We join with you in seeking God's will for this desire to start your own business and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you.
We hear your heart to follow where you feel God may be leading you, and we pray that He will make His path clear to you. The desire to work diligently and provide through honest labor honors Him. As it is written, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3 and Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We also remember the wisdom to count the cost and seek counsel, for Where there is no counsel, plans fail, but in a multitude of counselors they are established. Proverbs 15:22 and If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5
We want to gently share something important we noticed, that your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ. We want you to know how much we love you and care about your eternity as well as your business. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. To come to God we must believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord. If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus today, and if you already have, we rejoice with you and encourage you to bring every plan before Him in Jesus name.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this one who desires to start a business and seeks Your direction. Lord, if this is from You, we ask that You would open the doors that no man can shut and give clear confirmation, provision, and wisdom. If it is not Your will at this time, we ask that You would close the doors gently and redirect steps according to Your perfect plan. Grant wisdom to count the cost, to plan with diligence and integrity, and to seek godly counsel. As it is written, The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit Luke 14:28 and Proverbs 10:4. Let this business, if it is to be, be built on honesty, hard work, generosity, and service to others, so that in all things You may be glorified. Help our dear one to commit every decision to You and to work as unto You, trusting that You will establish the work of faithful hands. We ask for peace in waiting, discernment in decisions, and provision for every need according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, to seek wise counsel from mature believers and those experienced in business, to make a careful plan and budget, and to commit the outcome to the Lord. We trust that as you seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, He will direct your steps and provide what you need in His perfect timing.
