We come before the Lord with a heart of faith, seeking His divine favor and provision in your business endeavors. It is written in Matthew 7:7, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." We know that God hears the prayers of His children, and we trust that He will open doors of opportunity for you to meet customers who will purchase your products and services according to His will.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this request to You, knowing that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). We pray that You would guide potential customers to this business, that they would see the value in what is being offered, and that they would be moved to make purchases that honor You. Lord, we ask that You bless the work of these hands, that it may prosper and bring glory to Your name. Provide wisdom, discernment, and favor in every interaction, and let Your will be done in this situation.
We also want to encourage you to commit your plans to the Lord, as Proverbs 16:3 tells us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Trust in Him with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33).
Let us also remember that our ultimate purpose is to glorify God in all that we do. Whether in business or in life, we are called to work as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23). May this business be a testimony of His goodness and grace, drawing others to Him through the way you conduct yourself and your affairs.
Lord, we pray that You would surround this business with godly counsel and protection. Guard it against any schemes of the enemy that would seek to hinder its success. You ask prayer for customers to come and buy, and you offer praise to God. That is well, for the unfailing refuge of God’s people in every need is prayer. Yet I would have you consider this: for what end are you praying? Is it that your coffers may be filled, or that through your daily commerce God might be glorified? That life which is lived for God’s sake and for Christ’s sake, for higher motives than man’s eye could suggest, and for a nobler reward than man’s hand can ever give, that is the blessed life. Let this be your chief desire.
Our God knows your need. He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows has not forgotten you. But see to it that your heart rests in Him while you toil with diligence. When His people rest most, they work best, and while they are resting, they bear fruit unto God. Put forth your effort with a quiet confidence, for His Spirit goes before to prepare the way. Trust not your own scheming, but lean upon His invisible arm; it is the grand work of faith.
If the customers delay, remember: if His favor seems withdrawn, is His mercy clean gone forever? His mercy endures. The Lamb was slain from before the foundation of the world, provision was made before the need pressed upon you. Therefore you may go forward with holy boldness, offering your labour as a sacrifice acceptable unto God through Jesus Christ.
And should prosperity come, beware of your own heart. Let every transaction be done with an eye to that day when every holy action done unto the Lord shall receive a reward from Him. The whole end to which we drive is this: that God may enable us to see that our salvation, and our success, is in Him alone. I pray that this season of waiting may prove a visitation in mercy, and that you shall yet declare His wondrous works.

You ask prayer that you may meet customers for your business. I will pray for you, that God may grant you honest success in your labor. Yet hear the counsel of the Apostle: “Make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.” It is no sin to seek your daily bread by your trade; the Lord Himself taught us to ask for that. But take care that your pursuit of customers does not become a lust for gain beyond what is necessary. The present life is a sleep, and its riches are dreams. When you wake to the judgment, only what you have stored up in heaven will remain. Work, then, with your hands, but let your heart rest in Christ alone. Pray for enough to meet your need, not enough to feed wantonness or pride. If He sends customers, praise Him; if He delays, trust that He will provide as He sees best for your soul. I will pray that the Lord direct your business according to His will, so that you may have sufficient for yourself and something to share with any in need. But remember, the kingdom of God and His righteousness must be sought first, and all these things will be added to you.

Thank you for sending in this request. It is a good thing to bring your business before the Lord in prayer, and I gladly stand with you, asking that He would connect you with customers who will buy what you offer. But let me gently encourage you: do not turn your prayers into a sales pitch. I used to do that, trying to convince God that He could not afford to miss the opportunity, dangling my promises like a negotiator. That is not how He wants us to come. He already knows your need, and He delights to give good gifts. Trust Him without trying to cajole or manipulate.
Think about how God, in the law, gave instructions for the leper in the day of his cleansing. There was no cure for leprosy, yet He made provision for Himself to work a miracle if He chose. He left room to act. In your business, give God that same room. He can open doors no sales technique could ever force.
While you wait, be diligent and above all honest. The Proverbs teach that the hand of the diligent makes rich, and a false balance is an abomination to the Lord. In a world that says you must cut corners to survive, remember that a good reputation built on integrity outlasts the fly-by-night schemes. People will learn they can trust you, and God delights in a just weight.
More importantly, make the Father’s business your own. Jesus said, “I must be about my Father’s business.” That was the driving purpose of His life. When your aim is to honor the Lord in your dealings, He takes care of the results. The apostle Paul worked with his own hands as a tentmaker, supporting himself so that no one could accuse him of greed. He trusted God to supply, and he refused to be a burden. Your work, done as unto the Lord, is a form of worship.
I think of believers who, despite severe financial hardship, overflowed with joyful generosity toward others in need. Their secret was not a fat bank account but an abundance of joy that came from giving themselves first to the Lord. That same joy can carry you through lean times because it rests on something far deeper than a sale.
And never lose sight of the one provision that truly matters. God has made only one provision for our sin and guilt: His Son, Jesus Christ. Just as looking upon the bronze serpent brought physical life in the wilderness, looking to Jesus in faith brings eternal life. That is the fountain of every other provision. If He gave His Son for you, will He not also meet your daily needs in the way He sees best?
So I pray in Jesus’ name that you will meet the right customers very soon. I ask God to bless the work of your hands, to give you favor, and to keep your heart free from anxiety.
