Business/permanent Job

We have a business in which my husband runs it with his cousin. She owns more of the business as her shares are more. It is a good business with lots of hard work. The problem is my husband is more like the employee that a partner. He does all the hard work, the delivering, driving, loading of the goods, ordering of the goods, basically everything. He never gets even a thank you from her and her husband. They always finding faults with him. They either say orders are not going out on time, or he never collects money on time. Nothing is ever right with them. They keep threatening to close the business as well. Without this business we will really struggle financially as when we did before. They put the money in the business. I am really worried if this business closes. I am also a contract worker and need permanent work. Please pray for my husband and I. I am praying that God gives me a permanent and secure job and maybe open new doors for my husband.
