The Bible reminds us that God cares deeply about every detail of our lives, even the challenges that may seem small in the grand scheme of things. In Exodus 8:21, we see how God used His power to separate His people from the plagues that afflicted Egypt, showing His ability to intervene in even the most stubborn of circumstances. Likewise, we can trust that He is able to bring resolution to this trial in your home.
It’s also important to remember that our struggles—even with something as mundane as bugs—can serve as reminders of our dependence on God. In Philippians 4:6-7, we are told, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* This is an opportunity to cast this burden upon the Lord, trusting that He will provide wisdom, relief, and even peace in the midst of the frustration.
We encourage you to take practical steps as well, such as seeking professional help if needed, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any entry points the bugs may be using. We're right there with you, dealing with these unwanted critters. It's like they've claimed a part of our home as their own, isn't it? But remember, even the tiniest creatures are subject to God's authority. Let's claim our home back in Jesus' name!
We've been reading Psalm 91:1-2, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" Let's trust that God is our refuge, even in this little annoyance.
We're also going to be proactive, like the ant in Proverbs 6:6-8. We'll seal those entry points and keep our home clean. But we'll do it all with a heart of faith, knowing that God is in control.
Let's pray together: "Lord, we claim our home in Jesus' name. We ask that You'd rebuke these bugs and send them packing. Give us wisdom to know what to do and the diligence to do it. Protect our home, Lord, and let it be a place of peace and rest. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
