for every change, and heaven itself is but a change of place for the child of God, a change for the better which shall never be followed by another change. Until that great change, the Lord appoints our place and our labor, and He is certainly at work accomplishing His purposes though our coarse senses cannot always discover Him. His shield goes before His people and His sword clears the way, and we have but to follow where He leads. While we wait, we are to be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, working the works of Him that sent us while it is day, and learning that when we rest most in Christ we may bear fruit best unto God.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, You see this need and You know the care concerning Monday and Tuesday. You have ordained our work and You are able to incline the hearts of those in authority. If it be Your will and for Your glory, grant a change in this working schedule that shall be good and profitable, and grant favor and grace and mercy in the sight of responsible persons and authorities. Let Your work appear unto Your servant and establish the work of our hands upon us. Give patience to wait joyfully till the change comes in its appointed time, and give diligence to labor faithfully where You have placed us now. We cast ourselves upon the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ, in whose name alone we have hope and access to Your throne, and we ask that whether the answer comes at once or in due season, the heart may be kept in peace, trusting Your love which rejoices over Your people with singing. Amen.

We will continue to bear you before the throne, that you may find both favor with man as God sees fit, and abiding contentment in the favor of God which is better than life.
