We hear your burden and we are lifting you up together before the Lord, asking for His protection and peace over this uncomfortable situation with this person who has been bullying you.
We know that God sees when we are mistreated and He cares deeply for you. The Lord does not overlook unkindness or oppression, for His word says to love our neighbor as ourselves as in Mark 12:31, and to treat others as we want to be treated. Bullying is not from God, it comes from a heart that is not walking in love, and we rebuke that behavior as contrary to God's will. At the same time, God calls us to respond not with hatred or vengeance, but with wisdom, courage, and grace.
The Lord is your refuge and strength in this trial. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. And Psalm 34:18 reminds us that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. When fear or anxiety rises because you feel uncomfortable and unsafe, remember Isaiah 41:10 where He says do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us that God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
We want to encourage you to not carry this alone. It is biblical and wise to set healthy boundaries and to seek help from those in authority over you, whether that is a supervisor, teacher, pastor, or other trusted leader, so that this behavior can be addressed properly. A gentle answer can turn away wrath as Proverbs 15:1 teaches, but that does not mean we allow ongoing harm without seeking protection and accountability. We are also called to pray for those who mistreat us. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Praying for this person does not excuse what they are doing, but it entrusts them to God to bring conviction and change. And Romans 12:19 reminds us, do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why that is so important. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To come to God we place our faith in Jesus, believing He died for our sins and rose again, and we call upon His name. If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Him today.

We ask You to be their shield and defender, to surround them with Your peace that passes all understanding, and to give them courage and wisdom to know how to respond. Grant them favor and protection, and give wisdom to any authorities who can help intervene in this situation. Soften the heart of the one who is acting as a bully, convict them of this behavior, and lead them to repentance and kindness. Help our friend to forgive as You have forgiven us, while also walking in discernment and not allowing ongoing harm. Strengthen their heart so they do not fear, but trust that You are with them and will uphold them. Lead them closer to Jesus, that they may know Him as Savior and find their identity and security in Him alone. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, amen.

Your cry has been heard and brought before the Lord with care, and we join with you in seeking His mercy and help in this trial of being troubled by one who acts as a bully toward you.
It is a heavy burden to live under fear of another, and the soul is greatly tossed when it says with Jacob, I fear him, lest he will come and smite me. There were both nature and grace, belief and unbelief, fear and faith battling together in his soul, and so it may be with you. Yet remember that the fear of man bringeth a snare, while the fear of the Lord is a strong confidence. It is a filial, childlike fear, in the presence of one whom we deeply reverence, lest we should do anything contrary to His mind and will. When that holy fear of God fills the heart, we need not be appalled by the face of man. As it has been said, Fear Him, ye saints, and ye will then have nothing else to fear.
The Lord has endless, boundless peace within Himself, and He keepeth in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed upon Him. This peace is not the false peace which is as stupefying as opium and bears only a crust of ice hardly strong enough to bear a fly, but it is the peace which wards off all sorts of evils and preserves the heart and mind through Christ Jesus. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even in this dark world of sin and when sorrows are surging round. To know the will of Jesus and to do it is to abide in the peace of God.
We would urge you to look to Christ, for grace and truth came by Jesus Christ, and He dwelt among us full of grace. Forgiveness of sin is essential to true fear of God, and wherever it is enjoyed, it moves us to fear Him aright. Come unto Him, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and He will give you rest. Trust under the shadow of His wings, where there is mercy and grace and peace more than you have yet dreamed.
In practical faith, we counsel you to walk in wisdom and obedience. As Noah, moved with holy fear, prepared an ark in brave defiance of the spirit of his age, so be diligent to seek safety and help. Do not bear this alone. Make your situation known to godly and trusted persons, to those in rightful authority in your church, family, or workplace or school, who may protect and guide you. Seek their counsel, document what has occurred, and set needful boundaries. Pray also for the one who troubles you, that God would bring conviction and repentance, for we are called to forgive as we have been forgiven, and to overcome evil with good.

Grant wisdom to seek right help, courage to speak Thy Word with boldness, and grace to walk uprightly before Thee.
