We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for this man facing a hostile work environment.
We have continued to bring him before the Lord and we remember your specific request that he would be able to endure where he is for at least another six months if it is the Lord will, and more importantly that the Lord would transform the environment itself. We are praying that God would intervene with the employer and with human resources where there has been bullying, that He would soften and change hearts, and that He would bring justice and peace to that workplace. We are asking the Lord to reverse the sudden change from being told he was performing well to now being treated poorly, and to let his good work be seen and valued again. We pray for protection over his mind and heart from discouragement, for wisdom to know whether to stay or to go, and for the Lord to provide either a much more friendly environment or a clear and better path forward in His timing. We take comfort in the promise of Isaiah 41:10 that God will strengthen and uphold those who trust in Him.
