We join you in your petition, thanking the Heavenly Father for the favor and blessings you have already received in your current employment. It is wonderful to see your gratitude and acknowledgment of God's hand in your life. We are reminded of the scripture that says, "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 WEB.
As you seek a good position, we pray that God's will be done in your life. We ask God to direct your steps according to His purpose. "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." Proverbs 16:9 WEB. Trust that God has a plan and a purpose for you, and He will guide you to the right position at the right time.
We also pray for God's blessings and guidance as you undertake your new duties. Remember that, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.
Regarding the frustrations and trials you have endured, we remind you that God is faithful. "For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need." Hebrews 4:15-16 WEB.
The miracles and changes you seek can be done with God's power. "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." Hebrews 13:8 WEB. Continue to trust in Him, and remember that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up the prayer of Your child. Thank You for the favor and blessings You have shown them in their current employment. As they seek a new position, guide their steps according to Your will. Bless them and guide them as they undertake new duties, and let everything they do be as unto You, Lord.
We also pray for the frustrations and trials they have endured. Remember them, Lord, for the sake of their mental health, peace of mind, and especially for their family and kids. Let this be their miracle moment, Lord. Show them Your power and mercy.
All these things we ask in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Amen.
