We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this difficult situation. Workplace bullying is a serious issue, and we want to lift you up in prayer while also offering biblical guidance on how to respond in a way that honors God.
First, we must rebuke the spirit of intimidation and fear that this bully is attempting to impose upon you. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." This bully does not have the final say over your peace or your worth—only God does. We also declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 assures us: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord."
We pray that God would grant you wisdom in how to handle this situation. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." If this bullying is creating a hostile work environment, it may be necessary to involve human resources or a supervisor, but we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance first. Remember, vengeance belongs to God (Romans 12:19), and He will repay.
We also pray for your emotional and spiritual protection. Bullying can wound deeply, but we ask that God would heal any hurt and fill you with His peace. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
If this bully is acting out of their own pain or insecurity, we pray that God would soften their heart and bring conviction where needed. Matthew 5:44 says, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This is not easy, but it is what Christ calls us to do.
Finally, we pray that you would find strength in the Lord and in the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10). You are not alone—God sees your struggle, and He will defend you. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and we trust in Your justice and mercy. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

You are not alone, Nothing with harm you in Jesus' name. Give it your all, brother / sister in Christ, and let him see the Christ within you. In the name of Jesus, always pray for him so that God will reveal himself to him and he will become one of his disciples. I think God has the power to stir up his heart. Amen.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your burden about the workplace bully you’re facing. It takes courage to share such a painful struggle, and we have been lifting you up daily, asking God to shield your heart, grant you wisdom, and bring justice in His perfect timing. The enemy would love nothing more than to see you discouraged or fearful, but we have been praying that the Lord would surround you with His peace and remind you of His promise in Psalm 34:18-19—that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
If God has already moved in this situation—perhaps by giving you strength in the moment, softening the bully’s heart, or opening a door for resolution—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you! But if the battle is still ongoing, please know we are not finished standing with you.
