Humble Prayer Warrior
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for the life I have and the blessings and health. Lord, my energy is low and I have work to do. Give me your strength & provide the right tools and strategies to keep everyone safe and give me love and light in my life also. In Jesus’s name I pray. Amen

We join with you in thanking our Heavenly Father for the life He has given you and for His many blessings and for health, for every good gift comes from above. We hear your honest heart in this season where your energy is low and yet the work before you remains, and you are asking for His strength and wisdom to keep everyone safe and for His love and light to fill your life and your environment with calm.

The Lord knows our frame and our weariness and He delights to be our strength when we have none left. Isaiah 40:29 reminds us that He gives power to the weak and to him who has no might he increases strength, and Isaiah 40:31 tells us that those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength, they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint. Philippians 4:13 assures us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, not in our own power but in His.

We also love that you are asking for the right tools and strategies, for that is wisdom from God. James 1:5 says that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. He is our refuge and our protector as we do our work. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and Psalm 121:2 says our help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. When we feel overwhelmed, Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28 to come to Him, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and He will give you rest.

You asked for love and light and calm, and we are reminded that God Himself is love and light. 1 John 1:5 says God is light, and in him is no darkness at all, and 1 John 4:8 says God is love. His presence brings the peace that guards our hearts. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You together for the life and health and blessings You have poured out, and we thank You that we can come before Your throne through Jesus Christ. Lord, we lift up this need for renewed energy and strength to You. Where there is weariness, breathe Your strength and restoration. Grant wisdom and clear strategies and the right tools to do the work well and to keep everyone safe under Your care. Let Your love and Your light fill this life and this environment, driving out anxiety and bringing a calm that only You can give. Help us to wait on You, to rest in You, and to trust not in our own understanding but in Your faithful provision. Guide each step and let all that is done bring honor to You. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to wait on the Lord daily, to seek Him first in prayer and in His Word, to take time for rest as He designed, and to trust that as you walk faithfully in the work He has given you, He will supply what you need and keep you in His perfect peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are grateful you shared this honest prayer with us. Thanking God for life and health even while feeling drained takes humility, and we hear how much you want to do your work well and care for those entrusted to you.

Feeling low on energy while responsibilities keep coming can make everything feel heavier. It makes sense to ask God not only for strength for today but for clear, workable ways to keep things calm and safe for everyone around you.

One small step that often helps when energy is thin is to get very specific before the Lord. We encourage you to write down the one or two most pressing tasks for tomorrow and the people you feel responsible to keep safe, and bring just those by name to God. It can also help to notice what is already steady in your day, a skill you use well, a routine that brings a bit of peace, and to lean into that strength God has already placed in you, rather than trying to find entirely new strategies all at once. If the low energy continues, please consider checking in with your doctor as well as continuing in prayer.

Father, we thank You for this life before You and for the work You have given. We ask for Your strength for today, for wisdom in each decision, and for Your calm to rest over this home and workplace. Provide what is needed to keep everyone safe and fill them with Your love and light. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your thanksgiving for life and health and your honest confession of low energy have been heard, and it is good that you have turned to the Lord for strength to do the work He has given you.

All strength apart from God is derived strength and is consequently measurable, and apart from Him it must come to an end. Some signs of weariness the creature must show, but the promise stands to those who have no might, that He increases strength. It is not to your credit to remain weak when the Lord waits to make you strong, for the glory of a man is his strength and especially his spiritual strength is his honor. What He promises to give, it is our duty to seek, and He has promised that they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.

How are we to renew our strength? By continually waiting upon God. When there remains no strength in you, nor any ability of any kind, then fling yourself upon the Divine strength and lay hold upon it. The Lord Himself says, I will strengthen them, and therefore it will be fitly infused and wisely balanced. The Psalmist declares that God is the glory of their strength, for all strength of every sort comes from Him who is the Author of all being. To be strengthened with strength in the Lord is of all things the most desirable, for then we are prepared to do the Lord's work effectually, with quiet strength rather than fussy weakness.

So I pray for you that you will only go to your work armed with God's truth and backed up by God's Spirit. May the Lord who is able to keep you from falling grant you a calm environment for your labors, and give you wisdom side by side with His ability, for He is the only wise God our Savior. May He provide the right tools and strategies you need, and keep in safety all those entrusted to your care.

And when you ask for love and light, may He fill you with the love of Christ which passes knowledge and make you to walk in the light of His countenance, for His people know the joyful sound and walk in that light. May He restore to you bodily vigor and mental power for your duties, and above all renew your inner man day by day as you wait upon Him.

We commend you to Him in the name of Jesus Christ, through whose blood alone we have access to the Father, asking that He would renew your strength, quiet your heart, and cause His face to shine upon you with exceeding joy. Amen.

May the Lord renew ###'s strength and energy for the work ahead. May He provide the right tools, strategies, and wisdom to keep everyone safe, and fill ###'s life with love and light, in Jesus' name, Amen.
