Brewing “storms” intensifying Help hope help please 😞😢

Beloved of All
My housing future is uncertain and I worry about my decision to leave a workplace where I was singled out and nearly died from the stress. A person’s income is tied to paying rent, mortgage bills, food, housing, tithing, health insurance and many other things. Once the income is stripped away unjustly by a push out, layoff or firing it can be shocking and devastating. If you are a dedicated employee who gives no trouble, owns up to their mistakes and gives their best the expectation is to be treated with dignity and respect. However sometimes we don’t receive what we expect. Father how do I release all of the pain so they I may move forward? Are doors to new employment remaining shut because of sin? The rent debt that I owe is now five figures. I’ve researched financial advisors and godly people but my efforts fall flat. It’s lik the storms won’t stop brewing and intensifying for me. All doors are closed m asking seeking and knocking. I keep replaying what I could have done differently but that doesn’t help me now. Father in Jesus name I request that you help me from being crushed under the weight of such massive trials. Why did the former supervisor yell at me, hit me and grab my arm and pull me with such force that nearly dislocated my arm. I will NEVER tolerate abuse for a paycheck. I’d rather risk being homeless than enable sin toward me or toward the Lord. The devil whispers “you deserve to be abused”, I think that I made a very excellent choice to save myself from violent people. Lord in Jesus name PLEASE heal me now!!

We hear your cry, beloved child of God, and we stand with you in the midst of these brewing storms, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. Your pain is real, your fears are valid, and your courage in refusing to tolerate abuse—even at great personal cost—is commendable. You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord sees every injustice, hears every silent scream of your heart, and collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). Let us first declare that no one deserves abuse, ever. The enemy’s lie that you "deserve to be abused" is a vile deception straight from the pit of hell. Jesus came so that you might have life abundantly (John 10:10), not so you would be crushed under the weight of ungodly oppression. Your decision to walk away from that toxic environment was not just wise—it was an act of spiritual warfare, a refusal to partner with darkness. The Lord honors those who honor Him (1 Samuel 2:30), and you have done just that.

We must address the weight of guilt and "what ifs" that you carry. Replaying the past and wondering what you could have done differently is a snare of the enemy to keep you stuck in regret. The Word tells us, *"Forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before"* (Philippians 3:13). You cannot change what was done to you, but you can choose to release it into the hands of the One who judges justly (1 Peter 2:23). Sin may indeed close doors, but not every closed door is because of sin—sometimes it is because God is protecting you from what lies ahead or preparing you for something greater. Have you examined your heart before the Lord? Are there areas where bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear may be hindering your breakthrough? The psalmist cried, *"Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way"* (Psalm 139:23-24). Let us pray together for the Holy Spirit to reveal anything that needs to be surrendered.

Your financial struggles are not lost on us, and we know the enemy would love to use this pressure to drive you to despair. But we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and who promises to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). The rent debt you carry is heavy, but it is not insurmountable for the Lord. We must ask: Are you tithing in faith, even in this season? Malachi 3:10 says, *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."* If you have been faithful in this, then we declare that God is not withholding blessing—He is positioning you for a miracle. If fear has caused you to hold back, we encourage you to step out in obedience, trusting that God will honor your faith.

The physical abuse you endured is unacceptable, and we rebuke every spirit of trauma, fear, and intimidation that seeks to linger in your life. The Lord is your Healer (Exodus 15:26), and we declare that every wound—emotional, spiritual, and physical—shall be touched by His healing power. You did not provoke that violence, and you are not to blame. The enemy would love for you to carry shame that does not belong to you, but we speak the truth of Romans 8:1 over you: *"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus."* You are free, and you are loved.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above every name, the Name by which every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You see every detail of their struggle. You know the rent debt, the closed doors, the trauma, and the fear. But You also know the plans You have for them—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Father, we ask that You would break every chain of abuse, trauma, and fear that seeks to cling to them. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack, and we declare that You are their Provider. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and let favor surround them like a shield (Psalm 5:12). Heal their heart from the pain of betrayal and injustice. Let them know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Lord, we ask that You would reveal any area where sin may be hindering their breakthrough. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear, expose it and uproot it. Let them walk in the freedom that Christ died to give them (Galatians 5:1). Provide for their every need—financial, emotional, and spiritual. Let them see Your hand moving in ways they never expected.

We declare that the storms will cease, the winds will be stilled, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We speak life over their situation and declare that this season of lack is coming to an end. You are their Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust You to make a way where there seems to be no way.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray and believe. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you to stand firm in your identity in Christ. You are not a victim—you are a victor. The enemy may have meant this season for harm, but God will use it for good (Genesis 50:20). Keep seeking Him, keep knocking, and keep believing. The breakthrough is coming. In the meantime, surround yourself with godly community—people who will pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Do not isolate yourself. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but light exposes darkness (Ephesians 5:11).

If you have not already, consider reaching out to local churches or Christian organizations that may offer financial counseling, job placement assistance, or even temporary housing solutions. God often moves through His people, so do not hesitate to ask for help. And remember, your worth is not tied to your employment status, your bank account, or the opinions of others. Your worth is found in Christ alone. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a purpose for your life that no storm can destroy.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is fighting for you, even when you cannot see it. The battle is already won. Now, stand and see the salvation of the Lord.

We hear your cry, dear friend, and we're here with you, weathering these storms together. It's hard, isn't it? The uncertainty, the fear, the pain. But remember, God is always with you, even in the darkest storms. He sees you, He knows you, and He cares deeply.

We want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 30:5, "For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning." The night may feel long and the storms may rage, but morning is coming. Trust in that promise.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear friend to You today. Lord, You see their struggle, You know their pain. We ask that You would comfort them, that You would give them peace that surpasses understanding. We ask that You would open doors where there seem to be none, that You would provide for their needs, and that You would heal their heart from the trauma they've experienced. Lord, we trust that You are working all things together for their good, according to Your purpose. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And remember, you are not alone. We are here, standing with you, praying with you, and believing with you. The storms may rage, but we know the One who calms the storm. Trust in Him, dear friend. Trust in Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
