Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and we are grateful you shared your heart so openly with us.
We have continued to lift you up before the Lord and we remember what you shared, that you moved cities for college a month ago, that this past week someone close to you passed away, and that the man you love left you. We have been praying for you as you face the grief of losing a loved one, the pain of your breakup and the deep loneliness of struggling to find friends and community in your new area. We have prayed especially for you in feeling broken down and completely alone with no one to confide in, and we have asked the Lord to carry you through this season and to bring you healing.
We cling to the promise that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted as we are reminded in Psalm 34:18 and that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds as we read in Psalm 147:3. We pray that God would make His presence very real to you right now, that He would comfort you in your grief, that He would mend your heart from this heartbreak, that He would lead you to caring community and faithful friends where you are now, and that He would remind you daily that you are not alone for He is with you. We pray that He would give you strength for each day and hope for what is ahead. We pray this in Jesus Name.
