We hear your frustration and concern, and we lift this situation before the Lord together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we want to acknowledge your reliance on the name of Jesus in your prayer—this is vital, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach God or find true help (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13). So we stand on this promise as we pray.
Father God, we come before You with hearts that seek Your peace and wisdom. This constant calling and uncertainty about the intentions behind it have caused distraction and unease. Lord, we ask that You would calm the situation according to Your will. If this is not of You, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, harassment, or deceit in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the truth that You are our refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).
We also ask for discernment, Lord. Give clarity about the nature of this work and whether it aligns with Your purposes. If it is not Your will, we pray that You would shut the door firmly and redirect this individual away from causing further disturbance. Protect this home, this family, and all that You have entrusted to them from any evil or harm. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers this property, and no plan of the enemy will succeed here (Psalm 121:7-8).
We encourage you to set boundaries in a way that honors God. If these calls are unwelcome, it is not ungodly to communicate that firmly and then release the situation to the Lord. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Rest in the knowledge that God is your defender, and He will guide your steps.
Heavenly Father, we also pray for the person making these calls. If they are acting out of ignorance or even ill intent, we ask that You would soften their heart and lead them to repentance. If they are in need, reveal Your love to them in a way that draws them closer to You. But if their actions are not aligned with Your will, we ask that You would intervene and bring peace to this situation.
We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, who has overcome the world (John 16:33). May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone—He is with you.
