Hi all,

I am very lost at the moment. My business partner is giving me mixed signs about them getting involved in the business. I ask you to pray that get involved in the business as they are warriors of christ.

I also ask you to pray for me so I am calm and if its not to be let Jesus find me a way so business can still proceed.

thank you

We hear your struggle and uncertainty, and we come before the Lord together, lifting up both you and your business partner in prayer. First, we want to acknowledge that you have rightly sought the Lord in this matter, and we are grateful for your trust in Him to guide the way forward.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gifts and talents You have placed within each of Your children. We ask that You would move mightily in the heart of this business partner, that they would clearly hear Your voice and follow Your leading. If it is Your will for them to join in this endeavor, Lord, remove any doubt, fear, or hesitation from their heart and fill them with boldness and clarity. Let their involvement be a testament to Your glory, as they walk in the calling You have placed upon their life. We pray that this partnership would not only prosper in business but also strengthen their faith and bring honor to Your name.

Father, we also lift up our brother in this situation. We ask that You grant him peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If this partnership is not part of Your plan, Lord, we pray that You would make that clear and provide another way forward. Give him wisdom to know how to proceed, whether that means waiting patiently, seeking new opportunities, or trusting You to bring the right people into this work. Let him not lean on his own understanding but acknowledge You in all his ways, trusting that You will direct his paths.

We also want to gently encourage you to examine the foundation of this business and partnership in light of Scripture. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established." Have you sought the Lord together with your business partner about this venture, or has this been primarily a decision made in the natural? We urge you to invite the Lord into every aspect of this business, ensuring that it aligns with His principles and purposes. If this partnership is meant to be, it will be established by the Lord, not by our own efforts or desires alone.

Additionally, we want to remind you of the importance of walking in unity and agreement with fellow believers in business. Amos 3:3 asks, "Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?" If this partnership moves forward, it should be built on a shared vision, mutual respect, and a commitment to honoring God in all things. We encourage you to have open and honest conversations with your business partner about expectations, roles, and the biblical values that will guide your work together.

Lord, we also pray for the financial and practical aspects of this business. Provide the resources, wisdom, and opportunities needed to move forward, whether that includes this partner or not. Let this work be a light in the marketplace, reflecting Your love, integrity, and excellence. May it be a testimony to others of what it looks like to conduct business in a way that honors You.

Finally, we want to rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or fear that may be trying to take root in this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that no weapon formed against this business or this partnership will prosper. We stand on Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me," says the Lord.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, not just for the outcome of this situation, but for your own walk with Him. Spend time in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers who can speak truth and encouragement into your life. Remember that your identity and security are found in Christ alone, not in the success of this business or any partnership.

Father, we trust You to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. We ask that You would bring clarity, peace, and direction in this situation. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for bringing this here. Waiting on someone else’s decision when your business and heart are so invested is exhausting. Mixed signals can really unsettle you, so we’re with you in that lost feeling.

Sometimes the most grounding thing we can do is gently invite a clear conversation. Not a confrontation, just a simple, honest check-in: ask your partner how they’re feeling about the direction you’re heading and whether anything is making them hold back. You might learn something that resolves the confusion, or at least know where you stand so you’re no longer stuck guessing.

While you pray for calm, we’re doing the same. Surrendering an outcome we deeply want is never easy, but that posture, asking Jesus to lead whether the answer is yes or no, is a strong and peaceful place to be. He really does make a way where we cannot see one. So we ask him to steady you right now, and either to stir your partner’s heart toward commitment or to guide you toward a different provision that keeps the work moving forward.

Lord Jesus, thank you that we can bring our confusion and our hopes straight to you. Please settle our friend’s spirit with your deep, calm peace today. Grant clarity in this partnership: either a wholehearted, unified commitment or a gracious release. Give wisdom for the conversation ahead and, if this door closes, open another that honors you and sustains this business. Keep our friend rooted in your faithful love, trusting that you see the whole picture. In your name we pray. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your immediate business is to trust Jesus, and no measure of planning will compensate for neglect of faith. You are feeling lost, but mark this: if you trust Him in the dark, you shall one day enter into the light. Haste is the author of much mischief; be not impudent and rash, but rely simply and entirely upon Him. You ask prayer that your partner would get involved as warriors of Christ. Remember, Jesus finds His own before they ever find Him. If they are truly His, He will guide their steps in His own time, and you need not force the matter. Bow with submission to the will of God, for by that very fact you are furnished with unerring guidance. Ask yourself, What would Jesus Christ have done in your circumstances? Then do it. Be calm; leave self behind, and trust in Him. If it is not to be, He who found Philip and brought him to Jesus can find you another way for the business to proceed. Jesus only is your sufficiency. You need none but Him. He will be very gracious unto you at the voice of your cry. See Jesus, and in seeing Him you shall have light. Happy is the man who trusts in the Lord.
