Broken Heart

Please pray for me that God will heal my broken heart. My girlfriend ended our relationship about a month ago and I can't seem to get past it. I ask God every day for help yet all I want to do is sleep. I have no motivation to do anything at all. I feel very lifeless and useless. I try to realize the most important relationship I have is with the Lord and that His will is best. I feel very bad for saying this but, I feel as if I have no desire to even live at all. I do try and get my mind off of her but my heart just deeply desires her. I have a great job, house, and nice materialistic things but it all just doesn't matter to me. What I really want is the one I love.

Most Holy Spirit, Comforter, let your hand be upon ### and gently guide him on his walk with you. Bless him mightily Lord, and give him direction. Let him be aware of your presence in his life, that he would glorify you in a powerful way. In Jesus' name, Amen

Father, I thank You and praise You for my brother in Christ, ###. How deeply You love Him and so highly You favor him. He is a child of the Living, Most High God! Nothing, and I mean NOTHING is too hard for You. In Christ, You provide for our every single need. Father, ### as You can see, is devastated over this break up. Lord Jesus, You came to bind up the brokenhearted. Please touch this young warrior and mend his brokenness. Wash his mind and soul with Your cleansing, precious Blood. Fill Him with the reassurance of the love You have for him and the compassion You bear for him. Let him remember that You understand what it is like to have those You love desert You, abandon You and yes even betray You. But You are there for him right now, with him and in him. Even closer to ### than his breath. Deliver ### from this crushing pain. Let him now rise up in faith, knowing that You have a plan for his life. That plan is good and for his very absolute best! This Champion of Christ WILL HEAL! His life has wonderful, God-ordained purpose and that purpose WILL be fulfilled. Weeping may come in the night, but JOY comes with the morning. Let the Dawn of Your Presence fill him with Heavenly joy! Bless him Lord to know our hearts weep for him but our abundant faith in You Lord, assures us that You have the perfect Christian wife who is just waiting for these two, to come together. Be blessed my fallen, broken brother. Our great and mighty God will sustain you in your "dark night of the soul", He will lift you up into a renewed life and you WILL be stronger than ever before! Keep your faith and eyes locked on Jesus! You will know love again. Just trust our God for it. Stand! You are a mighty man of God! Full of valor, immersed in the courage only God can bestow. I am sorry for the pain that you're going through ###. I pray in Jesus name that he helps you to emotionally move past the hurt that you're feeling. I pray that your lonely heart be filled with the love of God and that you always feel him near you. I pray that in God's time that he will send the right woman for you who will love you unconditionally and who you will want to be with forever in Jesus name. Amen.

I have prayed for all these things for you and those you pray for. I pray for many blessings upon you and your family and all those that are dear to you. I pray for God to bless you with your mate, your one true love, when the time is right for you both. P.S. - I know how you feel, the same thing happened to me recently. Praying has definitely helped me - the love I have for him has not left, but almost all of the sadness is gone and I have been left with a feeling of peace and acceptance for whatever God wants for me. So the only advice I can offer you is this - Pray!!
