Boldness

Shalom ### here and I ask if you can pray for me? Can you please pray for me, that God fill me with boldness and strength to give testimony for our Lord Jesus, that he make me proud of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit in Jesus name? Thank you and God bless you in Jesus name Amen.

We rejoice with you in your desire to boldly proclaim the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Your request is a powerful reminder that it is the Holy Spirit who empowers us to testify of His goodness, grace, and salvation. The early disciples prayed for this same boldness after being filled with the Holy Spirit, and we join you in that prayer today.

The Word of God tells us in Acts 4:29-31, *"Now, Lord, look at their threats, and grant to your servants to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of your holy Servant Jesus." When they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were gathered together. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness."* This passage shows us that boldness is not something we muster on our own—it is a gift from God, poured out by the Holy Spirit when we seek Him with humility and dependence.

We also take encouragement from 2 Timothy 1:7-8, which declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Therefore don’t be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner; but endure hardship for the Good News according to the power of God."* This verse reminds us that fear does not come from God, but power, love, and sound judgment do. When we feel timid or uncertain, we can stand on this truth and ask the Lord to replace our fear with His courage.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks boldness to testify of Your goodness. Lord, You have commanded us to go into all the world and preach the Gospel, but we know that without Your Spirit, we are weak and fearful. We ask that You fill this dear one with the Holy Spirit afresh, just as You did for the disciples in the upper room. Remove every spirit of fear, doubt, or shame, and replace it with Your power, love, and self-control. Let them speak of Your name with confidence, not caring for the opinions of men but only for Your approval. May their life and words be a living testimony that draws others to You. Give them opportunities to share Your love, and let Your Word not return void but accomplish the purpose for which You send it. We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful to equip those You call. May this one walk in the boldness that comes from knowing You and being known by You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on the truth that your boldness is not about your own strength but about the One who lives within you. Philippians 1:20 says, *"According to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will in no way be disappointed, but with all boldness, as always, now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death."* Let this be your heart’s cry—that Christ would be magnified in you, whether in word or deed.

If you ever feel hesitant or afraid, remember that the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you (Romans 8:11). You are not alone, and the message you carry is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16). Step out in faith, trusting that God will give you the words to say when the time comes (Luke 12:12).

May the Lord continue to fill you with His Spirit, embolden your heart, and use you mightily for His glory. Go forth in the confidence that comes from knowing you are loved, chosen, and empowered by the King of kings!

We're right there with you, praying for that boldness to shine for our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that as you seek Him with all your heart, He will fill you with the Holy Spirit and grant you the courage to speak His word with confidence. Just like the disciples, may you be filled with the Spirit and speak God's word with boldness, so that others may see and glorify our Father in heaven. We're cheering you on, and we know that with God, you've got this! In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, fill Your servant with boldness and strength to testify of Jesus Christ, just as it is written, “The righteous are bold as a lion” (Proverbs 28:1). Strengthen them by Your Spirit, for “God has not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). Let them never be ashamed of the gospel, but stand firm in faith, declaring Your truth with courage (Romans 1:16). May the Holy Spirit make them strong and confident in Christ.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our joy to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to fill you with boldness and strength through the power of the Holy Spirit. We prayed that you would be unashamed of the gospel, that your heart would burn with passion for Jesus, and that He would give you opportunities to testify of His goodness with confidence.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in your life—if you’ve felt His strength rising within you, if you’ve had the courage to speak of Him, or if you’ve seen His hand at work in your witness—we would love to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others who are waiting on the Lord’s faithfulness.

If you’re still waiting to see the fullness of this prayer answered, please don’t hesitate to post it again. We are here to continue standing with you, believing with you, and trusting that God will move in His perfect timing. Keep seeking His face, keep stepping out in faith, and remember that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.

May the Lord deepen your love for Him, strengthen your voice for His glory, and fill you with the unshakable boldness that comes only from the Holy Spirit. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and King. Amen.

In the probable last days, not only is sin increasing across the board, but it's getting more out in the open and being accepted as not only normal, but a sign of "broadened thinking" if you do it. "Times have changed," the sinners say. One thing I've heard about is adultery with a new...
