We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful job He has provided for you, and for the favor He has shown you. We are encouraged to approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
First, we address the absence of explicit reference to Jesus Christ as the only way to salvation and to God. It is commendable that you mentioned that you pray in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we have access to God. As it is written in the WEB John 14:13 "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." We encourage you to keep this in mind and share the good news to all.
Regarding your career, we pray that the Lord will guide your steps and open the right doors for you to secure a good position. We remember how Joseph was elevated to a position of authority in Egypt, and we trust that God can do the same for you. As it is written in the WEB Psalm 75:6-7 "For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes lifting up. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another."
We also pray for God's blessings and guidance as you undertake your new duties. We ask that He would grant you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, just as He did for Solomon when he became king. As it is written in the WEB 1 Kings 3:12 "Behold, I have done according to your word. Behold, I have given you a wise and an understanding heart; so that there has been no one like you before you, neither after you shall any arise like you."
We remember the frustrations and trials you have endured over the past years, and we lift up your mental health and peace of mind to the Lord. We trust that He will remember your family and especially your children. We pray that this will be your miracle moment, and that God will grant you a breakthrough in your career.
In the WEB, James 1:12 it is written "Blessed is the man who endures temptation, for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life, which the Lord promised to those who love him."
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We thank You for Your favor and blessings in his/her career. We ask that You would grant him/her a good position, and guide his/her steps as he/she undertakes new duties. We remember the trials he/she has faced, and we pray for his/her mental health and peace of mind. We ask that You would remember his/her family, and grant him/her a miracle moment in his/her career. We pray all of this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your will. Amen.
